Ed installed new furnace and air conditioner. Very professional, answered all my questions before, during and after installation. He made scheduling easy, rebate and product registration as well. Ed was very prompt in responding to my texts with questions. From the start, I had confidence that he would do a good job. He appears outstandingly knowledgeable in his field.

My furnace went out and come to find out it was over 40yrs old! They sent out Ed the same day I called. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and followed up the next day to make sure my house was heating properly. I had small part of a back wall that prohibited us from putting the filter in. He volunteered to but a small part of that wall so my filter could fit. He explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. I would definitely recommend Apex Heating and Cooling!

Of course it was late on a hot summer night when my air quit working. I called Ed up and he still came by and took a look in the dark. I am on oxygen and humid weather is not a friend of mine, Ed broke the bad news that my unit was shot, and that he had plans for the next afternoon with his family. Ed knew I couldnt go long without my air so the next morning (before the store was open...I think) he got the new unit and was at my house before the birds were awake and had it all put in before the heat of the day. I would recommend Apex Heating and cooling to everyone and I will be using them again.

We’re so glad that APEX is in NW Indiana! Our air conditioner stopped working on a hot day last weekend, of course. Ed Miller with APEX gave us ALL options before we decided to go with a new unit for our 1920s house. Not only was our unit reasonable, but he also took the time to check and tweak our aging venting, plus explained how to best use the air conditioner for maximum cool. Totally recommend them!

Ed was fantastic. I explained to him over the phone the situation with the house I just purchased and he rushed over to address the problem. Quick fix, but he even took the time to show my father how to adjust it if it ever happens again (the limit valve was stuck from being idle too long). Before I called Apex, I knew nothing about how my HVAC system worked let alone how to possibly repair it. Ed Miller was on time for the appointment and could not have been more professional and cordial. He gave me a tutorial of how the system worked and what the potential problems could have been. Im always the skeptic and think that Im going to be told I need a new unit to the tune of thousands of dollars. That was not the case. Ed did a thorough inspection and in the end it was a fairly simple repair with a very reasonable cost. He also gave me preventative maintenance tips that will help prolong the life of my units and total system. I HIGHLY recommend Apex and have already done so to friends and neighbors. First rate!

Made time for us the same day our AC went out at rental property.

I was deployed to Afghanistan when my furnace died back home. I had a company come out to fix it and they told me I needed a new furnace for $5500. I called Apex to get a second quote and when Ed was there he found a wire had just come loose and the furnace was fine. He charged me for the trip and a small repair fee and that was it! Ill never call anyone else ever again. Excellent services and professionalism!
