I am so disappointed. I asked for a basic manicure with *clear pink gel* on my short natural nail. My nail tech cut corners on prepping my nails and cuticles and removing the sparkle gel polish I had on from my previous manicure, and slapped on some clear topcoat which is not what I asked for. There is still leftover glitter. When I politely told her what I asked for she got upset and didn’t fix it. My nails and cuticles are crusty, and I was over charged $40 for this, and I’m just really upset. I don’t think I will ever go here again 😕

One of the best pedicures I ever got! I got the green tea mask with cucumber and oh my goodness... it felt amazing! The cooling cucumber created a wonderful sensation on my legs. This was followed by a leg scrub and the mask again. She put cuticle oil and lotion on my legs and started the hot stone massage. The chairs are massage chairs and are great. This isn’t the usual place I’d go to but my salon is temporarily closed because of COVID. This place is right down the street and a little cheaper. I’ll definitely be back again!

The lady was very nice but didn’t listen to what i wanted but i was a little shy so understandable. paid more than i should have for what i got. very aggressive, not the worst but not the best ive been going here for a long time and usually i keep it simple and get white acrylics this time i changed it up and did not like it/ did not get what i wanted

The first time I went was the first time I had gotten acrylics and the owner did my nails she was very nice. This time I went and got a different lady who stopped my grandma and I showing us our temperatures as if it was bad but it was normal then gave my grandma a different worker and she did me, I showed her the color I wanted...she started my nails then as I was asking her if she was gonna do the color I asked for and she seemed to have forgotten and was putting on the color I had already had. So I said something again and she got mad and started slapping my hand, pushing my hand and forcing my hand into the nail dryer when my hand couldn’t go any further. She did my nails sloppy, she didn’t clean my nails up underneath, left my hands very oily, and the nail polish on my hands. While getting my nails done putting on a base coat...she started slamming the brush in and out very angrily, was getting my hands wet and some almost hit my face. She started drilling my fingers not my nails but my fingers! At this point I said ouch because she cut me! Then she started twisting my hand which also wasn’t professional, so if your thinking about going here get an appointment with the owner or do not go here at all, my grandma and I will not be going back!

The reviews that say this place is good have got to be lying. I went to get dip and some acrylic taken off and clear polish put on and they ripped the dip off, which is very bad for your nails and was actually painful. She literally shoved another acrylic nail under the dip and old acrylic and just ripped it up. Then she quickly filed my nails in a very sloppy manner, literally never seen such a poor filing job. I had hang nails hanging off and sharp edged. Then quickly threw on a top clear coat. It took probably 15 minutes for the whole thing. I didn’t say anything in the shop because I was shocked at how awful my nails looked I just wanted to get out of there and go to a different place. If I could go back I would have stopped her the second she started to rip off the first nail. I’ve never in my life reviewed a business but this was such an awful experience that I want to deter anyone else from going. I took pictures but cannot attach here for some reason. My nails are EMBARRASSING looking! Do not go here, even if you have no other option

I got a gel pedicure that was $45. I have serious concerns about the sanitization of their equipment. For example, the gloves she put on at the start of my pedicure already had polish on them. She had a buffer hidden in her glove box. I didnt see her get new clean items but I guess I could have missed it. All of the employees and the cleanliness of the place just didnt leave me feeling confident. Additionally, nothing about my $45 pedicure was that great. Not the worst pedicure Ive ever had but very far from the best. I will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

They are very good at main pesos which are the best and half the price of my former salon. Still, they add extra such as they put a fresh liner in the foot bath each time and give a free bottle of water. And give hot stone treatment and steamed towels with the massage portion even for their rock bottom price. All the people I have had were most accommodating for my conditions of in grown toenail and lymphedema (left leg).

Not the best manicure I have had but the pedicure was good. The manicurist cut my entire nail off by accident so I couldnt get my tips done. Overall an ok experience. I probably wont go back though. Customer service was a strain as my they barely understood me but they tried their best to accommodate me and give me what I wanted.

I love this nail shop! Im a diabetic and Kai did such s wonderful job of insuring that she doesnt nik or cut my skin. And the massage was absolutely amazing.

My pedicure was perfect and the massage was so relaxing, and my gel set is honestly so beautiful, I’m obsessed 😍 compared to other nail salons i’ve been to, this is one of my favorite places and had great prices! Worst nail place i have gone to the guy in the front was supper rude and he also told me i could only pay cash so i had to go to the bank yet they excepted another customers card while i was there. Their top cote for my nails kept bubbling up no matter how many times they changed bottles and they ladies were being rude to me as if it was my fault. Im sorry but if im paying $70 they better be perfect.

So I was looking for a new nail salon to go to since I’m new to the area, and I stumbled across this place on google. It had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I am a 20 year old Nigerian-American girl, keep this in mind, I am Black. As I walked in the place was nicely decorated and I was greeted and then quickly seated for my pedicure. The woman doing my nails seemed nice, nothing was out of the ordinary for a nail salon. Then, not even two minutes after I placed my feet in the water, a worker there approached me and rudely asked “aye can you do me a favor, can you uh.. pay first? It’s just because I have to leave so..” and gave a fake little coy smile. In my mind I’m thinking what does him leaving have to do with when I pay? Is he the only one that could ring people up? What if they don’t do a good job and how will I tip? There were three or four other employees in the shop working on other clients, none of which were black or atleast not obviously so as I am, and I had wondered if they were asked to pay already too because “the man was leaving”. I watched as he took my card and went to go swipe it, and a white man who had got a manicure walked up to him to pay. So he hadn’t payed first. The man left after handing me my card and avoiding eye contact after I said thank you. The woman who was doing my pedicure saw the disdain in my facial expression and gave me a free foot mask, which was nice of her but definitely didn’t fix the issue but instead reinforced it because it showed she knew that they did something wrong and was trying to cheer me up. About 20 minutes into my pedicure a mother and her daughter who were in the store way before I even walked in, we’re seated next to me to get their pedicures after they had gotten their manicures done. So I figured if the man “leaving” was the sole reason I had to pay first, he surely would’ve charged them already since they were there before me. So I openly asked them if they had payed for their service already, and all the nail technicians began to look at eachother. They said no, they hadn’t and then asked me why I asked. So I told them that I was asked to pay first and they turned looked at the nail techs with such disgust, turns out they were Eritrean (African just like me, but much lighter complected).So from all this it’s safe to draw the conclusion that the man was a racist. Had he not been there or had treated me the way he did, I might have written a better review because the salon was clean and the woman did a decent job on my pedicure. But I will say that if you Black or a woman of color, don’t even bother with this place. If you are not a woman of color but don’t mind being served by racists, or perhaps share the same views, then this place will suit you just fine.

Normally dont have any issues, today was not a good experience, water for the pedicure was cold, the lady would tap my leg to to put my foot in/out of water. Overall not a good experience today.

After I got my nails done they told me I had to pay cash because the credit card machine didn’t work. I told them I didn’t have cash so they told my to go into lucky grocery and use an atm. I told them I didn’t have a debit card and would have to go home to get cash. The lady then ran my credit card and it immediately worked. They are either commiting tax fraud or they own the atm. The gel manicure wasn’t very good either. She filed my nails crooked and got paint on my skin.

Elegant Nails is not the nicest nail salon that Ive ever been to. The reason I am raiting 5 stars is because, for the price, you arent going to get a better pedicure. I do not get my nails done so I cant rait those services, but I am a regular customer for waxing and pedicures and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I got a gel mani/pedi here a few weeks ago and loved it. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. There were a lot of women there getying their nails done but they had enough staff to service everyone and there was no wait.

Wont go any where else to get my nails done!!! Maggie and the ladies are wonderful

This place was amazing! My fiancé, his mother, and myself came in for mani-pedis and some fills and they did a superb job. The staff was very friendly, the man I assume was the owner offered everyone free waters as well as complimentary champagne. This has to be one of the best nail salons I have ever been to in this state. Also, they were very well priced.
