Took my truck in for service and a recall. Staff is friendly but the communication is lacking. I left two messages for my service advisor and he never returned my calls. Again, friendly staff but need to communicate with their customers about the status of their vehicle. Also, the initial text I received when I dropped it off had a contact number for the advisor and it was not a working number!

Zack took great of me and my car. He kept me up to date. He made sure I got my rental, and that I was happy with everything along the way. When I picked up my car he had it cleaned and waiting for me so I would not be late for work. I definitely give Riverside a 5 star over all. Buy your car from Chris McClintic. If you need service they are all good there. Although Zack is the best.
I stopped by for an oil change, new fuel filters and air filter. I specifically told Greg in Service. That was it. Nothing else. Dont touch anything else. And to not add DPF fluid. Two hours later I get my truck back and pop the hood. The windshield washer fluid cap is off. And they reduced the tire pressure on my custom wheels/tires. Instead of asking to make sure they just let 10psi out. And left them +-5psi difference between the inner and outer tires.. Now I cannot even use my truck before finding somewhere to get air and crawling around under it. Would not recommend. And will not be back.
It’s so good to know that your local service department takes pride in what they do. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and was provided with wonderful customer service. My advisor took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood. Definitely trust them with my vehicle needs.
I think the techs here do a fine job and the advisors are adept at identifying the problem with any car. Several years ago, after having bad experience elsewhere, I brought my Taurus here and have gone nowhere else since.
Overall, very poor experience. Bad service, no communication, wouldnt honor the loner vehicle agreement, took 15 days to change a radiator hose and fill with coolant, when when vehicle was taken in, no problem with battery, when picked up, it needed a new battery. 350.00. And was told it is a maintenance issue, when I have purchased pretty much a bumper to bumper warranty, and had the vehicle less than 90 days. So, very poor experience. Absolutely wouldnt recommend.Also had almost a full tank of fuel when taken in,and picked up empty. No wash or detail.and 3 out of 4 vent air freshener are missing. I will never purchase another vehicle at this location.

We will not be back. We took the car to have a seatbelt replaced they had ordered for us. We took the car in at 9:00, which was our appointment time, in the morning and did not hear anything from them the entire day. The next morning, we waited until 10:00 to call and find out the status of the car. They said they would return the call. At 10:30 we called back and they said they had not even started working on the car but were getting ready to pull it in the bay. We said not to bother, we are picking it up. When we picked the car up, the service advisor said it always takes at least 24 hours before a car is taken care of. We had a 9:00 appointment and 24 hours later, the car had still not been seen. We could have kept the car and brought it in when it was ready to be seen. It is inconsiderate of the customer’s time.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Constant communication from multiple departments. Utilized their aftermarket team for some wheels and tires on new vehicle. They jumped all over it. Texting with photos of options, etc. Best dealer experience I’ve had.
Communication could be better even if there are no updates to report. Parts took forever but the loaner was nice. I had the windshield replaced while other services were being done and there were tiny shards of glass left on the dash and shifting area. A quick vacuum or dusting would have been appreciated as the whole process from waiting on loaner til pick up took nearly 3 months.
Took my Ford truck to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. After returning home, I discovered they had not rotated the trucks tires. I telephoned the dealership to inform them and could only leave a message. The dealership has not returned my phone calls. I waited nearly an hour and a half during my appointment time for Quick Lube service. Not at all quick or complete.
Damaged tire in Tulsa road construction on union Ave. Needed to make a trip. Discount tire and Sams promised delivery, but havent. Dealer where I bought car in BA only wanted to sell a set, not one. Now I remembered why I quit them for service. Dealer two told me two distribution centers in Tulsa have tires but he didnt have runner avail to pickup tire that day.I stopped by riverside and they confirmed availability at two distribution places and said they could pickup tire and mount before closing. They did as promised and I made the 1100 mile trip as needed. Riverside went out of the way, communicated very well and gained a repeat customer. Very happy. 😀
Bought a 2016 ford f-150 platinum, the tires turned out to be from 2010, the wheel bearing was shot. Radio hose was bad. The service department is a joke. I have spent over 2,000 in repairs and have made 4 payments. They do not inspect or certify their used cars. My old car was on the lot in less than 24 hours after the deal. I paid for the warranty that they make it very hard to use. Buyer beware, go anywhere but here.
Jeff, the head of Riverside Fords aftermarket department was amazing to work with when it came to picking out some wheels for my sons truck. He took the time to speak with both my son and I about the style he wanted, the budget he had and was able to pick out a perfect set of wheels. His guys had some issues getting my lock lug nuts off(my fault, not there’s. I lost the key) but they worked on them until they were off. Hardest working crew I’ve seen. My over all experience was fantastic and have already recommended Jeff and his team to several people.

Bought a car through Riverside a year ago, had horrible experience with getting the tiny fixed on my brand new Ford Edge. The salesman was absolutely no help after the deal was done. Now I’ve since traded it in for a Jeep and canceled our gap, we turned in all of our paperwork and now 3 months later still no check and it’s impossible getting in contact with the finance department. After buying my edge we only ever used Bill Knight Ford and they are hands down better than Riverside.
This place was great. Cale (my salesman assoc) did a perfect job listening to what I wanted & needed. No pressure sales with a team that got me all the coverages & specifics I needed perfectly. Ill be buying my familys vehicles here & with Cale from here out & would suggest them to everyone else for sure.

Fantastic service. Dropoff was easy and I was able to pick my truck up 30 minutes before they were supposed to open. Will be back soon enough for my next service. Love that they use a text-system for updates on your vehicle rather than forcing you to play phone tag if you have a tight schedule.

I signed up on line for service appointment, my new trucks first 10000 mile oil change for $49. Turns out it was $78, but the salesman reduced price to $68. Nobody read my requested services remark that the mirror on the drivers side, the plastic is now cracked where I tried to fold it in to squeeze into my garage. He said its going to cost $1000 to get it fixed. He said theres no one to work on it today. Took two round trips from Owasso to get it paid for. No more trips to riverside on bad Elwood road
As we pulled up Logan helped us get to Rick. Rick was awesome and hooked us up with David. He did an awesome job at getting us our Ranger. He even helped detail it out. We would highly recommend Riverside Ford. They are all friendly and helpful.

Great Experience! We worked with Bobby Chartier a few days before we made the 2 hour drive to see the car we were interested in. He was so helpful and easy to work with. My car was In the shop for 7 working days with minimal communication until I contacted Fleet in the 2nd week.When the car was towed to the dealership there was no call to investigate what the issue was to repair. I had to call to initiate work on the vehicle the following day. Then the service person I spoke to was gone on the 3rd day and I had to call in again to discover his departureAs this is a fleet vehicle I was told by fleet no one contacted them for approval for work.If communication efforts were enhanced this would help with planning for being without a vehicle for so long.

I wont be coming here again it took 2 months for me to get the title of the pickup they sold me and I hope that it only has a sensor out that I have to get fixed and the staff did several small things that gave me the impression of a wham bam thank you mama situation so if you go here be careful.Update definitely be careful some questionable stuff happened to me.Last update I will never shop here again they sold me a truck that had a rodent problem and wires were chewed so if you do shop here be careful.

Ford Service representative was very courteous, and quickly retrieved my service history. Asked pertinent questions regarding my service and then had the Taurus delivered to the service bays. It took less than an hour for my “the works” service. The rep then explained what was performed and what parts were required to keep my car safe and in great mechanical condition. My husband and I had the best car buying experience in Riverside Ford of Tulsa! This is the best dealership to go to, most especially if you are a Hispanic or a veteran. Our past experiences made us dread going to a car dealership. When we went there on 12/23, we only accompanied my in-laws to buy their car. Jessy, the only bilingual sales rep in their dealership, helped out my in-laws (who prefer doing business in Spanish only) amazingly and efficiently! Everything has been done very smoothly and really fast! My husband, then tried to see if we could consolidate our loan for a car that was totaled due to a car accident in March (we did not have GAP insurance because the dealer that sold us that car did not explain GAP). Although that’s not what happened, Jessy and their finance department worked hard and was able to find a great trade-in for our 2016 Nissan Rogue with some issues (the dealer that sold this to us was not completely transparent about the issues that the car has). We had to go back the next day because we did not have enough time, as it was already 7 pm when my husband asked Jessy about our options. He showed us a Ford Escape 2020 that he said that we got pre-approved for. My husband and I did not have high hopes, as we were told in a car dealer before that we got approved for a car, then only to be told that we got denied after 7 hours of waiting! The next day, they immediately finalized everything once they opened, and Jessy told us the good news that we got approved and asked us to come in so that they can discuss everything about the deal. It was only a few dollars difference for what we were paying for the Rogue and this is a new one. They also was able to snag some rebates for us because my husband is an Army veteran. Towards the end, Randy, the director of operations, actually went to us and checked on us personally to make sure that we were taken cared of well. Another great thing is, when we noticed that the tires had low pressure and the service people already left, Jessy did not hesitate to go with us to Quiktrip to personally put air on our tires. Talk about going above and beyond! I definitely highly recommend Riverside Ford of Tulsa if you need to buy a car!

Went in for an oil change and modem reset. While it took about 3 hours the first day I was offered a loaner until the modem issue was worked out. I was so glad this resolution was offered so I wouldn’t have to come back several more times. Very happy with the service department and Rileys assistant with getting my vehicle taken care of.

Great deal on a really unique vehicle. Everything my last F150 had plus the Powerboost upgrade. Gets great fuel mileage and plenty of safety features. The added bonus of decreasing my insurance costs. Also if you ever need to personalize your vehicle (whatever make or model) their accessories department does AMAZING work.Overall great experience!

While every Ford dealership in the city had a two hour wait time for service Riverside Ford had my back. I came in for an oil change and air filter and although they could not get an air filter for my vehicle the service staff was quick and efficient. I will definitely be taking my Ford vehicle back there for service in the future.

I would only complain about two things. One I was told I would have my car done by the end of the day if I got it in by the morning which changed when I got there and that’s fine I get it will change but they way it was told to me I feel as tho was poorly executed. Then it seemed very disorganized when I got there although everybody was very nice.
Fraudulent near criminal service. For a water pump repair for a 2007 Ford Edge that also needed airbag recall work was quoted 1600 labor 700 parts on an already obscene Google est repair cost of 1300 to 1700 dollars total. After nearly a week was told the job would cost not 1600 since we had new parts, not 2300, but 3000 dollars!!! This is my sons first vehicle and a great lesson on all the disreputable crooks that fly the Ford service banner.

Disappointing experience.. I have a Ford Focus that had the recalling the transmission. I have taken the car there twice to have it fixed under the recall warranty. The transmission started having the same issues as before and so I brought it back in. I explained to them what was going on with the car and told them it was the transmission. After a few days later I was sent a text of an invoice for the cost of the repair of over 3000 dollars! I called to inquire about the recall warranty covering the cost only to be told it was no longer covered. I chose not to have a transmission fixed because it never worked properly before and was supposedly fixed after the 2 other times they fixed it. I went to pick my car up and was charged 132 dollars for diagnostic testing. Even though I knew what was wrong and they had record of previous issues. I will not pay to ha e a transmission fixed when it never worked properly in the first place and they supposedly fixed it twice...
