Paris nails was recommended to me by some ladies I work with. I was really unhappy with my previous experience at another nail salon and looking for something new. The staff was friendly and attentive and recommended what they thought was best for my skin and did exactly what I asked for as far as design for my nails. I got a mani/pedi and gel polish for $68 dollars. These pictures are from a week after my manicure and they havent chipped or smudged at all. I work in a kitchen so its hard to keep my nails looking nice, the woman that did my nails did an amazing job.

Nails are a week old and started to lift two days after set was done, some nails are thicker than others, some longer than others. Sloppy, not shaped well. Pinky has already fallen off. Many rough edges under nails.

This is my favorite nail salon, they have the best service and my nails always last for a month. Highly recommended.

I went in expecting to get hybrid gel nails created for my big toes as I don’t have a nail. They made a mistake over the phone and told me they did work with gel. I know nothing about nail techs or their materials. I expected the gel I had seen on Google. As soon as I saw my tech Amy was going to use clear acrylic, I made her aware I did not want a clear coat of acrylic that I wanted gel. She informed me they do not work with the type of gel I was wanting. She apologized for the mistake on the phone. She quickly came up with a solution, if I didn’t like it she was willing to remove the work done. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism I received from Amy. I now have two nails that look very natural and feet that are flip flop worthy!☺️ Thank you so much Amy! I will be returning! I will recommend this location to my friends and family!

This place is the best place in all of Tucson to get your nails done. They are clean friendly and professional! I have Selena do my manicure and another lady with highlights and glasses do my pedicure. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy to be pampered and groomed. Their tools are clean and always sanitized from what I can see. My nails have never been as long and healthy and well taken care of. Highly recommend!Post Edit: Angela and Cindy have been doing my nails since Selena is on vacation. I love my nails!!

First off this place is Beautiful!!! Super clean! Individuals are treated like queens. Proper PPE gear worn by everyone, temperatures are checkedUpon entrance. it is also super clean. During this time it is scary to go out with these people made it very easy to feel comfortable as they also have plastic shields up between the pedicure chairs. Everyone was super lovely my pedicure artist was Selina 💕 I definitely recommend

Everyone was Super polite and professional! Walked in and was seen right away on a Tuesday evening. Changed my mind to include pedicure and they were happy to accommodate. Satisfied with my nails and the service! Ryan was my tech!

I scheduled an appointment to get a new set of nails, a pedicure and to have my eyebrows waxed. I waited 5 minutes and had my nails done first. Then I asked my nail tech about the pedicure and he didnt even know about that. He went and sat me down for the pedicure and he said that the tech will be 5 minutes. 35 minutes later, I was still sitting there waiting and a few other clients were brought in and they were started first without an appointment. I got up and paid the tech for my new nails. So dissatisfied and very disappointed!

I went here to get my nails filled and they cut one nail completely down despite the fact that I had showed them I had been trying to grow my nails out. Broke off one of my extensions while doing my nails and then DIDNT fix it. Three nails broke off the very next day and they didn’t put any top coat on my toe nails. Went back the next day and they wouldn’t give me any of my money back.

What a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and had the best manicure and pedicure. I’ll be back!!

This is a wonderful salon! The service today was wonderful and relaxing. After a long hiatus from self care, it was an amazing way to end the week. The chairs are so relaxing and the service very professional and friendly. Andy took care of my toes and hands. He was fantastic knowledgeable about treating my cracked heel. The premium pedicure is a treat and worth every dollar. My manicure was equally as wonderful and my nails look fabulous. I appreciate how clean everything was and the cleaning protocols they follow. Ive only been to this location twice, but I wont be going back. Both times I was switched to a different nail technician in the middle of my manicure. The second time both of the nail text burnt my cuticles with the electric nail file. 24 hours later and my cuticles are just killing me!

BEST pedicure I have ever had. Their COVID precautions are beyond amazing and all their certifications are on full display. They took me graciously as a walk in, kept social distances between clients and were all around amazing. My full set was timely and well done. I am so glad I tried somewhere new. This place was so fancy on the inside 🤩 also they did an amazing job on my pedi 🥰 got the deluxe pedi because I needed them to break out that cheese grater 😂

I just paid $43 for them to do a color change on my fingernails and my toenails they did a terrible job there is still old polish around the edges and under my nail and they painted my cuticles on my toenails . It’s super caked up and lumpy. They had the oldest woman in the shop paint my nails she was shaking it was terrible their prices are outrageous it’s a hit or miss when getting a service from them. Not to mention I felt extremely uncomfortable it was almost like she didn’t want to touch me because of the color of my skin. Very upsetting.

End Product was good, however, they definitely need to chill with the upsales. I walked in for a manicure, and walked out with a full set acrylic bedazzled 1 inch nails. They were too salesy it was uncomfortable. They insisted on me getting stones on my nails, then longer nails, then insulted my sisters eyebrows and that she should get her brows waxed and cleaned... Plot twist, SHE HAD NO EYEBROWS! Trying to sell an Eskimo Ice, or what. She also cut me twice in trying to rush.Like relax guys... your quality of work is great. As a former nail technician I am very picky about where I get my pedicures. Paris nail bar is very clean and professional.

I was really excited to go here with my mother in law today and I ended up having 3 different people working on me and they split us up halfway through. I was very confused. My pedicure was done by a gentleman who I thought did a great job but my manicure is AWFUL. They didn’t have the right color, didn’t fully paint my pinky, they left bubbles on one of my nails, and my nails weren’t filed correctly so they’re catching on everything. I literally have to go get this fixed by someone else now and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be going back. Not to mention I kept getting bullied into gel nail polish-I repeatedly said no throughout my entire hour and a half that I was there.

Very clean facility. Lots of colors, designs and services available. The staff was AMAZING, they were all very kind and complimentary. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me, but she took her time and didn’t rush, she didn’t skip any steps, gentle with my cuticles and left me with a very neat, clean and smooth powdered dip manicure 💅🏽!

Been a returning customer for more than a year and they are still fantastic!

Before Covid prices were good. But during COVID, they charge 3 dollars extra for all services. So for example, if you pay 45 dollars, then they charge an extra 3 dollars to keep place clean cleaning supplies etc. I did not know this until I went recently. FYI everyone. If you get more services, they charge you 3 dollars for each service you want.

Love love love them.... GO HERE, YOULL BE GLAD YOU DID! I had broke two nails on right side, I had to file short. Then one on left I filed short, my gel mani even though its short looks awesome!!! She did a wonderful job of evening them out!!! The lady was newer, cute shorter hair cut at angle, who did my pedicure, 5 bucks extra for callouses removed, other places free. it looks great though. Im very happy and Il go be again.

I walked into salon for a fill, they told me I needed a full set, she started taking off my nail.. She was very rough and hurt me Countless times. I told her she was rough and she just laughed. I was very disappointed in the end result. Nails are lumpy, I have Acrylic all over my cuticles and polish is uneven. She asked me at the end if I like them and I told her no. I will never return to this salon. Its a shame because the salon is very beautiful and very close to work

I love this place! Ive been twice with my girlfriend for pedicures. The inside of the building is surprisingly spacious and fancy. The massage chairs are amazing and the girls do a good job. My friend has also gotten acrylic nails there as well as dipped and theyve both turned out really well. Well definitely be back!

Tina did my nails and I love them. She was very courteous to every suggestion I made. She didn’t mind re doing something if I didn’t like it and I only paid 60 for a fill with gel and a design on all ten nails and a polish change on my toes! Super happy with her definitely going back in two weeks

I came into Paris nail bar on a whim, i booked an appointment for a pedi and a dip set with a friend. We got there, and they had double booked us. Understandable, they were very busy. My pedicure was amazing. When it got to the dip set, i asked for a black to red ombre. The ended up horrible different shapes, lengths and lumpy. I spent a total of $120. Feeling unhappy with my nails and the price i paid, I came back in and I assume the owner Judy re did my nails for me free of charge. They came out beautifully. I do not know the name of my first nail tech, otherwise I would recommend shying away from her for more complicated nails. But Judy was fantastic. Im not sure if Ill go back but if I do, it will be to Judy.

Extremely rude front desk manager lady who is super pushy about up-selling! When I nicely said no and that I also wouldnt be getting a pedicure after all, just gel manicure, she was silent, gave me the rudest look and walked away. Next, they allow random children inside to sell earrings, claiming they are homeless, which is a very unusual and bizarre place to be stating that... I wasnt truly believing the story and am concerned that they are literally giving the money to the salon. I found it to be very suspicious and unpleasant to be approached like that. Its disrespectful to the customers who come to have a peaceful time. Next, the Vietnamese speaking needs to stop. It comes across like they are speaking poorly of their customers. Wrong place, wrong time. Speak English in the workplace. I wont be coming back after all the grief.

I went here to get a fill and online it said $16 but i ended up paying $40 because he asked if i wanted gel and i said no then he proceeded to give me gel anyways. the color i choose didn’t look right all.

Got us in for mani pedi which is the reason I gave 2 stars also the ambience of the salon is pleasant but I felt grossly over charged for one thing. $140 for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. And after I tipped for both my daughter and I, I went outside to wait for her. When she got to the car she said they charged her $40 more! I also wasn’t too impressed with the polish job. Polish was old and thick and looked globbed on.

It was my first time there! I got a color change and it seemed like it was going to be like 20-30 dollars but it was 15 dollars! And they did an amazing job! My mom got a pedicure and it was 35 dollars for the most expensive one! She was so relaxed and we both strongly recommend this place! It’s the best one we have been too!

My friends and I called ahead and made an appointment for the three of us. They were not prepared or equipt for our appointment. Upon arrival my chair did not work, I could not get some one to come and assist with it. One of us was provided service right away while the other two had to wait. By the time the last persons pedicure had been started the first ws finished and had to wait. When you have an appointment for three at 1pm you expect to be received at one the third of us was not started until 2pm. They were alsoVrough and course with care. very displeased with the service .

The service was terrible. The man got mad because he was rushing my full set and my nails looked horrible so he quit on me because I told him they were messed up on a nail so another lady started over on my nails and finished them she was nice and was doing a better job then he was.. He was rushing my nails because he had to leave which was not my problem because he double booked appointments and I nicely got out of the chair so another person could go before me.. After my experience today I would never go back. They charge to much money for the service to be trash

First time here. Ive heard a lot of great things about Paris Nails, finally decided to try it out for myself. They have great service. I got a basic pedicure, no complaints, she did exactly what I asked for. I am looking forward to getting a manicure in the near future.

I like how clean it feels BUT most days you will spend a long time waiting for someone for a pedicure. They put you in a chair and can dial up to an hour before they work on you lol. They are very nice and do good work though, thats why they get so busy

This was the first place In Tucson that my wife and I tried. When you get great service and a great pedicure, why would you go anyplace else? Weekends and afternoons are usually busy. Weekday mornings are a bit slower but an appointment is still a good idea. Highly recommended!!!

When someone wants to get pampered the last thing someone wants to do is wait. At least for me. I have kids I don’t have much time to myself so when I do and I want to get pampered the last thing I wanna do is wait not to mention I don’t have much time because the kids. I had gone to three different places today and have been missed lead all three times that I was going to be assisted right then and there. And I find myself waiting. My technician (the man with the black wig) did not greet me or talk to me the entire pedicure, he put the books to select pedi and color on my lap and said nothing, and cut the skin on my right toe. The pedi was worthless as I left in pain because he was rough with his technique, and used dirty tools as well. To top things off, the French manicure was terrible with zero straight white lines. I do not recommend working with this man. The other technician women were looking at me like they felt bad for me and I noticed two of them did a great job on their clients. Not going back to this place. I still topped him because he has to make living.

Great experience today!! I got my usual pedicure with Mindy. I have problems with a couple of ingrown toenails, and Mindy worked carefully to trim, file, and clean them out before doing the foot and leg massage, and finished up with a perfect polish application. So happy Ive connected with Mindy, and look forward to every time I see her, as well as the chance to visit this lovely salon.

It was okay. online prices say 25$ for a full set and and a manicure is 13$.. I was charged 85$ for both. not only was my technician very rude Im general she did not cut my cuticles, push them back, cut my nails, or do any of the things youre supposed to do before hand. she seemed In a rush, which resulted in my nails being painted horribly. my sister who got the manicure had to have a gentleman take over because her first technician was not listening to what she wanted AT ALL. said NO clearly multiple times to the woman who kept trying to do anything else. I was disappointed to say the least but oh well.

Shape of my nails were really good, David did a good job but when a girl did the painting of my nails she just blotted they paint on my nail didn’t spread it evenly, my nails looked so lumpy and bumpy due to air and when I went back they hurried to fix them even when I told them I could come back due to my schedule and they insisted on doin it then and my nails are still messed up, the paint isn’t thin and thickly put on, you can still see a little bit of my nail, people seemed very upset when i asked them politely to fix my nails, seemed like they were annoyed to do a good job.never go here.

So I had a very interesting experience. My pedicure was great!! Kim did an amazing job! My toes look awesome and it was super relaxing. I then proceeded to get my full set, so fake acrylic nails. A man did them but I don’t know his name. I believe he is the owner though. THEY LOOK ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! None of the nails are even, the paint job is terrible and you can see the start of the fake nail on my nail bed. I did not get gel but my nails have never looked this bad. My nails look like I’ve had them for 3 weeks and am in serious need of getting them done again. Also I don’t want to forget how they were hassling me to tip. I don’t know about you but I usually tip before I leave. My aunt went to pay for the services as my nails were still being finished and worked on. They wanted to charge me extra for tip on the card and cash. Um excuses you? Like I’m gonna tip you can I finish my nails first though! So I’m very upset I wasted forty dollars. I recommend this place for pedicures but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE

Toni is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I went in last Saturday, on my way out of town and everyone at home, waiting and mad because I wanted my nails done before I left. I needed a fill in the worst way. Always skeptical with a new to me nail salon to me, but was the only one available given my situation.So I sat down and explained I REALLY need the quickest fill possible and had to be out in an hour. She took one look at my nails knowing I was getting ready to up sold, was prepared to pounce. Well, suffice it to say she made a great case, and I allowed her to start over after she showed me some of her work. She even talked me into allowing her to leave them longer, which I never do, I pretty much type for a living and it slows me down if they are too long. She promised that if I struggle, to come back and she would shorten them.So within 41 minutes, I was out the door with a beautiful brand new full set! I have not had any issues typing more slowly either, maybe its the shape that she asked to do. She actually took time to explain something that in 25 years no one every had about the shape of my nails, hand, fingers and what shape looks best. I will be back! Back to skepticism though, I need the consistency of getting the same great service and product each visit, but I am, feeling pretty confident this time. Thank you Toni!

I love this place. I love how many options there are for pedicures. I get my eyelashes done here too and its quick and they actually stay on a while. The military discount is a good plus too!
