It takes a long time to get to a real person and then they cant really help you without charging for a consult. Takes about 10 days to get someone out to your house.

The repairman, Jim, did an excellent job of repairing our Maytag washing machine which had a malfunctioning spin cycle. He worked efficiently, and was very polite and friendly. He wore a mask to protect us. He also introduced us to the option of purchasing a Home Warranty on Appliances Plan which saved us over $ 100 on our repair.

They came back to fix what was not fixed then told me too expensive to repair! Need a new washer. A 5 year old Kenmore washer wow.

10 times the cost of the part for a service call. Never again.

Great swift and fast

I called to ask about purchasing parts and they refused to answer any questions. The only thing they would allow me to do was schedule an appointment for an in home diagnosis by one of their technicians. I only needed a $10 part and they would not even tell me if they had one. Got the part from Amazon and fixed the problem the next day. The technician was not going to be able to make it until three days later at the earliest.

Fast service. Explained to me what issue was fixed it . All good

I had a dishwasher that needed repair. They told me it was $100 dollars to come out. The service man was fine however he told me it appeared the dishwasher needed to be cleaned from hardwater deposits and one of the plastic cheap sprayer arms needed replacement because it was possibly clogged. Their fee was $400 to do a clean out!! Then they wanted to do a $50 per month, 1 year appliance home warranty contract which would require a $75 deductible if anything broke down. He said he could take my repair fee down to $200 if I signed up. These people are not in business to do repairs . They are in business to sell appliance warranties . A new dishwasher would be cheaper : over the phone they told me that $100 fee would be credited to my account should I purchase a new dishwasher. They then would not honor that so I paid $100 for nothing . Biggest scam ever. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY with this scam artist company. It’s no wonder Sears is doing so horrible as a company
