Absolutely excellent service!! They came on a Thursday to service our A/C, but there wasnt much they could do with a 28 year old unit. Jimmy gave us several options which we very much appreciated. By Monday at 2pm we had a brand new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. They did an amazing job on the installation, fast and clean. We will definitely recommend their services to everyone we know!!

Summers was awesome! HVAC unit went out when it was +100 degrees F outside and needed to be replaced. Called them around 8 pm that night for a time frame, and was told 3 days. Called them the next morning to schedule a day and they were able to come the next day! 10/10 would recommend them. The guys that installed both our outside and inside units were troopers with the heat and quick!

They did a great job, got it done quickly. Joe kept me in the loop, explaining a few of the steps I was not aware would need to be done. When they were finished, they cleaned up very well. Joe made sure he showed me the features of the new thermostat and how to use it. Im thrilled with the new system and their work. I highly recommend them.

I hate calling companies to fix things. But I honestly don’t mind calling Summers. Three reasons why:1. Not that I like paying money for services, but I never feel like they are trying to rip me off. Very fair.2. Easy to contact them. Easy. Not sure why all business can’t run like them.3. Guys they send out are normal. Or at least I always get lucky. They are polite, informative, mild mannered.

Our AC was on the fritz. Summers sent their technician Jimmy Buckner. The window was from 4-6 and he showed up promptly at 4. The text they sent had his picture. He was very friendly and had our AC fixed in 25 minutes. We were very impressed.

Called Summers for service to my a/c unit. They were able to come out the next day. Set an appointment for between 2 and 4. They called and said they could come early and asked if that would be ok. Our first experience with Summers was great and I left a 5 star review. Not this time!! The module on our blower motor went out. When the technician arrived he made his inspection, proceeded to be on the phone for quite a while and then informed us that the motor was bad AND we had a cracked heat exchanger. I have since learned that cracks in the heat exchanger is a common diagnosis with Summers. Cost to make the “necessary” repairs- just over $2500. Actual cost to get our A/C going again- under $700(including a maintenance contract from another company, obviously). Just replaced the module. The scariest part of the whole encounter with this scam company was the speed with which this technician suggested we should consider getting an ENTIRE NEW SYSTEM!! Furnace, A/C. EVERYTHING!! Literally the next sentence after informing us of the bogus diagnosis. The really screwed up part is I’m sure this scam probably works on some customers. Especially seniors, who don’t know any better. Believe me, don’t believe me. I feel better knowing I tried.

Great responsive company! We called because our old boiler heating system was failing and they were out in less than 24 hours. They suggested a combination heating and hot water system and even assisted with the financing. We now have a system in place that is energy efficient and we have confidence that it will meet our needs for years to come. The technicians and office staff were very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I signed up for the HVAC and Plumbing maintenance plan with Summers last fall and thats the best decision I made when it comes to keeping my house in the great shape. Summers teams came this winter to check both heating and plumbing at my home and they did a thorough job on evaluating both systems and making sure that everything is up and up.
