Would not install customer supplied cat.My element was hit in January and I had this location replace my down pipe, o2 sensors, and cat for $1100.Just picked up a Prius, and immediately ordered a new cat to go on it. Woke up early and headed to b and s. They would not install my supplied cat, still in box from rock auto parts.I would have gladly given them $200 for the work.Went to another shop down the road and had a great experience. I will not be coming back to this location if I can avoid it.

Havent had to go in a while but whenever I need regular maintenance like spark plugs brakes and rotors and things like that they can get it done. Fair prices, pretty quick work and if I remember right they have warranty on their parts.

Thieves sawed off the catalytic converter of my Honda element. Friend referred me to B&S. Quote on the phone was 750 or 900 depending.After I gave permission for the repair, they called back in 20 minutes ready for pickup.Instead of replacing the exhaust segment, they just weldied a replacement convertor in line.20 minutes and $900.Search on internet shows convertor and entire exhaust pipe segment available for less than $200

My car is staring up and running so smooth now!!! Bought a 2015 Infiniti and never really noticed how loud it was starting up till the car threw an engine code saying catalytic convert / air / fuel ratio issue. I had the catalytic converter replaced here at the recommendation of AAMCO who I trust 100%. They did it in less than 8 hours and had my car done by the end of the day! Friendly, great communication and service. I would have my car worked on here again if needed. Thanks guys! I also got an engine induction service afterward because I believe that was part of the problem but, I could tell a huge difference after replacing the catalytic converter in how it drove and started up.

Sketchy. Seems like tweekers to me but idk. But they have good prices just expect what you pay for maybe. Seems like hes been doing it awile. They seem nice enough though. There was 6 or so people standing/working inside and Like eveyone was smoking a cigarette. Lol idk they give me mixed signals/emotions.

They did fix my brakes. However, they also broke the latch that pops the hood while changing my oil. Of course no one mentioned it... Just be honest. Its really not that difficult.

I had to put one star cause its only way I can leave a review I had bad experience With this place I showed up at 4:20 just to check a rattle in my muffler and the dude said they were close I said the door says you close at 5 oclock And then he try say theres no Bay open They are very unprofessional so I wouldnt recommend know when to go to the shops but employee was rude. I should of just stay at work I left early for nothing could of just stayed in till 530 I missed 1hr 30 of work just to go back home

Great service performed with a muffler delete and the tip added made the sound so much more in depth, along with some front brake pad work. Well rounded service I recommend if you need some basic mechanical work for tuning up!

So I went a couple of weeks ago to see if they could do my Exhaust. I went to the other shop on Monday and they were too busy to do it and was asked to come back on Tuesday. This is also after my job at 3:40 PM. I went back on Tuesday, and met with the Owner or main manager, Oh I was actually just about to leave cause of that storm thats about to hit, I hate to ask you to come back tomorrow, but we cant do that today. I left with my blood starting to boil. So, I went back on Wednesday, they FINALLY pulled it into the shop to look it over, and doubled checked what I wanted, after finding out what I wanted, they said they couldnt do it that and Id have to show up early one day or come on Saturday to the Admiral location. I wasnt that pleased to hear it, but if they cant do it they cant do it. After a week I went to that shop on Friday, and left early from work to get there. They were busy that day too, so I decided to go today (Saturday) I walked in there after sitting for about 40 minutes, talking to the Owner/Manager, after hearing what I was there for he responded with Well did you get what (worker) wanted done? His worker didnt ask me to do anything, just was telling me that itd take more time. When I told him he didnt he said Oh well I cant do it today, today is my short day. Im soory but this is little to no Customer service, Ive worked in shops before and have never treated a customer like this. The owner/manager clearly doesnt want to do work in my eyes, so Im done. Ill be going to a different muffler shopI will say American Discount Muffler, within 5 minutes of talking with me mentioned one word that B S didnt. That word was APPOINTMENT, if you want to keep bringing in new customers, Id step your game up, you lost a very good customer and potential worker for your shop. I will not and have not recommend or suggest anyone go here, there are many better places around Tulsa area to go.

Very happy with b&s, Wayne and Cindy couple that runs this one are awesome. I had the brake booster replaced on my vehicle,the next morning the pedal was still a little stiff by the time I got to work I called them they said bring it by in the morning. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem.

I had a small problem at the other B&S Muffler location and called to talk to the owner at this location as he owns both locations. The owner and Cindy who runs this location was both more than helpful. The owner actually cared enough to want to keep my business and got my problem solved and fixed beyond my satisfaction. This shop has alot of experience working for them which is really nice. I like to have a really experienced technician working on my car. I wont return to the other location but this location has earned my future business. I would highly recommend this location.

Muffler came loose and started dragging. Brought it into B & S. Very courteous and very accommodating. Immediately put my rig on the rack and zapped the muffler back on within a few minutes. Great job with these folks.
