Consistently been getting my nails done here for almost 4 years now. I love every single set Ive gotten.

I have had a few pedicures done here that I scheduled the same day. They have always been accommodating, friendly, and fast and today was no different. Mia gave me a beautiful Deluxe pedicure and Im delighted! I will be back! ❤

It was a good pedicure. They could have done a little more with the callous removal but the gel on my toes turned out nice and the massage was good. The girls who helped were super nice.

Be careful of extras that they do not ask. Automatically does gel without asking and if course you get charged extra. Had to ask them to smooth edges so they werent so sharp several times, shape was not the best either. Hadnt Had nails for a decade but they were ok.

It was my 1st time there and my nails were kinda bad and they took their time and fixed them. The nail tech was really patient and sweet. Thank you

Ive been here quite a few times they are fantastic. I cant speak on the quality of designs and such as I dont get nail art. But as far as listening to the shape and length you want they are great. Not the biggest selection of colors but a reliable gem that is slightly less than some other salons around.

First I got there and they showed me a menu that for regular pedicure was 25. She took less than 20 minutes with my pedicure. When I go to the cash register she said it was 28 instead of 25 I said the girls told me that it was an old menu. And I was so disappointed with the job there. Never going back to that place. My place to go is nails on 22nd and kolb next to frys. But they were super booked and I needed to go somewhere else. No wonder my place is super booked they are always great

My sister and I came in and everyone was amazingly nice even being busy and us just walking in and we love our dipped nails we will be going back

This place is disgusting. No basic hygiene. They are packed and you ignore for a while then placed in next available station a second after previous client is done. The tool used to pick extra skin around cuticles still had the persons before.. The counter dirty .. Nope no basic disinfecting of tools or anything. My regret is not having walked out. And to top it off just given most expensive option without being asked. This place is nasty and only about up selling.

Ive been here twice now, and both times Ive had excellint service. Jasmine is quick and efficient and doing my nails. I had a very nice lady do my pedicure today, I didnt catch her name, but she did a very nice massage on my legs and feet

This is one of my two go to places for nails here in Tucson, been getting more into gel nails. I appreciate that their gel does not burn or is as hot as other places. I am not sure if it is the equipment that they use or the brand but I have found that when I go to other places for gel it is a lot more prominent on the warmth that I feel in my hands. Plus everyone is nice! Like other people mentioned it gets busy on the weekend but they always do their best to give you a good estimate on wait time.

We were very rushed while I was getting my pedicure (lasted 12 minutes) she never spoke to me more than asking what color polish and try to upset the next price pedicure. Shw also answered the phone and took appointments on my feet. I will never go back the service was horrible and the pedicure was just ok

The lady’s name was Ha who did a. French tip on me beautiful and perfect. Tammy Did a coffin set on my best friends she used clear nails a different way but they also came out perfect 🥰😍I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My friend and I went in to get our nails done. They didn’t listen. She asked for a certain style and color. And not only were both of those messed up, but it wasn’t finished properly. And they never even got to me even though I was the one paying.

I am only giving them one star because my nails came out very nice. But customer service there is terrible. My nail tech was in the phone the entire time paying her bills. I went in for a basic full set. She pulled out a dipped powder and said the price was still the same as the acrylic. Charged $13 extra just to shape them. In total I paid $66 for 2 basic full sets. Will not be coming back. And will tell people to go there.

Excellent quick friendly service! I called them 30 minutes before they closed to see if I could get in for fills they were very friendly and told me to come right on in. Sean did my nails he was great friendly made me and my daughter feel welcome. I will definitely go back!

Giving them one star. Went in for a manicure. WORST manicure I’ve have ever had. The lady nail tech did it so fast. My nail polish kept getting messed up and she would keep putting nail polish on top leaving it all horrible. I had polish stains all around my nail she did even clean them.You can tell she was in a hurry she does everything so quick. Last time I will be coming here.

The overall service was not bad I’ll be honest but it could have been way better. First I called at 12 to make an appointment for 3:45 but because of traffic we had to change it to 4:15 which wasn’t a huge problem. We get there and the immediately put us in chairs to start the pedicures but I sat there for at least 30 mins and my dad for an hour. Than when I was done I had to wait another 10 mins before they even started to work on my nails. I asked for a fill, but the guy ripped off my old nail and said I needed a new set which is debatable. He than asked me what shape I wanted and I said almond. He than says that it will be 10 dollars more for that shape. I have never been told that I have to pay more for the shape I wanted... ever. I also fell that they charge you for every little thing and that it’s over priced. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

They are REALLY nice! I am nervous with these types of things and this is my second visit. Both times they did a beautiful GENTLE pedicure and they made me feel comfortable and they were just very nice! I will go back!

Everyone here is so talented. They are quick and fairly priced. If you can I would go in the morning/ day time. They get pretty busy after business hours.

They are all so friendly I have never got my nails done here only my toes. And I honestly don’t do reviews but I was very unhappy Sean the owner did my nails so I thought maybe he would do a great job maybe was rushed but I didn’t even get polish on my nails because I was so un happy All my nails were crooked had no shape to my nails and it literally took him 15 min for a full set he seemed very rushed... I’m so sad because I thought I would really be happy because they do such a great job on toes..

Went to have an old set removed and a full set. I switched tables 3 times, and ended up with an older female. She ripped one of the old nails off along with my skin. It hurt like hell. Then I asked if they had disinfectant. She offered nail glue... nail glue. Lol. Anyhow, but stopped service and paid for the nail take off. She charged me $10 when the first nail tech said removal $5. Will not be returning.

Went into get nails just touched up, didn’t mind waiting and the lady says “oh we’re a little tied up right now”. What crappy service is that? I will make sure to let all of the people I know that need their nails done on a Sunday or any other day to go elsewhere.

My water was super hot and when I told the nail tech she made it ice cold. To make matters worse she was very rough and careless whilst cutting the cuticles and dead skin away and really made my toes sore. The final product was a messy paint job with polish all over my skin. It’ll most likely chip as soon as I shower.

Love this place and go from northwest side of town to south east side to go here. The staff is great, clean, know their business, and ready you with friendliness and respect. They remember you by name after just a couple of visits and between the variety of services you feel so pampered. I strongly suggest you call for an appt. Because they get very busy and while they will do their best to work you in, the appt route is shorter and much less stressful.

Gel mani pedi. I was in here waiting for a design on my toes and fingers after my mani pedi for about 40 minutes. I am displeased with the quality but too tired to wait any longer. Total spent: $88. I wont come back.

I went there for the first time and got my nails done and I have natural nails and she did such a great job! I have had a few bad experiences the last 3 times Ive had my nails done in the last 6 months but this is my new spot. Even got my eyebrows waxed for the first time cause they made me feel so welcomed. Everyone was really nice and I had fun. I will be back to see Hanna and Jazmine. I got gel with design and she did exactly how I wanted. Thank u Hanna for my beautiful nails and Jazmine for doing a great Job with my eyebrows.
