The only problem I have is the neighbors. I cant just take an afternoon nap or even wake up properly in the morning because I always have to close my window because someones dog walks onto their patio and just starts barking, its ridiculous. This is a daily thing.

If i could give this place zero i would. Terrible responsiveness with management. No communication on the application process with staff that is seemingly NEVER PRESENT. My friend had to go back 3 times to fill out different paperwork for different issues and low and behold the office was closed for lack of staff EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD HER TO COME IN THEMSELVES. All of this to then be told you dont qualify 2 weeks before the supposed move-in date, while also being told youve been apporved. Terrible management, professionalism and responsiveness, would never try here again.

The staff here has been very helpful, and quick to respond whenever I were in need of any assistance. One staff member in particular is Ms. Ashleigh. Whom has truly been awesome (for a better lack of words) and easy to communicate with, even through this pandemic. I’m very appreciative of all of Her hard work and efforts to accommodate request, her compassion, and just being an over all good human being.

I scheduled an appointment (3:00pm) for tour to see and apply for a 3 bedrooms unit which was available on their website they even confirmed my appointment by sending me an email, even though the day of the appointment was really bad for me I still made it to the office.I tried to call them so many times to at least check if the unit is still available but no one answered my calls, I went to the office anyways as they confirm my appointment by sending the email.I drove all the way from Portland it took me 45 minutes because of the traffic and it was really hot weather when everyone would rather to say home instead of driving 45 minutes in that heat for literally NOTHING!!!When I arrived there, the office agent told me the apartment was taken yesterday NIGHT!! And I made this appointment the same day at 2:00 PM which mean I made this appointment FIRST!She said people apply for the unit from the website but neither of me and my roommates could find the button that takes us to the application to apply for the unit.It was really DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible new owners as well. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Parking and parking rules are awful, be prepared to be disappointed

The staff is polite and helpful. The maintenance and groundskeepers keep the complex in shape. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Dog friendly. This is a nice place to live.

This place is called Springfield ghetto. This place sucks; the management is rude and they run this place like a concentration camp. The neighbors are nosey and they are always in every ones business. There is never any parking and they say they are working on it. They have been saying that for 4 1/2 yrs. Nothing ever changes. This place sucks. I cant wait to move out.

My family has lived here for over a year and the management staff and maintenance team have been wonderful. Any time weve had an issue they were on it and if it would take longer than a day they would inform us right away. Our biggest complaint is parking, but the management is working on fixing it. Some of the other families who live here are not the greatest, but that comes with renting.

Its pretty nice but quite spendy for a single person. ($1100. For a 1 bdrm apt). I would also like to see them put in a second garbage area. The one they have had more than adequate space, but few garbage/recycle cans so the garbage backs up! And, its so far away for the units in the back, having a 2nd one would most likely get tenents to take garbage it more often?!? Definitely check them out, it seems to be fairly quiet. If i could afford to live there, (or anywhere on my own!)i would def consider it! Good luck!

Dirty and crowded... Have needed to visit family.. not a safe place

Upon viewing the grounds &some bonus areas like basketball court,etc I was actually pleasantly surprised. Id heard quite a bit how ghetto this place is, however from the outside it looks really good, especially considering how reasonable the rent is.HOWEVER...I was fairly horrified by my personal experience with management.Id corresponded with them SEVERAL times, including the day of my supposed apartment tour only to be told in person once I was there that they had NO apartments available to tour.Id literally JUST spoken to management 2hrs before my arrival only to be told that there would be absolutely nothing to view till mid June. Id been very clear about needing to find a place immediately, even told them Id have check for application fee in hand just in case I liked the place. Im very busy &dont appreciate having my time rudely wasted, not to mention feeling that there might be some discrimination going on since everything was fine till they saw my daughter&myself in person.We are very decent people, not trash. To be quite honest I felt no less sketchy in appearance than any resident I saw there. Id hoped itd be a good fit for us. Not posting this out of bitterness, only hope to save anyone the grief &wasted time I experienced. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I lived here for about five to six years as a kid and some of my best memories are in this place. Now I am back as an adult and this place was my first choice to move back into and I am loving it so far. The staff are great and own up to their mistakes and try to fix there mistakes by sometimes breaking their own rules. 10/10

Great place to live but never have openings always full

I applied here and they made me pay 365 dollars for the aplicación and they told me that they were gonna give me an apartment for a certain day but no they just stole my money because they didn’t give me the apartment they said they were gonna send my money back in the mail and I been waiting for like 6 months now and they still haven’t given me my money I hope my I get my money back

My fiancé and I went in to their office because they had on posted online that hey had a total of three 3 bedroom apartments. The lady with dirty blonde hair and black hints was extremely rude bout how they “don’t have any available”. The ones that were supposedly available in May were “on hold” and that there was a waiting list and that it was “first come first serve. It wasn’t what was said but how it was said. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend renting from Springfield Meadows to anyone who is looking for a place.

Well, I planned on giving this place a 5 star review upon moving in. We had a great experience getting in here. My only complaints where all the kids in my area that run around without adults. And run infront of cars or behind cars as they back out. And parking here sucks. I cant believe each unit isnt given an assigned spot.also Its really stupid that the rec area and pool are closed so early. Although after today idk if ill even use the pool again....However after my first time using the pool I wouldnt give them that 5 star I thought they deserved.I am a large women, I dont feel comfortable wearing a tight revealing bathing suit in the pool. Its also very hard for me to find a bathing suit that fits me and doesnt make me feel self conscious. I wore a tshirt over my bathing suit and was kicked out of the pool. Well.. first the maintenance guy gave me a warning, he said next time not to wear it. Then one of the office people came out. I told her I had already talked to the maintenance guy. She just went back inside. Then another office lady came out and told me I had to get out of the pool with it on.Suposedly me wearing a t-shirt will ruin the pool.... I have been over weight my entire life and always wear clothes over my bathing suit if Im not alone. I have never been kicked out of a pool or told I cant do that! I feel completely humiliated and embarrassed that I got kicked out for just trying to cool off and have a good time with my friend who also lives here. Its already hard enough to be a big person and stared at, then to get kicked out of the pool! It was so embarrassing! My husbands also a big guy and he wears a tshirt swimming as well. He wasnt with me at the time but I know hes going to be just as upset. I mean come on, do you really think I want to wear a tshirt? No! I would love to wear a bathing suit swimming but I feel so incredibly uncomfortable and self conscious. I feel as though everyone is staring at me even if they are not. I do own a bathing suit. I did wear it and felt so uncomfortable in it that i left my tshirt and shorts on over it.I have never heard of this ruining a pool so i did google it. This is what I found...Can you wear cotton in a swimming pool?Cotton and some other materials can hold detergents, germs, and bacteria in them, whichcan be released into the water. This can causeswimmers to get sick and even affect the water chemistry and clarity. ... Cotton T-shirts also tend not to fit tight to the body, which canincrease your risk of underwater entrapmentMy thoughts... children pee in pools, some people dont wash there bathing suits after each use so may have gone from a filthy lake to the pool. Some people dont bother washing there clothes at all or showering.... oh and if they do wash there bathing suit those same detergents are in them as well.Anyways thats my rant.Ps There is nothing in the lease or on the pool rules list that says I can not wear a tshirt in the pool!

I’ve lived here for serveral years with my son and daughter and I call this place home.Yes there have been some issues with transients and tweakers but I still have faith in this place. The new management has done an amazing job cleaning up the place.Grounds are starting to look better, only issue I have is the dog poop.The office girls are always nice and welcoming and although it’s almost all new faces, they treat you well.Maintenance guys are friendly and educated in their job. Went from average time of 3-7 days for work orders to 24 hrs from the 2 I’ve had recently.I’m happy to call Springfield Meadows home.Negative reviews are usually people who have been caught doing something they shouldn’t be doing.I won’t lie parking can be an issue at night as expected with most apartments, recently I’ve noticed the office really trying to get it under control.They have a company come out 2-3 times a night and monitor the property.Every week they have pest control come out so if you have an issue whether it’s ants or spiders they come out and treat.They may have some small issues but at any other property I’ve lived at once I’ve moved in they didn’t care about me, Springfield Meadows cares about there residents.They check in on there elderly residents when they haven’t heard from them as usual, they accept packages in the office for you, they send text messages about events and a monthly news letter about fun information.Previous management didn’t seem to care about anything, I complained about my neighbors so many times and nothing got done, the new manager came and actually listened and evicted the person.Two of these bad reviews are from previous employees who got passed up for a promotion..I wouldn’t trust them much. The staff is nosey and inconsiderate. The parking is horrible and the neighbors are bad. I wouldnt recommend this place. For example the police are here at least twice a month for a different reason or another.

No parking and rent goes up $100 yearly. High crime rate. Sadly I cant afford to move out although I wanted to move out since day one when I witnessed an arrest (3 total in a month) from my window.

Piece of junk apartments, never have parking for all residents or guests, have pool that is always closed, they close the pool every time, super early dont want to watch it even during summer hours, office hours on door show facilities open till 7:00 p.m. but 4:30 p.m. pool closed, office closed, gym closed, basketball court closed??? on 6/14/2018,Thursday? ghetto/trashy apartments, they can’t do anything about loud people at night who disturb your sleep, with high cost that keeps going up and up, if you have any class go somewhere else, you will not miss this place ever, save yourself!

Well if you are on vacation and your apartment get broke into by hoodlums that are not old enough to commit a crime in Washington and they destroy your apartment and your belongings these people will charge you for damages. I personally know of this happening at these apartments recently and she is being held responsible. she has a police report with the names of these kids and still nothing. the manager of this told her its more important to not scare her investors then it is to do the right thing. So if you or anyone you know is looking for a place to live dont go here because they dont care about you at all, its all about the investors. This is a crappy place to live so even if its all you can afford dont rent from these people.

Alot of kids running around but cant complain better then them being stuck in phones or the tv. Insides are nice and spacey. Anytime ive needed maintenance ive got help pretty quickly. Parking sucks but u get your exercise lol. All the ladies in the office are super nice. I had some personal problems and they showed concerned and were willing to help the best they could. I see alot of complaints on here but really its not that bad kids will be kids n if your worried about parking you can pay more for a reserved spot. This place is not that bad if i ever did have problems with kids i asked them name n building they stayed in addressed my problem as an adukt should talking to a kid amd told them if they didnt like it we could always speak with management and after that never had the same problem. People need to grow up n come together negativty is what makes a place bad.

The office ladies were awesome. I lived there for roughly 10 months. By the end of it, we were told that we owed 800 dollars in repairs. 160 for extra cleaning fees. The bathroom and the kitchen. I asked for proof to see pictures of the kitchen. they said of shoot they accidently got deleted. So They deducted 50 bucks for that. I also said I wanted to see pictures of the bathroom. She showed me but couldnt find any spots where it was dirty. Another 50 dollar reduction. They said they had to paint the entire place because the walls were awful. That was 400 dollars. I could paint an entire dresser with a sample cup from home depot. Its not 400 dollars worth. They also explained to me that they had to replace part of the carpet and put in vinyl flooring which was 1100 dollars? I rented the apartment with carpet not vinyl flooring. I declined that charge as well. I called them day after day. For three weeks. No response. I left multiple voicemails and e-mails. No response. I called 10 times in a row one day. No response. That very next day I called 13 times in a row. No answer. I immediately called using a different number... Guess what? A response.... I got a call from collections. I decided to just go to the apartments and talk with them face to face since they wouldnt answer my calls. I asked very kindly to speak with the property manager. One office lady said she was in the back as the other proceeded to say she wasnt in at the moment. At the same time. I told them not to be rude but after trying to get in contact with them for so long I said I wouldnt leave until I spoke with the property manager. She said no the manager said this is the best she could do. I said im not leaving. Then all the sudden she has only 5 minutes She persued to tell me in my contract of our lease agreement If I dont live there for more than 18 months we have to pay for a full paint to be done in the apartment. i pulled out my copy of the lease agreement and told her to show me. She couldnt find it in the lease. These people try and screw you out of every single dime you have. This may have been my first apartment. However I am still human. I have rights. I will fight for them till the day I die. Moral of this story....... Dont ever consider moving into these apartments...

Their reviews just keep getting worse and they’re never going to do anything about it. These people don’t care about their residents or their guests. Parking is bs, even as a guest. They’ll slap a huge sticker on your car (that’s impossible to get off) if you’re parked for too long EVEN IF YOU ARE REGISTERED.

Got a ticket for parking by garage while I ran in to see my son they have no guest parking and the street is full of cars .there is no parking ! For blocks away .I was not blocking any one and was in there for ten minutes

Me and my family have lived here for almost 8 years and I can say that the new management has not fixed anything my neighbors car was just stolen the next week I found a slash in my tire the neighborhood has gone downhill so bad that I can no longer keep my family safe

The thief company just stole you, I put myself on the waiting list abruptly, they told me that they already had the apartment ready, they assured me a date they asked me for 45 per application and more than a deposit of 200 dollars I went to the office several times and they only gave me what They did not have time to review my applications, so I told them what the apartment did not want, what the 200 dollars was just a deposit, that they returned it in 15 days, but I did not go to the office 5 times, but they cannot do anything if pay the money I take it to the office I think they can also return it there I hope they will earn it as soon as possible

When you complain about something they dont listen to you until they have time and they take a long time, but when it is to pay extra for something and if you pay or 3 days we give you to leave.

Be careful with this company they just steal your money I say it from experience I applied there and they charged me the applications and more than a deposit of two hundred dollars the person assured me that for that date the apartment was available and it was not for more than asking They did not give me an answer until they asked for a bank account to return the deposit but it was better for me to send them by mail until the date they did not return. Be careful
