Pedicures are great, always had very nice ones and the ladies do a great job. Usually nail care is good too, but dropped a star because this last time it seems like the guy doing my nails was distracted, kept using his phone and either didnt want to talk to me or couldnt understand. Another lady would come around to ask and answer questions. Also kept talking it singing to himself in another language low enough I could barely hear it, but did. He did do a great job on the nails, just his customer service was off.

I walked in with my daughter and granddaughter and they agreed to doing my pedicure without an appointment. They took us all back to do our services and then when they saw my toes were destroyed by recent fungal episode they were SO RUDE!!!! They sent me back to the front to sit and wait . SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was humiliated!!! Like I was a bad child.. They don’t do acrylic they said..I wanted tips and acrylic until my toenails grew out to a healthier condition. I don’t recommend this place and I have never been treated like this before by an place that is supposed to be providing a service for fee.

Today was my first time coming to Gaia. I drove 30-40 minutes to this place. I waited 20-30 minutes to get my pedicure started. I’m 9 months pregnant and the massage wasn’t all that great, she hardly put any pressure into it. Before she painted my toes she asked if I wanted to get my nails done, I said yes. After she finishes doing my toes she told me they had no time to do my manicure unless I waited 30 minutes because they got busy. Which I felt like that was unprofessional. I had already been there for almost 2 hours. I also paid $75 for my pedicure and also got the special callus remover and still feel dead skin on my feet. Not really satisfied

One of the best nail salons in town reasonable price. Got my nails done for my wedding and they came out beautiful. Would definitely come back

We love this place for pedicures. They have a great menu of treatments! People are friendly and do great work. It is (and feels like) a very clean place with massage spa chairs. They take kids too!

The lights were dimmed which made the atmosphere really relaxing. They spent a considerable amount of time on my pedicure. Prices were reasonably and comparable to most nail Salons. They do a temperature check upon entering. I live in Fairfield however I found my new go to nail salon for pedicures

They continue to over book. This was my 2nd and last time. Waited 20 minutes for someone to start my pedicure while I sat on the chair and had to wait another 45 minutes for my manicure after my lady took off to start someone else’s pedicure. I wasn’t the only person experiencing this. While I waited at least 4 other ladies ended up waiting or rescheduled appointments because staff bounced back and forth from one person to another. Poor management. Never coming back again.

Customer service sucks, be ready to get seated for 30 minutes before they start on you, I received a jelly Pedicure and was not impressed at all I think its not worth $55 😕😅, save those extra bucks and just get the regular, my bf received a regular Pedicure he was alright with it but said never again, he prefers where we usually go (lavender nails) 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is my 4th time visiting this nail place. Its great to see how professional, knowledgeable are the personnel. In addition, the nail instruments used are cleaned and sanitized. The personnel use one set of sanitized nail instrument per customer. This is one of the most important things beside a great customer service.... Hope they continue providing every client a good / excellent service.

This is my favorite place for a dip manicure. I love their pedicure chairs they massage so well and the ambiance is very relaxing. I would have given 5 stars but they wont stamp your card unless you use cash and I hate that.

This is the only place I trust to do dip nails in the Solano County area. Their works comes out natural looking and they work quickly without sacrificing quality. Word of warnings:1. It gets very busy very quickly. So call ahead if you can.2. If you wash your hands a lot like I do, Ive noticed that my dip nails will begin chipping at the 7 day mark. With it being flu season, Ive been washing my hands and using hand sanitizer much more than I already do and after my most recent visit (2.23.20) one nail began to chip at the 4 day mark.

Both times I have come have been great!! I love the dip powder selection they offer. I got my eyebrows waxed for the first time here and I loved the way they look.

This place is excellent; definitely worth your money. It’s Clean, you feel relaxed, and the people who do your pedicures do a great job. The pedicures last at least 2 weeks, which I think is pretty good. I only gave 4 stars due to the fact that they do make you wait at times when you have an appointment.

I love their pedicures and manicures, BUT I do not like how they treat you depending on how you pay. Not necessarily the workers.. I believe she is one of the owners. Because of this I will not be returning!

It was bad experience today. I talked to Queenie that they did not stamped my frequent visit card last visit I had with Donna.Queenie took my payment and I am a regular customer every 6 week s but they are giving an excise they dont keep track of their customers and Queenie knows me very well since she s done my nails frequently.In other words they didnt stamp the missed stamp of my visit last time.They dont have good customer manners. And they dont believe in what their customer tells them.I WILL NOT COME BACK NOR REFER ANY FRIENDS TO COME HERE . ITS BAD CUSTOMERS TREATMENT FOR SIMPLE RESOLUTION.ZERO FOR THIS VISIT.THEY ARE POINT FINGERS AT EACH OTHER.NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS

I had gel polish on my toes and I guess this was an inconvenience. They start talking about me (in their language) as soon as she noticed she was going to have more work to do.I was hoping to get a fill as well but they dont do acrylics only manicure and pedicure.

Nails by Ricky is 5+ starsPedicure by Holly 5+ starsThese two are really great, kind, patient, caring of the final product and just a joy to get work done by! I showed Ricky a picture of the nails I wanted and told him it doesn’t have to be identical, whatever he thinks is best. He made my nails even nicer than those in the picture! He took the time to make sure the color was right, even did a second coat of red because the first red stripe wasn’t quite right for the holiday season look. Truly worth the wait for Ricky!Holly also did a phenomenal job, I told her I wanted my toenails cut down short and the edges straighten out which she did to perfection. No pain, no fuss, no rush, no problems. She was so sweet and kind and just nice to be in the presence of, that’s hard to come by nowadays at nail salons so I really appreciate it whenever I come across it!The reason for the 4 star rating is due to other staff who prepped my nails to be done by Ricky. 2 other women prepped my nails, the first one was great! She advised me to let her know if the nail spinner hurt me at all and she was gentle and took her time. I appreciated that. But unfortunately before she could finish prepping my nails, another lady sent her away and took over for removal process. The second lady was rushing and aggressive to the point I let her know she was hurting my hand, she softened up a little but didn’t acknowledge what I said. She then continued to be aggressive to the point that I had to pull my hand away because of the pain and I told her “That hurts a lot”. She just ignored me, took her stuff and walked away and came back and wrapped my nails in foil. Not a single acknowledgement of the pain she caused, and there was no reason for her to turn the nail grinder machine all the way up. If she was in a rush that’s fine and understandable but I was not in any rush and told them so. I had already said okay to wait for Ricky so there was absolutely no need fo rush the removal process and cause me pain. She then proceeded to try to talk me into a simpler nail design than I wanted although she wasn’t the one to do my nails. It was just ridiculous and she made me want to leave but my nails were already in the process of being taken off. Thankfully, a third woman came to take the foil and polish off, and she was also kind.Nonetheless, the overall experience thanks to Ricky Holly and the third woman made up for the poor service and attitude in between.*A note about that cash policy is that it is a little inconvenient to have to get cash to avoid the $1 charge but many places do that so I get it. It‘a annoying but it is what it is. The part that bothers me more-so is that customers only get a stamp card if paying with cash, it’s a bit stingy since services are being paid for regardless of payment method so everyone should qualify for a stamp card.*

Was clean and everything, but I really am not very happy with my gel manicure. My manicurist started very high on my nail and my sister in laws manicurist snapped at her for moving. She only moved once, it wasnt like she messed up 4 nails. There are little bubbles in my gel polish and a piece of nail brush hair stuck in the other. I got my manicure 4 days ago and it already looks grown out.

They’re really sweet people and do a good job but my nails didn’t even last a week! I had tips and they broke off within a few days. I paid like $55 for them...definitely not worth it.

Very clean and the service was excellent.

Went for a manicure to get acrylics. Said i wanted long they did short. I asked for stilletto and she did rounded. Definitely will not be coming back to this one. They filed my skin and burned my skin in the process. They dont fill them in, they file them flat.

I saw the reviews and decided to go get the dip powder. The finish was lousy. The strokes were very noticeable and left lumps under my nails. Ill rather drive 1 hour to elk Grove.
