Longest lasting nails my wife has ever had

Walked in a little after the opened and they were happy to fit my mom and I in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in awhile!! Our nails turned out beautiful too. I got the dip and my mom got gel. Highly recommend. Would love to return, but we’re just passing through the area.

I decided to try this salon after having a disappointing experience at my usual nail salon. I read a lot of great reviews before taking the plunge. I was pleasantly surprised! I had an appt at 4 and they were on time with getting me to my pedicure chair, that had warm water ready and a sanitary tub liner in place. They have a whole menu on different pedicure options and scents for lotions and scrubs that are a really nice touch. I got my pedicure done by Kim and she was incredibly sweet, gentle and really took her time. She also did a fantastic job doing a nice clean paint job and cute flower design! The place was very modern, pretty clean and seemed to be ran like a well oiled machine. My only complaint would be a lack of regular polish color options. They have about 3 times as much gel color options which not everyone wants. I will definitely be making this my new spot! Thanks ONE Nail lounge. See you soon!

One Nail Lounge is the best nail salon in Tucson hands down! All the nail techs are very talented and very kind. Dona did my gel manicure and gel pedicure and it was one of the best mani/pedis I ever received. I chose to try the eucalyptus mask and soak for my pedicure. It was a very relaxing experience. They have several pedicure masks and soaks you can receive. This nail salon uses new tools for each customer and I love how the pedicure chairs had bags where your feet go. They change out the bags after each pedicure. This place goes above and beyond! I’m so glad I came across One Nail Lounge!

This is the best salon in town. They are always so nice and the service is the best. Also, they actually talk to you and get into great conversations. Definitely a green place to relax after a long week of work.

I had an appointment at 9am and was the first one there and was the last person to get service, that’s not the worst part, everyone looked in a bad mood to work exempt one guy and the place was dirty it doesn’t look like they ever clean. went for gel nails and that doesn’t include the manicure they didn’t offer so I don’t know how much more it would of cost. The place is overpriced I got dip gel and the girl made them to thick. Unfortunately I won’t be going back I was exited to see a lot of good reviews, maybe not all nail technicians are bad but, overall my experience was not pleasant.

It was pretty goofld. But they made me feel rushed so my ring finger is a little crooked and my cuticlea are a little rough. And they werent listening to me. And my nail tech didnt really approve of my clear color so she kinda laughed at me. But I do like how it came out.

Great customer service and I love the fact im not sitting there all day. Today a customer DIDNT want to wear her mask and I felt they should of made her wear her mask. Its still inside of a establishment around others. On the door it says mask required.

This place is never available I have been in here 4 times in the middle of the day in the morning and they always say that they can never take anybody and that they are fully booked for the day. The couple of times that I did make appointments they are at least 20 to 30 minutes late every single time.

My first time as a 57 year old male ironworker how to get a pedicure what happened to me today was epic . only a few things that I felt in my life that felt as great as that including a ice cold beer and a steak. Considering everything just opened up with this virus. They cleaned each area before each use(should be virus or not). My experience was great and loved my gel Mani and pedi. Was able to make an appointment for next visit which was convenient. Very understanding staff. Loved how the lady doing my Mani kept asking me if the shape etc...was to my liking!

LITERALLY THE BEST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO SINCE IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE THE PAST 3 YEARS. Considering there is a virus I seen nail techs clean the station once they are finished with there client. They are all so nice I seen all of them having there own conversations with the customers. Don’t see myself looking for any other shop anytime soon.

Got a 70$ pedicure, was good up until they painted my toes and switched people, girl gave a two seconds to paint them and I had to ask a separate person to clean them up and they chipped after a week, probably because they only did a whole two layers of polish. Use to like this places but definitely needs to take better care

Don’t live in area and scheduled for a dip. Was advised when I asked to put a tip of nail that they had no time then I said ok forget the dip do regular acrylic and they said they have no time... what was the appointment for then .. real inconvenience

Long is who I go to here, but I have had several other technicians and I am always happy with my nails. My dip powder lasts 3 weeks when I go here. The people are always very friendly, the studio is clean and well maintained. This place is great!

Great service. One of those places you have to book an appointment for on a Saturday. I booked a 9am appt for 2 ladies and there were 6 other people waiting for the doors to open but they were quick to seat people and get started. Kind of high priced for pedicures ($45 for the preferred one) but it comes with this great scent you get to choose from. The place is designed and decorated and gives off an upscale vibe. Would go again.

My friend and I spontaneously decided to get our nails done so we got an appointment 2 hours before. I wanted different colored pastel gel nails so I picked some colors out and my nail tech helped me find colors that would work and even lightened one with a white nail polish to make it match! She was very thoughtful and friendly and the nail salon itself is super cute. I’ve never had a more positive nail salon experience than this. Plus I love my nails! If I lived in Tucson this would definitely be my regular place.

I rate a nail salon by two things: their manicures and their full set of gel nails. Both are amazing here. Keep in mind this place is CLEAN and professional so their prices reflect that. You get what you pay for, Ive had a full set last a whole month no problem and eventually only came back for fills. No cuts, no soreness, and clean, fresh tools.

I am so glad to have found this salon! It’s well kept, has tons of color options for dip, and keeps surprising me! When I went last month they were running a special on pedicures and we got free paraffin wax. When I went two days ago for a dip manicure I had built enough reward points to have $5 off my service. The staff are all extremely polite and friendly, and they accommodate when I bring others and we want to sit together. My top pick!

Their mani is better than the nearby competitors and they have lots of great combo options for pedicures. Big color selection but very unorganized.This place was really nice when it opened but is now a little dirty inside. Depending on the tech you get, they do a good job, but the service usually takes quite a while. I recommend an appointment because they get a lot of walk ins. I also find that the manicure chairs are too tall for the tables so there’s no leg room and then the service is uncomfortable. When they are busy, which is often, the staff seems to get stressed and snappy.

I had my appointment at 2pm and stayed there until 5pm. It was my first time I ever gone to this place. I went for a pedi and full set, the lady didnt even finish my full set and send me to do my pedi . I was done with my pedi and she still wasnt done with my full set . I asked if someone else can finish my nails. So yes someone did but I paid $20 extra??? My pedi was $28 and my full set$48. Like really??? NEVER AGIN.

I went here to get my nails filled and I thought they did a good job but not even a week later a nail had fallen off and they are all lifting and chipping at the edges. I went in and got the one nail fixed and polish change and a woman working there had told me to never leave with my nails looking like they did ever again. But a couple days later & all my nails are falling off. Not worth the expensive prices. Final Touch on golf links & Kolb is way better.

I went here with my 8 year old to celebrate our birthdays. I loved it, the people were nice and helpful and it was a clean facility. BUT, I was super unhappy with the shows they had playing on the TVs. I had to tell my daughter to look straight ahead and not watch the screens. On one end of the building there were nasty music videos playing and the other one was playing a horrific vampire movie, had to be rated R. I was so uncomfortable! I wanted to have a relaxing time with my girl but I couldn’t wait to get out so I wouldn’t have to hide her eyes anymore 😕. Please pick something different for your screens!

From the beginning, the man seemed exhausted, doesnt speak any English, didnt understand what I wanted... shorter nails...poked me several times, gazed at the television, never asked about temp of water, moved my chair & would not use clean & dry towels. Nails left ragged on the ends, another girl finished. Let me sit there & I had to put my sandals on over my toes (most salons do this for you).I always tip well...no tip! I will never return & I doubt that they care.

Great place, very busy. The gal Julia does a fantastic job in designs. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was due to pedicure. The gal was a bit rough.

Mina is wonderful. Absolutely terrific pedicure. She personally gets 5 stars. However, I was there with 2 other people and they left my friend sitting in cold water for 20 mins before starting her pedicure. Two of us were finished by the time she got started. We made the appointment for three of us at 1pm & specifically asked that we all 3 start and finish at the same time. I will continue my search for the illusive salon that knows what appointments are for and how important they are.

I’m visiting from out of town and decided to take me and my friends 3 year old to get our nails done. Called and set up a appointment for 4 pm to have a gel pedicure and dip French pink and white and a kids mani/pedi. We showed up early to pick out her color but weren’t seated until quarter after 4 and they made the 3 year old wait over half an hour longer. I will give them credit for how good they were with her. Fast forward to 5:45 with a cooped up 3 year old and they are only just finishing my pedicure and now acting like I never told them I wanted my hands done. They finally get me seated and the lady can’t do French... which is my only option for work, so I have to move chairs again. They finally start attending to my cuticles after the lady almost filed my entire nail down to the bed. When she finished she started to pull out her acrylic nail kit out and I kept trying to tell her no I want dip nails and her and another nail tech kept trying to tell me it was a “tip” but it was acrylic powder and not the tip and nail glue. Now the other technician is rolling her eyes at me and they are being very rude it’s now been over two hours since our appointment was supposed to start and I only got my toes done... Since I’m from out of town I was very disappointed as the services I get usually only take 45 min in total. And even worse then that was how rude there customer service was. Also they wouldn’t there phone while I was there so good luck getting them to answer!

I’ve been looking for months for a great salon and I finally found it! I am really picky with my nail shapes and my nails in general but I left really happy today with no complaints! Great atmosphere as well!

This place is more stylish than other nail salons in town, which already makes it a better experience. The scolding of employees in front customers or less than inviting facial expressions, makes it feel judge-y but Nevertheless, they do great nails, thats why I keep going back.

Dina is a great tech but the owner has horrible business practices. Youll wait 30 minutes past your appointment time because the owner will make your tech take a customer knowing she wont finish before her appointment comes in. Its all about the money. Unless you have time to wait for an extended period of time, go somewhere else.

I love this place so much! Once i find a great nail salon with a clean environment, friendly staff, and excellent service, i’m here to stay! They are always very welcoming and genuine people who are hardworking and have great skill. I would recommend scheduling an appt (usually they can get you in same day, just reserve a time) and get there early. All in all, i highly recommend One Nail Lounge to any and everyone!

I came in on a Sunday without an appt but was the first in the salon. I asked for a manicure for myself and my daughter. Then I was asked by someone else what I wanted, I told them again a manicure and then again for a 3rd time. My daughter was rushed back and only had her finger nails painted from the pedicure chair. They left her there and rushed me over to a nail station, only to just paint mine too and rush my out the door. I will not return.

Myanna does amazing work! She is very easy to talk to and makes my she experience great! And my French manicure always looks spot on! All associates veey friendly and the spa pedicures are amazing! Go in and treat yourself!

Hi I want to say I was very impressed with my full set from luc. But the girl that did my feet was complaining so much because I didn’t like how the polish looked, and I had her change it also it was her birthday and her being sick so she was just being rude the whole time to me she did not deserve a tip. I’m the the customer paying for the service. Worst customer service, I left so upset.

Didn’t get a chance to get my nails done to properly give a review about their work but I was pretty upset being told different information. I had called a week prior to schedule an appointment for today (since my wedding is tomorrow) and was told then that they don’t do appointments and how it’s all walk in. Ok. I came in today to get a full set only to be told to make an appointment...yeah, not happy. Because they did that I don’t want my nails done there. No thanks.

Definitely need to make an appointment 30 minutes later longer for walk-ins.

Even though I made an appointment I still had to wait almost half an hour past my appointment time which is annoying. Once I was seated, the service was good and meticulous.

I have Rose do my nails and have never had a bad experience, beautiful nails and highly recommend them.

Many types of pedicures and manicures to choose from. Very clean and sanitary. Staff very pleasant. Even with appt, you may need to wait a little, they are busy, but it is worth the wait which has never been very long. Dining places very close if you need lunch after appt. Walmart and other major business right across the street.
