These guys are great. I mostly interacted with Ross on a regular basis but I also talked to Ray and Will. Everyone there was helpful and great to talk to. Seriously, they all seem like genuinely good people. They fixed my truck and had an opportunity to charge more than they did, but I honestly dont even think they considered it. I would absolutely trust them to work on my vehicle and would recommend any friends and family to use them. Im a teacher trying to prepare for the start of the school year and truck issues wasnt a stress I was ready to add. They took care of me. Honestly and more than fairly. Im more than confident that theyd do the same to you.

Worked with David, was super satisfied with their service! My sons car died, AAA towed it to Same Day. Received a call two hours later that the issue had been fixed - loose battery cable - and my car was ready, no charge to me. I asked them to go ahead and look at the a/c (which wasnt working), they came back with a reasonable quote, and the work was done by the end of the day. My father referred me to them as they fixed up his van so I took mine to them. Ray was so helpful and the team was so polite I was amazed! They were busy that day but I didnt have to wait long to find out what was wrong, what they had to do, and exactly to the dollar what it would cost to fix it. When I asked how long it would take, they were able to get it done in a couple of hours! And they actually DID get it done in a couple of hours! So impressed and feeling very cool now with my fixed A/C. Will be taking my van back there again! Proven to be trustworthy!

They fixed a loud popping noise and my ignition. Both of these issues had been ongoing for MONTHS and causing me great anxiety. I had my struts replaced by another business. Almost immediately, I started hearing what sounded like an explosion inside my car. I took it back to them twice but was told there was nothing wrong; the car was just old. Same Day Auto found the connecting nut (?) on the passenger side strut was not tightened. Also for months, my car intermittently would not start. I was really frightened Id be stranded somewhere if I couldnt get this fixed. Again, Same Day Auto came to my rescue. All of the other positive reviews are right on the money! This is an incredible team that really cares about its customers. Was on a road trip with my best friend, thousands of miles from home when our skid plate came loose. Many shops were closed and it could have really set us back, but we were able to make it to this shop 15 minutes before close. When we explained the situation, they were so kind and understanding and got us fixed up and back on the road in 5 minutes or less. I am so grateful for their kindness in a situation that otherwise would’ve been very stressful.

I am always very happy with the service that they do on my vehicle; Ray is always very nice, and he and all the people who work there have always gone to the extreme, to make their customers feel like family, and will always be sure that you are happy before you leave! And, once, I couldnt get a ride back, to pick my car up, (and, it was already closing time, for them!) They were efficient, timely, courteous and professional. They actually got my vehicle finished before it was scheduled. If I ever have future repairs needed on my vehicle I would choose this place again and recommend then to any friends or family.

Everyone was so kind, considerate and very understanding. Im clueless when it comes to cars so I usually get anxious when I go to a shop but Ray helped me through the whole process and was so nice to me the entire time which is so comforting when dealing with stressful car issues. My parents took the car to get repaired. They charged over $1000 for all the work,they said they had fixed the problem. They lied the car continued to die on my parents on the road. They ruined the driver side door and lied saying they didnt cause the damage. I highly recommend to people to stay away from this business. Typical crooks, fix something and ruin something else you have to spend more money.

This was my first time coming to Same Day Auto Repair. I was super impressed with them. I only went for an oil change and they did a full inspection of my car and brought some things that were wrong with my car to my attention. I had take my car to at least 2 other shops and never had them mention these problems before. Ray immediately knew what the issue was and then taught me the mechanics vernacular name of my issue called: Potato In The Tailpipe. Im satisfied with Same Day Auto Repair.The hose to the coolant ruptured. It leaked all over under the hood. Had AAA come pick it up to tow to service center. But I had no idea who to use. AAA suggested, Same Day. I said, okay.The staff is very friendly. Repair was done quickly. Replaced the coolant hose and serpentine belt. And was totally ready for me to pick up when they said it would be.

Had a flat tire from running into two, giant potholes in a row. Ray got me fixed up very quickly, even getting my wiper blades replaced. Both the tire and the blades have been working beautifully, and Rays service was friendly, quick, and of high quality.

I live 2 hours away from Tulsa but a pot hole hit my tire and completely messed it up. I brought my car to them with a donut and they had it fixed quickly and were very friendly. A little pricey for just one tire

Took my used kia to get checked on since I recently purchase it and wanted to make sure it didnt have any major issues. Ray greeted me very politely and took care of me. He was really good at explaining what need to be done in great details and also informed me of things to keep an eye on my kia model. I went ahead and did a tune up. And he printed out some of the stuff I might wanted to get check and change since it was mainly maintenance stuff. Overall a great experience and I appreciate how straight forward he was with . First off, let me say that Ross is your man! Hes the guy you want to talk to if/when you can. . My first interaction with them was welcoming and pleasant from the get go. They were kind, friendly and accommodating with the phone interaction after describing my situation. Im not from Tulsa and my car just suddenly last power while driving. When I had it towed there, they were honest, quick and treated me like family although they did not know me. They saw my situation and worked with me the whole time. Ryan was the person I talked to on the phone and Ross was the mechanic I talked to afterwards. Ross is an utter gem! He is helpful, extremely understanding and experienced. Although my car was a loss due to a sized engine, they searched all avenues to help. They ended up helping in such a way I cannot repay. Honestly, Ive never had an interaction such as this at any mechanic in my life! They are an amazing crew and worthy of full trust with your car!

We bought new tires from Same Day Auto and had them installed here. Being a female without much mechanical knowledge I usually dread taking my car in for maintenance. But Ray is courteous & helpful without the condescending attitude I’ve gotten in other shops. Service is quick but thorough, prices are good. Location is handy. Previous day we had gone to a competitor of Same Day Auto Repair. Called and spoke to a person claiming to have been with the company for many years and explained my issue. Told him that I had just left a competitor and explained in detail what I needed done. He gave me What was a very reasonable estimate over the phone. The very next day I took my car there dropped it off and went home. About four hours I call and inquired about what the situation was since I had not received a call from them. And they tell me that not only did they find the part wrong that their competitor had, but they had found multiple other issues and it was going to cost almost twice as much to get it repaired. I laughed, rather hard as I explained he was dearly mistaken as I had already checked out those parts. So watch your dollars and your cents with this place as they will try to put parts on that do not need to be replaced. Same Day Auto Repair, this is how you lose customers!

Last week I made an appointment with Same Day Auto Repair on Sheridan to fix the front and rear turn signals on my ‘95 Corvette. Not only had the turn signals on the left side stopped blinking, but the horn stopped working, and the electric windows on the left side would not roll down. I had replaced a burned out bulb and checked my fuses, but it didn’t fix the problem. This morning I took my car in, and the mechanics began working on it. Although it seemed that the malfunctions were somehow connected since they all occurred simultaneously, the mechanic discovered this was not the case at all. Instead, it was only a coincidence. The mechanic was able to discover the reason the left window would not roll down was due to a faulty motor and not a burned out fuse. He gave me a detailed estimate for replacing this motor. In addition, he was then able to effectively restore the horn and turn signals to working order. When I was given the bill, I was shocked to see that I had not been charged for anything— not even their time. “Amount due: $00.” This was my first visit to Same Day Auto Repair, but it will not be my last. As soon as I can, I’m going to have them replace the window’s faulty motor. The parts they replaced today may not have been expensive, but they worked on my car between two and three hours. That was a lot of labor, and I am so grateful to them for what they did for me today. I totally trust them and recommend their services.

This place was amazing and Ray was such a great help! Without him I wouldve never been able to get my car fixed and it didnt get to the shop until almost 1:30 pm and was still finished by 6pm. Great service. I dropped in on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Ray gave me an appointment time of 12 noon. I came back at 12, they took my van right in and everything was done in 45 min. The lobby waiting area and bathroom were clean. Will definitely go back for my next oil change.

Ray at Same Day Auto Repair is wonderful. I have been in many times and always feel like I am their most important customer. Recently I needed to replace a headlight but they didn’t have the part. Within about 15 minutes the part was delivered and installed and I was on my way.
