I just returned from a week of travel. Called to get picked up at Prescott Airport. The driver, Dennis, was polite, friendly and very attentive.The fare was very reasonable. After a long week I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely use Grab a cab from now on. I had used them in the past and was happy with the service then. The service has been consistently good..

The driver on the phone said a grab a cab would arrive in 20 minutes, but it was a no show and very frustrating. I ended up flagging down a different cab service off the street, which was pure luck being that it was 2:30am. I understand that theres limited service at this time, but a phone call would have been nice to let me know about my ride.

Grab-A-Cab is my go-to taxi service in the Prescott area. As a daily user I can say that no other company in the area compares to them. I love the work rate that I get, and I can call ahead and they will be there to pick me up whenever and wherever I need them. Their vehicles are clean and serviced, and the drivers are so friendly I consider them my personal friends. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a taxi in the area. Great Job!

I took my first ride with them on Halloween. They were very prompt, accommodating and friendly! I will recommend them from now on. I know some of my elderly patients will be greeted with a smile, treated with respect and arrive safely. It feels good to know we finally have a cab company with a heart for people!

They said that they would be open even if it snow but they were not the roads were clear even the side roads were poor Business on their part

Business owners of this company are very organized and I had the pleasure of working with them to bring their website together. I would highly recommend working with this company as a business as well as their highly qualified and customer service oriented taxi drivers. I believe that they will do very well in Prescott Valley, Prescott, and Chino Valley area. I’m looking for to their ribbon cutting at the end of next month (although they already are operating). If you need to “grab a cab” this company is your best choice!

I had a wonderful experience the last thing I wanted to do today was spend $50 on a cab ride not only were they $15 cheaper than anybody else in town but Rhonda their driver was an absolute pleasure to ride with she went over and above to make sure not only that I got my old wreck of a car started but followed me all the way home to make sure I got home safely what a pleasure and what an unexpected surprise I highly recommend them made the $50 I spent entirely painless

Wonderful new company! Ive used other companies in the area and grab a cab surpassed all of my expectations. Very fast response, reasonable rates, and the car was immaculate. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely use them over all the others from now on.

I love that we have an honest and professional cab company available. They show up on time, very nice, and respectful. My husband and I are both so happy with them and we also like supporting a Veteran owened business.

They are friendly and persistent longest wait time was 20 minutes and that was on a bizzy day for them... I would 100% recommend
