I had another fantastic experience here with Emily making me feel so relaxed and refreshed again. She is so good at what she does and I cant stop looking at my feet and admiring how cute they are now! The gel color literally lasts so long but every time after I leave, I cant wait to go back!

Super friendly staff and I love how organized the shop is, easy to schedule an appointment. I even got a free gift the second time I went! The nail techs are amazing at their craft. I live 45 minutes away, but the trip is totally worth it!

Absolutely an amazing experience! Me and my friend came for a full set and a pedicure and we were so amazed at the service and the quality. The staff is so nice, all of them, and Calvin and Mimi are just wonderful hosts. They actually asked what we wanted and listened which is hard to come by. The place is clean and very nice looking. There are HUNDREDS of regular polish, gel colors, and dips to choose from. The pedicure was hands down one of the best relaxing pedicures I’ve had. Their prices are a few dollars more per service than other places I’ve gone, but I truly believe you get what you pay for and the quality and experience is definitely worth it. I’ve tried sooooo many nail salons in Tucson and hands down this place was the best. We will definitely be back soon for our next service.

So this place is awesome, I just moved here and I instantly found my new spot. They’re professional and kind, and they always make my nail dreams come true! Q Nail Lounge is my favorite place to get my nails done in Tucson! The lounge is clean, COVID safe (there are plastic dividers between you and your tech), drinks, and the techs are so nice. Calvin has always done my nails - they last, hes so nice, fast, and does a really good job. Definitely recommend Q Nail Lounge.

Wife and I come here regularly and have never been disappointed. The management and staff hold each other accountable to a high standard and it clearly shows with the level of detail they provide and the end results that are accomplished.

I was here for 4 hours! For a dip and gel pedi. Had an appt for 1:30. Didn’t get seated until 2. Sat with my nails wrapped for another half an hour. They were so busy the guy who I think was owner was so preoccupied and rushed. My nails are rough and I have dip everywhere. Then their son was running around with their dog off leash through the salon. I would have gladly paid the $90 for my services had it been worthy of it. But I was very disappointed and will nevEr be back.

I got a pedicure and you really get a lot for what you pay, unlike other places! Emily helped me out today and she was so chill and kind while also being so precise and professional! They have so many color choices and the atmosphere and chairs are the definition of relaxation!

My First Visit Here At Q Nail Lounge And I Will Definitely Be Back

Poor work. Nails were sharp after my wife got them done. It kept scratching me a lot. The nails were also not shaped and leveled correctly. Would not recommend this place

3rd time visiting this salon and they always start my service on time. It’s clean and spacious. Great products and results. Everyone wears a mask and they sit you with enough room to social distance.Plus: you can pay with venmo AND they have complimentary sodas and coffee!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Only reason I have 4 stars is due to them taking off acrylics the wrong way. Instead of soaking them in acetone like a salon usually does, they basically rip them off! One of my natural nails broke in the middle. Nail design/acrylics are amazing! Taking them off is not professional.

It was my first time here and I was soooo excited to try a new place for pedicure thinking alright this is probably going to be my new favorite spot. NOPE!The lady who did my pedicure was rude I asked if she can fix my rhinestones she said yes and when I look at them they either fell apart or looked Crocked. Then I repeatedly told that I had already paid over the phone & have proof she kept saying $38 $38! I’m like no I paid already over there phone she said “ok you go now” in my mind I felt like she just told me to leave & didn’t make me feel welcome. Other than I would highly recommend to go to Melissa she was very kind & makes you feel welcome greeting with a smile.

Super rude and unprofessional, I made an appointment days prior and I was called 30 mins prior to my appointment time as I was driving to my appointment, to be told they would not be able to get me in. This was probably because they took in walkins over appointments. Do not take appointments if you do not plan on sticking to them. They messed up my plans. I am very disappointed!

This salon is absolutely amazing! The space feels luxurious and they do an excellent job keeping everything clean. There are lots of protocols in place to keep everyone safe: appointments only, everyone inside wears a mask, and clear partitions. I had an incredible experience and felt totally relaxed and pampered while I was here. I’ve been to high end nail salons in Houston but this exceeded my expectations.

Mimi did an amazing job on both my pedicure and dip manicure. She and her husband Calvin were so friendly and fun to talk to. The place is very clean and everyone working, as well as patrons wore a mask. My time was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will for sure be making this my new nail spot after a very welcoming first experience.

I’m glad I finally found my go to nail salon after months of searching. It’s a new stylish salon that’s clean and organized. They have such a huge collection of dip powder, gel, and acrylic. I loved that Mimi is so creative with nail designs. Q nails has a modern check in system and is fast with appointments.

My friend and I tried this salon on a whim as we have been continuously unhappy with previous salons and oh my god this place is the best! This place has the covid-nightmare figured out. Everyone is required to mask up, and there are partitions between the nail tech and the client. It is still really nice. Everyone is very friendly. I love how pretty my nails turn out. I’ve been to many salons around town and I often break at least one or two nails between fills. I went almost three weeks between my set and fill and I didn’t have any break on me! They’re a little more than most places but the quality is worth it!

I love Calvin and Mimi! I have been seeing them for 3 years, I will never go to another nail salon again.

This place is amazing! Beautiful decor, Organized, clean, follows all PPE standards, by appointment only (which I love), you can easily make appts over the phone or on their website. Mimi did an amazing job! Very warm and welcoming staff. The color selection is huge. This is my new #1 place to go, I won’t go anywhere else after my experience here!
