My favorite thing about the company is my exterminator, Steve! He is extremely professional, courteous and always on time. I have just retired but while I was working, he was very flexible in order to accommodate my schedule!

I have used this company for quite a few years. The company is dependable, clean, they check for issues, spray and I have not had any problems with ants, bugs, spiders etc. I am told if I have any problems, they will come out again. I have not had to have them return for follow up problems.

Daren is amazing and very patient with me, very professional business that I would recommend to anyone moving to NC and isn’t prepared for the little critters that might take up shop in your home.

Technician was supposed to call and come out on a certain time at a certain date but did not call did not come out and lied and said that our phone was out of order which it was not and said that nobody was home which there was...... all we needed was a termite inspection.....not only did the technician did not come out but lied

I had a moisture barrier/encapsulation done to the crawlspace at my home.  I am totally amazed at the transformation of my crawlspace.  I was never comfortable going under there due to the critters, the mold/fungus growth and the other icky things down there.  After you were done, I was delighted to be in that area, so much so that I told my young grandchildren we can make them a fort in there!  It is beautiful.  I feel very good about the work and feel safe going in there now.  Most notably was the cost which, considering the fantastic job done, was way more reasonable than the other quotes I received.Thank you, especially to the crew, for the amazing job!

They have the worse service, I have been calling for a respray since my service in AUGUST of 2020 and they have called to reschedule each time. now my bill is due and they will not repspray until i pay... DO NOT USE THEM.... they only cause more bugs to show up... AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM>>> they take forever to call you back... the guy CODY called back and said he had Kidney stones on Monday 10-12-20. Have had experience with other exterminating companies and tried Woods. The service was good and my technician was great, Darren. Now they are Bug Out and I hate not being able to talk to the local office when I call. I get a call center with automated messages and a voicemail. This is not good, quality service but this happens when local companies are bought out.I give them 5 stars because my pest guy gives outstanding service, Darren.I had my yearly inspection done by a guy named Ron and he gave the best inspection I have ever had and explained it clearly. I now have a clear picture of my houses conditions and what needs to be done. I appreciate good work even if the company is poorly ran at the top.

I never complete reviews, but have to do it for this. Loved Wood Pest Control for years and years and love our service technician. Darren is GREAT! However, Bug Out comes in without any notice and assumes our account. The only way we knew BugOut was providing our extermination service was when we received a post card from a company called Bug Out to increase the price for our quarterly service.So, heres the kicker...had a problem with ants recently. Our technician, Darren, came out and treated inside and ants disappeared, but only temporarily. When I called the company to request another treatment, I called several times in hopes of speaking to a live person. Oh no...had to leave a message. It has been over 2 weeks and I still havent received a call back. Theres my sign! BUTT OUT, BUG OUT!! IM SWITCHING EXTERMINATION COMPANIES!!!

We have used their services for years. Originally they were Woods Pest Control and now they are Bug Out. They never missed a beat during the change. Their service is always on time, and everyone is always friendly. I highly recommend them and we will be life long customers.

I’m not even a customer and after the experience of dealing with an employee I’ll never become one. I pulled up to my driveway and the man first off isnt wearing a protective mask while spraying my neighbors yard. Seems unsafe for health in my opinion. But as I am pulling in my driveway I noticed the man crossing over to my property line to my driveway. My property goes over at least 6 ft over towards my neighbors yard. So I pulled up to him and politely told him he didn’t have to spray here cause it literally was sprayed last week by the company I am with. And I told him my property goes over about 6-8 ft. And he just stared at me all rude like I said sir I’m not trying to be rude and he said “and? It’s not going to hurt it “. Very very rude like. But I don’t think my neighbors are paying him to use any spray on my property. I also have children that play over there and I had no idea what he was spraying and when I proceeded to ask about it he got rude with me again saying he didn’t care it’s not going to hurt anything. Any who that rude behavior towards me like he did is why I will not be switching companies like I planned.

Set an appointment a week ago for today at 8-10am. Called them about 8:27 to confirm still on schedule which i told i was. At 10:32 called after still not here and was told they would reach out to technician and contact me back. At 11:32 technician called after just arriving at another job site a town away. I work in logistics as well and understand things happen but not keeping in contact with customer especially after they knew i was double booked is ridiculous.

Scam artists! This company sent me an invoice/statement for services I never requested nor received. They went out of their way to create an authentic looking invoice in the hopes that you fall for their ploy and prepay for their termite warranty. I wonder how many people have fallen for this?! We have been using them since 2006. There was a bug problem when we bought our house. We have not had a problem since. Highly recommend.

We had a contract with Woods, Bug Out is not comparable to Woods. Not even close! 3 days of calling for a 3rd treatment for hornets. No response! I highly do not recommend them. Woods corrected the problem last summer with one visit. ???

Outside maintenance is automatic and reliable and I dont have to be home. Service is invisible but the results are top. Also like the phone calls a day or 2 prior just in case I do need to talk about something.
