I brought my Land Rover Discovery in for a suspension calibration and the guys did it quickly the same day and also gave me a ride to work great service and the price was what they quoted.

This establishment is awful they stole 2k$ from me claiming to fix the issue & refuse to stand behind their work.please avoid this pace.. Terrible experience!!!

My 2007 Range Rover was taken to them with a battery drain issue and suspension problem. They kept my truck for two weeks thru Christmas. I had to send my husband to check on the status of my truck after several days. There was no communication from them on what was being done. They stated several different issues causing my battery drain. They also stated my suspension issue. Was do to a faulty air valve. After two weeks and no progress. I was forced to remove my truck from there shop. They stated that they changed the air valve and did some diagnosing. Which they charged me over 1,200 dollars for. My truck left there shop with nothing being done. I sent my Range Rover to the dealership. It was determined at the dealership. That the air valve had never been changed. There where no leaks pertaining to my motor. The battery drain issue was caused from the air compressor running continues. Due to the fact that both front struts where in very poor condition and leaking air. The dealership replaced my battery, both front struts, air compressor solenoid and up dated software. They also picked my truck up at my home and left me a loaner vehicle. My total charge was 2,100. I will no longer be a customer with O’Brien Auto. Please beware this shop is not what it used to be. They are dishonest and lack communication with there customers. Please know there are other shops in the Tulsa area that work on these types of vehicles. That do wonderful work.

David & James are straight shooters and did a fantastic job on my 2008 BMW 335 xi. i had an engine malfunction error. they diagnosed it and called me with pricing and the repairs needed. they also pointed out another issue that needed resolved. they were very fair priced on all the work they did and did excellent work. i am very happy. i will be a customer from now on.

James at O’Brien has always been courteous when I call to make an appointment and accommodating when it’s at the last minute. I always know the job will be done correctly when it’s with them. I want to start with the fact that I’m a 28 year old woman. I’ll admit that I don’t always go to a shop to get my repair work done on my car, because I typically take note of what they see when they do my oil changes (and i’ve been coming here for oil changes for years) and I often ask them to do diagnostics for me and I try to work on the repairs myself. I never feel pressured by them to have my repairs completed there, matter of fact I’ve called them before when I’ve been stuck on a project and they put their heads together and tell me what it could be. They told me my clutch throwout bearing was causing my shifting issues. I wanted to not worry about it, so I scheduled my appointment to drop it off. They found several unrelated things and were able to readily replace them where I would not have had the parts on hand and my car would have been out of commission longer. This is an obvious bonus with taking your car to any shop. What sets the guys at O’Brien apart is they were so good to call me about every.thing. they found, so it wasn’t a surprise when I picked up. They TRULY try to keep your labor costs as low as they can. I just brought my car in for a clutch throwout bearing replacement and with the 18+ other items they found (including my radiator support coming off in pieces) the labor was the same As was quoted and the only difference was the additional parts. Trust these guys! They respect and care about your satisfaction.

James and his team were helpful, friendly, and communicative. Our new-to-us Audi diesel is running perfectly and the location is convenient to boot!

I am from the Midwest and was traveling with my family when the oil pressure light come on in my 2004 Land Rover Discovery 2. A quick google search later I was taking the truck to OBrien Auto Performance. James and company were great. James communicated quickly and efficiently. Ryan, the guy who worked on my truck, walked me through what needed to be done to my SUV. I had to travel back to Saint Louis for work and left the Discovery in their care. When my wife and daughter went to pick the Discovery up James, Ryan and David, the owner, were informative, polite and took great care of them. This has not always been their experience at other shops. All in all, this is a great place and my only complaint is that I have nothing like them in Saint Louis. My daughter is still in Tulsa with her Land Rover Discovery 2 and she will be using OBrien Auto Performance when needed.

I’ve only been mugged twice in my life. Once in NY City in the 90s and the other time was last month at OBrien Auto. I was charged $100 to add Diesel fluid to my tank that had just been filled from empty to full at Jiffy Lube one month earlier for $32. Furthermore, I didn’t ask them to fill it. The oil change was more expensive than the Audi dealer. They tried to sell me the “engine flush” scam. Google it, manufacturers recommend that you do not do this—it can harm your vehicle. They also recommended I have oil changes twice as often as recommended. A Google search tells me this is another common scam.

I was referred to O’Brien’s by the local Jaguar dealership that advised their appointments for service were scheduling months out. They recommend O’Briens and I checked them out! Wow, these guys are awesome! It is so nice to have a place that you trust! They do amazing work at very fair prices! I can’t imagine trusting my Jaguar XK with anywhere else!

Fast professional service on our Jaguar. They were knowlegable and honest and solved the repair mystery on my car quickly. No excessive charges or pressure to get other work done. We will be back if we ever need repair work again.

These guys know their stuff but as to be expected with any import specialists, they are expensive. Great group of guys even though the owner is an enigma in that he is a democrat, small business owner who is also a fiscal conservative. Truly amazing guy and fun to converse with.

These guys really know their stuff and are congenial enough. The only reason that I cant do 5 stars is cost.They estimated $6,800 for a timing chain replacement on a 2012 Supercharged full size Range Rover. My warranty company denied the claim from Obriens because for $5,200 they can purchase another motor and have it installed and still be under the $6,800 estimate.Having said that, I really do like these guys other than their pricing. I have confidence in the repairs theyve made to my Mercedes but cant afford to use them on the Range Rover.

James was responsive and knowledgable. Will definitely take my car back there for the next service. Price was reasonable. From the parking lot, they seem to work on a lot of British/Europeans cars.

Love these guys!!! Been using them for years and on my second Mini Cooper because of them! Used them for my Land Rover Defender as well! Had everything done from a simple oil changes, wiper nozzle repair to engine leaks, hose replacements, fluid flushes and break jobs. Good, fun honest guys that will take care of you.

Worked and resolved the nightmare of electrical faults plaguing my Mercedes E500. This is one of the best independent repair shops for European imports. Then again took care of my Jaguar XF Supercharged vacuum leak in 2021. One of the best Euro shops in Tulsa.

Ive been coming to OBriens for 8 years! Prior to OBriens I always went directly through the Land Rover dealer. Always unsatisfied. The OBrien team made me believe in great honest service again! They are fair and never try to upsell me. They even helped guide me through the purchase of my 2nd Land Rover out of state to ensure I was getting a quality deal. I cannot say enough great things about this Auto Shop. The ENTIRE staff and team is wonderful to work with!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MERCEDES to this place! They had my car for a month and fixed the wrong problem. I spent over a 1k on rental cars while they screwed my car up. I finally got it back not fixed for original problem and wanted to charge me $1,800. I ended up not paying anything. Got my car back, grease on the carpets, door handles and my engine light was on (was not on when I dropped off!). Stay away from this place no matter what!
