I waked in to explain that my tire lite indicator was not shutting off even after checking tires and the person behind the desk was basically blowing me off. it was not only until I insisted, did they look at my records from a prior visit to discover there were several recalls which included the tire indicator light. The recalls were addressed but the customer service was poor.
Excellent service. Kept me updated by text and phone calls regarding the status of my cars repairs. Really appreciated these updates plus they kept to their schedule and let me know right away about any delays. They gave a thorough report on the repairs done and even completed a recall I was not aware of that needed to be done. Saved me another trip. They let me know when my next service is due. Last time I’ll come here for a simple oil change! I’ve been sitting here for an hour and a half and I STILL don’t have my car!!!! Unbelievable! No explanation nothing. Twice now I’ve been told he’s finishing up now! Seriously???? Do NOT come here if you have ANY other plans!!!!!!! Not to mention how many messages I left trying to make an appointment and nobody would call me back!!!!!
Terrible experience. I bought a car from them, a month goes by. I go to pay may payment and the loan company says my loan was denied. Then I have to go back and redo the whole deal, they didn’t change the contracts to reflect the difference in mileage or anything else. Which I’m pretty sure means they broke their own contract. Fast foward 4 months, still no title sent to me. I’ve called for the last 4 weeks and every time I get the run around. The title person is in a meeting, they call you back. No call back ever. Save your time and money and go to a better dealership.
Cale helped us find the right car without any nonsense and made the process very easy and relaxing. Everybody was nice and honest with me. Jason helped us a lot with getting the right financing and warranty protection and overall it was a great experience.
We will never purchase another car from here. It took a week to be able to drive the car home. All the we pay for things were not, and had to redo the deal, ended up they did pay for it. Then it seemed like no one had the drive to check on things to make sure things were completed. We had to keep calling, kept going by. Finally a week later the car came home. Then we received the call regarding title. Needless to say, Customer Service is definitely lacking, lies are abundant. And NO ONE wants to step up to the plate and have some guts to deal with customers. The entire sales floor needs to be retrained, customer service personnel need training.

Drove lots of cars before we found the Sorento. We all loved the car and the day of sale was pretty good. Everyone there was will willing to help. Made the purchase, then there was trouble with getting my title before the 30 days. Had to make two trips there to actually get some help. No one answered the phone or would return my calls, except sales!! Then tried to schedule an oil change and same response, no one would answer the phone in most departments or return calls, except sales department. Wish one of those guys could change my oil! Only have had the car 3 months and love it, wish I had bought at different location. Horrible service since day after sale.

Worst car buying experience ever. I set up the deal on Tuesday for a new Kia Rio. They told me it would be cleaned and ready when I got there on Friday. They overnighted the paperwork for my wife to sign on Thursday and called me at 8:00am on Friday wanting to know when I would be there. But... they didnt do early delivery. Luckily my son in law works at UPS and held the package. Drove 3.5 hours to get car only to find that they loaned it out. And, it had 3,500+ miles on it. Save yourself some time and money, go to Ferguson. Better prices and great customer service.
The service department has been a nightmare to deal with. We dropped our daughters car off on Thursday morning to get a tire issue fixed & new spark plugs. Did they offer her a loaner? Of course not. They told us the spark plugs should have been changed before we even bought the car, but they weren’t & now are refusing to honor a warranty claim because she’s 200 miles over the factory warranty despite the fact that shes had an appointment since June & their first availability was September AND she purchased the extended warranty. We got the car back a day after they told us it would be done & in less than 24 hours the car is acting worse than it was before we ever took it in. It is constantly misfiring & we are going to have to take it back again! We should have walked away from the car when it sat in our driveway for nearly a month with no title & when we went to find out what was up the loan paperwork hadn’t gone through & no one bothered to let us know.

I made an appointment to have recall item fixed. Upon arrival o was told someone should have phoned me due to techs being out with Covid-19. On fact, they assured her they had rescheduled all appointments. I drove from Owasso. Explained I did not receive phone call, voicemail or email to reschedule. Female helping me said she did not do this for anyone else, but would make an acceptation and ask one of the techs to do the job. If the staff phoned everyone to reschedule it why would she have a chance to do this for someone else?Not very professional.

I had a horrible experience at this store! The sales man was dismissive of me because I am a woman. He talked down to me as if I didn’t know anything about the vehicle. He wouldn’t listen to my wants or needs. He, also, treated me like I wasn’t good enough to be there. I wasn’t dressed super fancy; and was obviously treated different based on my appearance and the fact I’m a woman! Take your business elsewhere!!!
I had purchased a kia sou 3 months ago that had been used as a dealer loaner. I purchased as new. There were 3 recalls on my 20 that I had not been corrected prior to selling me the car. So I took my car in and left it. When I picked up my car they hadnt run it through a was as Ive been use to at other dealers. There were lots of spots, hand prints, and smudges on my car. The were 2 young men who did clean the windows and helped to remove the smudges. Not really impressed with sales at all. Oh and when they say theyll call you back about something dont get on it. I could say more but will stop for now.

I originally gave them 5 star’s because my experience buying the car was amazing. That dropped quickly! Tomorrow will be 1 month since I’ve purchased the car and still have not received paperwork and neither has the bank I’m loaning the money from.For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been transferred to different extensions and no one has returned any of my calls. Finally on Friday, I was able to speak to a manager, who said he would look in to it, but now, I have to go out of my way to go back to dealership to get another temporary tag and try to find out what the problem is regarding the paperwork.No longer a happy camper!

If I could rate MidTown kia zero stars, I absolutely would. As a first time buyer I was so excited to purchase my first car, but MidTown kia made the experience AWFUL. The first problem was when my title did not come in the mail within the 30 days. I was then informed that none of my paperwork went through, and that I needed to come in and re-sign. I then had a warranty to replace a tire and a re-called part. This tire and part was (supposedly) ordered in May. It is now September and I just received them both yesterday. I made an appointment in early July to get the parts replaced, but they were scheduled out until August. They confirmed my August appointment with me, and come the day of the appointment I was told my name was nowhere on the list. My car then started misfiring, and I was told I needed my spark plugs replaced. I had the plugs replaced yesterday, and not even 16 hours later the car is misfiring worse than it was before. The whole car is shaking, and I am scared to even drive it. DO NOT BUY FROM MID TOWN KIA!!!! These are only a few of the problems we have had with them!
I made an appointment for a recall. They had my Vin number and all the information but upon arrival they didnt have the part needed and had to order it. Waste of my time and now I have to go back. The reason for the 3 stars is everyone was professional and polite.
I have now bought 4 cars from Midtown Kia. Each experience has been very good. The staff are very eager to help you get the vehicle you are wanting. They will work hard on your behalf, from showing you the vehicle to finance. These people like what they do and it shows. Thank you Kia.

The dash display was changed, took 30 minute go through the manual and restore it. My 20 month old AWD Sportage has 2 plastic guards over the rear driveshaft that have broken loose but not covered by warranty. I live on a gravel road, my bad. I thought the Sportage could handle it but I guess its not up to it. Since it cant hack it I guess its time to go back to Ram, Ford or Chevy!
Midtown Kia provides excellent customer service. I was able to book my appointment online. I was about 20 minutes late for my appointment; they were able to complete my service within 45 minutes.

Sold me a pre-owned certified vehicle, I paid extra for the certification. Engine blew under warranty and they cannot get the engine in. Theyve had my car for 3 months, no rental was offered. Im being told its going to be another 3 months minimum. I asked for at least a trade in, they low balled me and told me it was because it had no engine! Refused to work with me. Im looking at my options and contacting corporate.Update: Corporate rep spoke to me and service already escalated my case to accelerate the engine replacement. Sales lied about my engine taking another 3 months to receive. It was shipped last week from LA and is on its way. Corporate rep told me I shouldnt listen to sales as theyre clueless about service center. Rep wasnt phased by the sales teams unethical behavior and just replied its their right to over sell and under pay, go to another dealership. So evidently KIA doesnt care about teams representing acting them unethically.Strangely enough, this is the opposite behavior I expected considering Hyundai didnt put up with stuff like that when I got them engaged over issues with a dealership. Hyundai worked hard to make it right and even replace my Veloster with 11K miles with a brand new one after some electrical issues straight from factory and dealerships gross mishandling of my car resulting in cosmetic damage.What I read from this is avoid Midtown KIA and preferably just avoid KIA. Their salesmen drives a Toyota (which makes more sense).

I went with the new K5 which is sporty and functional. Love It!! And I am so pleased with the entire Kia Midtown Team. It was a pretty quick process and am proud to be a Kia owner.
This dealership has had my fiances care for over two months now. We still have no answers. His engine was making a knocking noise so we took it somewhere else. They told us within the same day what was wrong and how much it would cost. We decided to take his car to the dealership to see if there was any recalls on the issue at hand. At first we were told he was 8th in line to be seen and should know something in a week. A week later, no calls, emails, texts. So we call to get an update. No one knows anything except now we are 5th in line. A week later back to 8th in line. Finally we call once theyve had his car for two months and no one could tell us anything. My fiance was hung up on several times. I was told they didnt have any cars to loan out but they have some ordered but we werent on the list to get one. Then I was told a manager would call us and here I am over a week from being told I would talk with a manager, still have not heard from anyone. This is by far the worst communication and worst service I have ever experienced. If its going to take a long time or if theres an issue just communicate. Its that simple.
ZERO STARS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!I purchased a vehicle from Midtown Kia in February. Everything was fine and great until I didnt receive my title. I made contact with my salesperson and she apologized and began to work on the title. She offered me a second paper tag and told me they (Kia) would make sure I didnt pay late fees for registration, since this was out of my control. After getting my title 5 weeks late and upon returning with my registration receipt I was directed to Kelly for reimbursement (approx $132). Kelly then informed me they would only be paying my fees thru the date THEY received the title. When I questioned why, she informed me I knew because her assistant had spoke with ME. I informed her I hadnt spoken with anyone other then my salesperson until today.KELLY tells me I was right there when she called you. Very politely I say I didnt speak to anyone and she continues to argue with me about whom I have spoken with, stating at would only be a $4 difference, she then disappears to cut a check for what she wants to pay ($99).In her absence it took me a min to process the conversation as she had ultimately CALLED ME a LIAR! Knowing I had not spoke with her assistant I became enraged.Please keep in mind its $33.More then the $33 is the TIME I wasted going to Midtown Kia 3 extra times to get a new tag, my title, and then INSULTED for a partial reimbursement. I dont even want to take my car there for service as I expect to be insulted again. I understand controlling cost, per her words it was $4 however she felt it necessary to keep that $33. Customer service much Midtown Kia?
I had been on vacation having driven over 3500 miles, came home to have to go to market in Dallas, a meeting in Claremore then back to Dallas for another week of market! That said, I was behind on my service, and knew I needed to get it before making the trip back to Dallas. I called, and they told me to come in first thing in the morning and although they were completely booked, they would work me in! I arrived at 7:45 and they got right on ir, and had me ready to go in no time!! Thanks Midtown Kia for your excellent service, and for going above and beyond to accommodate your customers!!
The online sales team for this dealership is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I have tried a couple of times with different people. They will not answer your questions, were rude and refuse to work with you. I wanted to purchase a Kia but wont be doing so now. The last vehicle that I purchased through a different dealership I worked with them on-line and they were wonderful. I was hoping for the same experience with this one but it was horrible.
I absolutely do not recommend Kia to anyone. My wife and I purchased 2 brand new vehicles and not even 4 months later both have issues and are broke down. The salesman at Kia informed us that we would be able to get a loaner if and our car ever broke down, Thinking there wouldn’t be any issues because they were both brand new. We have attempted to contact the service manager with no success. Just a bunch of voicemails. So my wife called again, and left 3 different messages on different days within a weeks timeframe and no one has ever called her back. We decided to get a ride to the dealership and when we arrived the staff were just standing around doing nothing with their phones flashing continuously with what I’m sure is voicemails! When we got to the dealership the service manager stated they there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and they didn’t have any loaners or anything to try to fix the situation. We have been without a vehicle for over a week and still no solution and the same problem!!!I wouldn’t recommend Kia to anyone, don’t waste your time money or listen to their lies because they’re full of it.

This was the best, pressure free, customer oriented experience I have ever had when dealing with getting a new car!!!! I arrived at my appointed time of 8:30, and there was no one to greet me as there usually is. I got out of my car and was about to walk in when a lady came out to check me in. She said it would be about an hour and a half. It was actually 2.25 hours. Apparently, one of their techs hadnt come in that morning. I was also looking over the Telluride while waiting and had some questions as there wasnt a sticker on the window. Despite seeing at least five unoccupied sales people, no one asked if I had any questions. They lost what could have been a sale. The TV in the waiting area was also really loud, even sitting away from that area. Walking past the mens bathroom to get to the womens facility was unpleasant. It smelled like raw sewage. There is another Kia dealer in town now, so I may try them next time.

Purchased Kia Optima here brand new 2 years ago with 6 year warranty, and air conditioner goes out. Take in to get taken care, say it won’t be a problem, then get a call saying not covered “because damaged” even tho no chance ever hit anything. Google air conditioner going out, and Kia Optima pops up everywhere. But not covered hmmmmm. Guess I won’t be buying the Stinger after all.

Hybrid optima had the hybrid battery fuse blow at 74k miles and after speaking with the Midtown Kia service department and Kia roadside I was told they would reimburse for my tow charges. After 2 months I have discovered from Kia consumer services that they don’t reimburse for services after 60k miles, after being told by the dealership and roadside I would be.
Wanted the dealership to put machine on car to see what was wrong causing the engine light to come on and stay on for several days. They took care of a couple recall items and told me the gas cap was leaking so they put a new one on. Still did not put on machine. I have a 2017. Kia Sportage and the warranty expires in a few months. I drive elderly people around to and from doctors appointments, etc. and needed the machine put on my car to check for any potential problems so that I could take care of them prior to my warranty expiring.I like to be heard when Ive explicitly asked for something to be done. I even mentioned it to the guy when he told me my car was ready. I felt ignored. A man would have been taken more seriously and hed of gotten the machine on his car!
Other dealerships wasted my time & boasted of what they could do for me but failed. Midtown Kia humbly went to work & did what others couldn’t. Now that I’m a customer I am witness to a new level of service that feels more like membership! They get me in & out & treat me like I have value. Good on you Midtown Kia!
I just received a spam email from this dealership and was reminded of my really negative experience there when I purchased a vehicle with them. In short, I flew in to pick up a used SUV with the plan to drive back home. It turned out that the vehicle had a deficiency that I hadnt known about. They refused to negotiate or help to correct the issue, knowing that I was effectively locked in to complete the transaction in order to get home. It didnt feel like a mutually respectful transaction, and I definitely wouldnt buy from here again.

Pretty rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment. They didnt know what time. Fixed my radio/ GPS 2 weeks ago. Now they need it all day to fix the new radio.

Worst service Ive ever experienced, anywhere. I was sold a brand new car, that happened to be out on a loan. When I finally got the care nearly 2 weeks later it had bumper damage from being hit with a shopping cart. I was told a new bumper was being ordered in December 2020. Then in January the manager, Chris, told me he would make it right and stay on top of the service department to get it. Then in March I call and the bumper still hasnt even been ordered. And Im asked to go up there to get pictures taken AGAIN. April, still not been ordered. Again, I have to go up there to get pictures taken and the part ordered. Nobody listens or follows through on ANYTHING. Im beyond frustrated and dont see an end in sight with these guys.

I was so excited to get my vehicle. I was told i was approved for everything and that my title will come in the mail. I gave them my proof of employment (contact) /referrals required.. a week later I kept getting calls saying they needed more referrals and the number of my employer. I gave them the additional info. Somehow the bank the were financing through (equifax-3rd party) could not get ahold of my HR dpt and verify me (weird cause Ive called my hr dpt and they pick up immediately). Well days pass and the only thing i get in the mail is letters from numerous banks saying I was not approved. (They ran my credit through multiple banks!!!) because my tag was a few days expired, I decided to go up to Kia directly to see whats the hold up with my title. As soon as i was seated in Augusto Rosados office, he told me they have to take the car. That was so embarrassing!! He told me it was too late or i could see about paying additional downpayment! I refused and gave the keys up. They took 300 from my downpayment because Of the mileage. So this entire time i was never approved for the car. Total scam.
Bought a pre-owned car here less than a year ago with a bunch of false promises. The salesman mysteriously left to work somewhere else and didn’t bother answering any of our calls/txt. Less than a month after we bought the car it had issues. Fast forward to now and the car barely has 90k miles and needs 10k worth of work that of course isn’t covered under warranty after we were reassured that it would be multiple times. You really wish car dealerships would just do their part and hold their employees accountable when it comes to false promises. But take your money elsewhere, it’s just another shady place looking to get by. As for me I’m stuck with a lemon! — enjoy

This place is great. They always take care of my car, i took it in for an oil change, it came out washed as well. One time there was a mistake made with my car, they fixed it and covered the cost. I will not take my car anywhere else.
Took our car in for a recall and they called us back and said it won’t start. We haven’t had any problems until they got a hold of it. Now it’s going to cost us $1,000+ to fix something that they clearly messed up.
It took an hour and a half to do an oil change but they worked me in. The waiting room was clean and uncluttered. I was pleased with the results. And they washed my car.
Calling and getting someone to answer the phone is difficult, this is the biggest complaint. Even while we were there, the phone just rang and rang. Nobody, even the employees not assisting anyone even made an effort into answering the phone. This is rather of considering you would think any salesorders would be diving at the phone to say come in and ask for me, Ill get you taken care of. This would drop this to a one star or two star had I not reviewed the cars online and this place has the car I was after. Test drive closed the deal and they were good to deal with on price.It took quite some time to get there paperwork together which was a little annoying but that is just about every dealership.
