Sonny did my nails and I loved everything about the experience!! He was kind and had wonderful customer service. He was also very attentive. I came in only wanting a fill in and color change. I told him one of my nails were lifting after he filed them and he gave me a completely new set with the color change at a discounted cost. I definitely will be going back regularly!!

Had a great experience here for the first couple years, but the last time I went the lady doing my pedicure cut me and did not apologize… She then proceeded to stop my toe from bleeding with an unsanitary towel. I had to ask her 3 times to stop before another girl working there told her to stop. The owners were unprofessional and unapologetic about the lack of care their nail tech gave me. Then the lady that ended up doing my toes painted them like a 5 year old would…

We called ahead to schedule an appointment. We checked in at 2o’clock for our appointment which was made for two. At 2:45 we asked how much longer it would be and they told us they would get to us soon, that we never had an appointment and they don’t make appointments. We showed them where we called their phone number but they still did not know who spoke with us.The technician did not have great nail technique. The nails varied in shape – some were Almond, others round, others almost coffin (mild but noticeable differences). I pointed them out to the technician and asked her if she would be able to fix it and she put the nail file on the table and walked away and told me to fix it. Some of my nails also look like they’re already growing out. You can see from the pictures taken right after we left, the acrylic does not even extend all the way to the cuticle. I had to reshape some of them after I got home.When she returned, she told my friend if she was going to be “like this” then she would not have time to do her nails. My friend said she didn’t want to get her nails done anymore as it was now an hour and a half past our appointment time (and we didn’t want to deal with the way we were being treated anymore). I quietly said to my friend sitting next to me, she should call ______ nail salon, that they will get you in on time, have great service, and provide free drinks while you get your nails done.The technician was listening to our conversation and spoke up and asked “why didn’t you just go there to begin with instead of coming here then?” I explained it was last minute and wanted to try some place different. She said “well you didn’t have to come here.” I told her we would never come back.Do NOT recommend at ALL.

I wanted to try out a new salon because my original technician used so much acrylic, so I found this place. My first time here I got a pedicure and a full set I loved my full set she didn’t use a lot of acrylic and the shape of my nails was pretty but a day after my toes became swollen with a infection once the swelling went down my toe nail separated from the bed of my nails I had to wait weeks before I could get another pedicure when that day came I went back to my original nail technician and how deep she was able to reach under my toenails still makes my skin crawl i now have to use acrylic on my toenails until they grow out.. A few days ago I decided to go back to Paris because I really liked how she did my nails, I wanted to fix a broken nail and change my color. During the visit Paris left the booth at least 6 times I felt so uncomfortable like I didn’t matter she was so preoccupied with the hustle of the store she made my nail so much longer than the other and then laughed about it she thought it was funny she rushed through my designs and then made a unprofessional comment about how black and shiny my nails was and laughed..A day after two of my nails just broke as you can see I glued them back on, I paid $61 to fix a broke nail just to turn around a day later and have two of them break off. I will not be coming back. I hope no one experience what I experienced… as far as my toenails it will take months for them to grow out.

Was busy for easter weekend but the wait was worth it!Prices reasonable and staff was courteous and professional. Listened attentively.I found my new nail spot. I came into this salon because my usual salon was closed and I am SO thankful I did!!Sophie did my amazing pedicure, Sonny (Sonny BBQ haha) did my nails and repaired the horrific job another salon did (thank the Lord lol) and Dana (I believe that was her name, a beautiful Hawaiian woman) did my eyebrows.They were ALL amazing! They all did an amazing job and with such amazing service, we were conversating and laughing the whole time.They took their time which I appreciate 1000% - I always say, QUALITY over QUANTITY.Thank you guys and cant wait to see you next time!! =D

I am from Jacksonville, Florida and have been in Valdosta a year. I often drive and 1.45 hours to get my nails done. They gave me a new nail home. They were clean, professional and well equipped to do be and my boyfriends services! They did not up charge for petty things such as cut downs and my partner being male. I love this nail shop experience and they now have a new customer!! No more long commutes😊

Long story short all the reviews about poor customer service and gel polish looking botched are TRUE!!! And she had a nasty attitude after she seen the work of another employee she tried to correct herself and it still looked crazy!! If you make a mistake and you KNOW the work looks messy why get snappy with the paying customer?? Never again shouldve listen to the other reviews and my time wouldnt have been wasted!! Wasted over 2 hours. I will stick to my beloved U.S. nails!! Listen to the reviews dont waste your time.!!

Took my mother in law for mothers day....will not go back. Young lady was nice but her nails started chipping when washed the dishes that night and they were Gel 15.00 more didnt even last 6 hours. Pedicure was high and mediocre at best. Will not be returning.

This was by far the worst experience.. they had someone’s child doing my pedicure, it was 3 different people doing my toes. The manicure that I requested so many times was the worst manicure ever. Do not go there, first and last time in Valdosta ~

This was my first time getting my nails done and I enjoyed my experience. My pedicure was top notch by Long; however, my full set with gel was just okay. It was rushed due to being busy, but hey its not a bad set. Definitely get there early, because they do get busy early especially on Saturdays.

I usually love going here, never have issues my toes always look amazing and my nails clean. Not this time, will never be back. Was overcharged for my manicure service when I did not even receive one. This lady really just stuck a tip on my dirty nail and painted the top half of it, it’s awful. She said she could do what I wanted and obviously couldn’t. She did not clean, trim or cut any part of my nail. I still have leftover paint on my nail from the last service, AND YOU CAN SEE IT. Save your money. If you do decide to do it even after this!! Make sure youre with Sophie or Sonny!! The ONLY time I leave happy!

I went with a friend to get a pedicure. I purchased thr Tropical Pedicure. The first thing thg he girl does is get the thing out that looks like a cheese grater. She scrubbeded all the skin off my heel. Now I can barely walk. I had to go get bandaids and ointment to treat it. Bummer.

This was the worst nail place I have ever been to. I had to come back because my paint was just peeling off my nails and my designs were falling off. I sat there for about an hour waiting to get my nails fixed! There were people coming in after me getting their nails done and they just had me sitting there waiting. Then I told one of the girls that I had to leave and I heard the manager say “just draw something on”. The manager’s name is Paris by the way. Like this was so unprofessional! Then I called the manager and complained and she hung up in my face and would not let me talk. And then there was like 3 or 4 other people coming in complaining about their nails.Y’all I do not recommend this place at all! I came here thinking I was going to have the best experience because of all of the good reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever experienced at a nail salon. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The place is clean but the people and service is very unprofessional! I paid $80 to get this done and all I wanted to do is get my nails fixed because I spent wayyy too much money.

I finally found a nail home! Paris is amazing at doing full sets! She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable! Diamond does one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received! If you want you nails done right in a relaxing environment this is the place to go! Not to mention their eyebrow waxing are amazing! All around great clean company!!

This nail salon was definitely a great experience! I walked in nervous, since it was my first visit but I left with the biggest smile! Michelle completed my full set of beautiful ombre nails and my eyebrow and lip wax for my birthday and she was absolutely the best nail expert I have been to in awhile. I also received the best pedicure at this location. I believe the name of it was the volcano pedicure my feet are so soft after months of neglect. I give this salon 5 stars for their great customer service and overall customer experience I will be returning for routine services bi-weekly!

Michelle is the best nail tech in the area!! She is very personable, funny and knowledgeable about the services.Ive been coming here for about 5 months and Lu Lu did my pedicure. When I tell you that was by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. She was thorough and the massage was amazingMy main two from now on!

So the reason Im rating so low is because the lady doing my daughters bails did not disclose that she had recently had covid. She was not wearing a mask and stated that she was still having a hard time walking and breathing. My nails look nice, but it is bot worth the risk. And frankly Im a little ticked that she took the risk of giving it to my daughter.

I’m obsessed with my NAILS! Sunny did an amazing job, he was very personable and made me feel welcomed. The lady who did my pedicure was kind as well. I highly recommend seeing sunny bbq.

Since moving from my other town it has been hard finding a cheap quality pedicure like I was accustomed to. Today was my second visit .Even though the prices are different from my usual the pedicure I recieved today was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Im happy. Will be back.

One of the best Nail &Spa salon Ive ever been to. The prices are great and they offer services that most other nail salon dont offer.

I’ve come here a couple times. Mostly for pedicures, fills. This last time was horrible. I had a fill. When I left I could see through the black. And the black was also spread onto the rest of my nails they look horrible and some of the nails have weird dimples in the gel. For me to pay $35 I am not pleased. Also they prefer you to make appointments. If you don’t be prepared to sit and wait a while, I uploaded pics under photos. I’m mad. I know she had to of seen that and didn’t even offer to fix it. Sad.

Great place for men to get pedicures. The employees are very great and friendly. I was so comfortable and did I mention they provide complimentary drinks while you getting serviced.

I came into this business, it was very busy which I understand but I came anyway. I signed in first before anyone else walked in. Ignored. No one even asked me what I needed. These 2 other women came in they immediately helped them and sat them down. And then minutes later after that a couple walked in and they immediately sat them down. Not that the employees didn’t see me bc they did but no one said anything and I sat there waiting patiently and nothing. After 30 minutes of sitting watching people come and go I decided to leave. I will NEVER come to this place again. Worst service I’ve ever received. Nails by Chris it is. If I could give this place a - star I would.

I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures at 11am. When we arrived a few mins before 11 they seemed a bit confused of our appointment. We were seated and about 15 mins after seating us they began on my adult daughters pedicure. After 40 mins and asking several times they began on mine. Somehow we were finished at the same time. Our nails were barely trimmed our nails, I still need my th toenails clipped, and our feet still callously as they did not soak or scrub very long. My daughters nails are jagged and not shaped, her polish is clumpy and runny. My color is ok but great space between polish and cuticles. They sat us at a table to dry, there was a light in but felt no warmth or air circulation. Hours later our polish is still soft. I read reviews before going and it seemed a good place to go.I wont be back

Made an appt for pedicures for 3 ppl together. Waited in the chair for an hour before they started. Started mine way after the other 2. Missed a lot of places on the nails with polish. Left me sitting there with the separators on my feet and never came back. Very disappointing.

Went on my wedding day to get a full set & gel pedicure, they immediately took me back but waited for 20+ minutes for someone to do my pedicure. finally got my pedicure & my nail tech was very nice & friendly. My full set was extremely rushed, all my nails were different lengths and not what i asked for. Many of my friends recommended this salon but i was not impressed at all. My gel pedicure lasted less than 5 days because it wasn’t solely on my nails, nail tech painted the cuticles with gel polish as well. Clean place & some friendly staff but quality sucks. Don’t over book your salon and Don’t rush people coming in for the experience of enjoying a nail salon. Money seems to be more important than quality here.

Stopped in from out of town and had a pedicure with my wife. My back was killing me and I asked the manicurist if they did massages. She said no, but that she would fix me up after she finished with the pedicure.She had me sit on her stool and gave me a great massage for over 20 minutes while my wifes nails dried!! Ive had hundreds of massages over the years and this was one of the best Ive ever had!!The facility was very clean, everyone was super nice and professional, and they were able to work us in without an appointment within 5 minutes!The next time we are in Valdosta we will definitely be coming back!!❤️

I have enjoyed this salon a few times. I do like how they are friendly and let you enjoy your experience. However I will not be giving them a high rating because of my latest experience. I have gotten gel manicures there about 3 times. Each time with the removal of the nail polish, they proceed to file off the old nail. I would much rather have the soak off method with aluminum foil as it is safer for the nail and causes less pain for the customer, which i was in because my nails have been filed so thinly. I was then charged an extra $5 for the removal of the gel polish when I have not been charged this before.

Ive been here 3 times and out of them 2 were a bad experience . The second time I waited over 30 minutes after my pedicure was done for someone else to finally paint my toes. The third time I went back bringing someone with me. After waiting about 30 minutes they finally put us in pedicure chairs where we waited for another 30 plus minutes without even having water in the bowls. Someone finally came and filled 1 bowl....after waiting about another 15 minute and still no water I decided I wasnt getting anything and just paid for my daughter. I definitely dont think Ill be returning here.

I waited for an entire hour after checking in, and no one even came and asked what services I needed. People came in after me and were provided services before me. I was passed several times by employees and was never greeted. I went based on recommendation but I will not be visiting again, worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Went back and they fixed what another tech did poorly. Demi was so sweet and apologetic for the previous service I got! I guess the other tech was having a bad day. Thanks Demi, my nails are perfect!

I have gone to Paris for a year now! She is very talented and she makes it her goal to make sure you are satisfied. I used to go to Nails by Chris but switched when I heard she was opening up her new place! The salon is very clean and elegant! The staff is very nice and takes their time on whoever they are doing and with whatever service is being provided! The whole business really makes an effort to make sure you are comfortable and happy!!

I have been coming here since they opened. I just always got my nails done. Which Paris always does an amazing job. Today i decided to try their pedicure package. I did the spa. Oh my lanta was it amazing. After a long day i highly suggest that package. It doesn’t break the bank and you walk outta there feeling like a new woman.

This is a good place only thing that didn’t make it a 5 star was how my pedicure was done, it was all good up until the painting part I felt the old guy also thought that it didn’t look right either and it wasn’t even fully dried and I got gel polish and my feet looks nothing like my hands which the older lady who did my hands did so well. It’s just my toes don’t look the best especially when I paid $80, I’m gonna try again but with a different person.

This place did an amazing job. Their basic pedicure offers about the same amount of amenities as most places deluxe pedicures and is only $40 for a mani/pedi. My skin felt amazing after and they werent super pushy about getting gel polish or upgrading my services.

I made an appointment with Paris by phone for eyelashes .. she told me to come in at 1:00 . I get there at 12:50 and was sat at a nail table .. I had to tell them that I had an appointment to get lashes and then they got Paris ... Paris came to me and told me that she had another lady up front for eyelashes at 1:00 and asked me to come back at 2:00 .. mind you ... it’s raining outside !!!! I told them never mind .. that I would go somewhere else and they said ok and I left .. after I got down the road .. my phone rang and it was her asking me to come back ....Sorry but .... this isn’t how business should be done ... their prices are higher than everyone else and the place is new and clean but .... their professional ways doesn’t fit the price tag 😐😐😐
