I’ve visited VN Nails several times and each experience has been absolutely amazing. Hanh and Steven are always so friendly and do incredible work regardless of the service. All nail colors are available in gel, paint and dip (dip is super cool, looks and feels like gel and is better for your nails!). Most recently, i had only booked enough time for a mani/pedi but my friend and i changed our minds last minute to do extensions/acrylic which would take more time. Understanding that we probably wouldn’t be able to do it, Hanh surprised us by calling her mother to come help accommodate our request! They are so service oriented and friendly that i will continue recommending this salon to everyone and refuse to go anywhere else in Tucson!

I went to VN Nails Inc for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming & the atmosphere was relaxing. Hanh is truly amazing and she has awesome conversations! I felt comfortable for it being my first time. I look forward to my next manicure, I also love my nail care! Highly recommend this place!

This nail salon is very clean and well run. I come off and on since they opened and now I don’t think I will go anywhere else. Nestled in a strip mall near chipotle, subway and Baskin Robbins, they have several nail stations, all separated with plexiglass and about 6 pedicures stations. Everyone is very friendly. I had an appointment for a pedicure and it was so soothing and relaxing. Lots of polish colors to choose from. I was very happy with my service and upon leaving the owner remembered my name from the appointment and thanked me for coming in.

I travel from across town to go here . VN nails is able to do acrylic nails like no other place I have found. Most importantly - they cut my nails and do the designs like I ask. I appreciate that they remember me and my preferences. And yes - you may be able to go to a large salon and get in quickly - but the service you receive may reflect that. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon. I have been coming here since they opened about 2 years ago and everyone of the staff is so nice. The owner and her husband Kevin, are the sweetest and always take care of me and my nails. The salon is very clean and they have so many different colors and options to choose from! Here’s some photos of my most recent set, I tried their new dip colors, including the glow in the dark ones!! I recommend this place to all of my friends and they love this salon as well. ❤️❤️

My mom and I went in for a mani-pedi and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and kind. They take pride in their work but are quick at what they do. This is the second time we’ve gotten our nails done in our lives but we will definitely be coming back here again! Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re trying to pamper yourself and be surrounded by pleasant and friendly staff. Han was an absolute angel! The sweetest.

The owner and her husband are wonderful, positive people. My skin and nails always feel refreshed and clean. I recommend VN Nails for pedicures, my daughter loves the gel nails, and my friend had her brows, mani/pedi done regularly. I appreciate the packages that help me feel all put together. They sent me home with the extra lotion. Yummy!

I came as a walk in. They didn’t have anything available and so they scheduled me at noon. I was getting a mani and pedi. After waiting until 12:30 for them to begin my pedicure, when they were almost complete they told me they’re running behind and wouldn’t be able to do my manicure. So here I am with toes done but not fingers. Extremely disappointed in the service.

They are ok, I don’t think I would recommend to go. They are nice people but other than that I wouldn’t say they are the best shop. I had a SNS manicure done elsewhere came here to take it off told the man it’s not gel but he treated as if it was. He used foil wraps to try to take off and buff instead of just soaking my hands which would have been much better. I had to tell the other man in charge it seemed that my nails were still not clean which he observed as well. He also tried same thing happened. Then I asked for their 10% off coupon which they displayed on any service. He did not honor it. I would recommending to go elsewhere. Shop is a bit small and narrow as well.

I dont get my nails done lol I dont want to work around wiping my butt but my old lady likes this nail salon so far because she is super picky and when massaging her feet they really go in on them.

I just moved to the area and have had a hard time finding a salon that I love! This salon is AMAZING. They pay attention to detail and make you feel at home.

They pay very well attention and I loved going here but with the COVID at the end mentioned they had to raise their prices, understandable but I ended up paying $100 for one KID manicure and one KID pedicure(which on their Brochure states they get a free design which she didn’t get) and one adult gel pedicure. A friend got a gel pedicure and ended up paying $50! Almost double the price listed. Maybe once all this is over we will try it again if prices go down.

It was my first time @this salon. A friend of mine goes there and she recommended this salon. The gentleman who did my pedi did a thorough job. Gentle & patient...I loved that! The bad thing was that I wish I wouldve had more cash for a better tip. Next time...thank you!

Worst nail experience of my life. Not only did it take 2 hours for a full set, but it looks like amatuers did them. When i complained and asked for a refund, he stated he would only give it to me if he cut my nails back off. Worst nail salon in tucson!

They actually told me to go somewhere else. Bad business. And then responded surprised when I commented and didnt call back. Dont worry my money will be well spent somewhere else. And Ive heard from alot of other people their customer service is terrible. Being in customer service my self, that is so against how i treat people. Its fine though. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and tell my friends to do the same. Thank God for reviews.

Have been to a few different places and this is by far the best I have found! Very friendly staff, great selection of services for both pedicures and manicures. Very reasonably priced, clean and great atmosphere. Small and cute little shop in a great and convenient location. I came in to get prepped for my engagement pictures back in August and they did a fabulous is job!!! Love coming here on my days off to relax!

They are very RUDE and Nonchalant with their customers. I pray people google them before they decide to try them because if not they will be disappointed. They advertise Walkins Welcomed but are nasty to a Walk in Customer, the nail techs need to be trained in Customer Service and learn how to be Professional at all times. I was highly upset with how they spoke to my Fiance when he went to get a manicure. The way the tech spoke to him when he asked if he could get a manicure was unacceptable and disgusting. Then you have a sign saying tips are appreciated, well here is a TIP for you... If you treat your customers with some respect and learn how to talk to them nicely then maybe you would receive a monetary tip. If your work was good you would Not have to post a sign for tips it would be given Naturally because you do good work and the customer service was great. Evidently neither is the case in this Horrible Nail Salon. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

I wanted my nails a little shorter. But the guy filed them too much and left barely anything. And my nails are too wide and chunky looking. And I the drill bit cut two of my fingers. So my nails are too short and too wide. They look ridiculous. Will never return.

Kevin did an awesome job on my nails, he was easy to communicate with and made sure I was happy! I cannot remember who did my pedicure but she was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The entire shop is full of very friendly people and it’s very clean and comfortable. I will be returning for my fill and next pedi!

It is 2:15 in the afternoon and two people were getting services done. When I walked in he asked how he could help me. After I said I needed a pedicure and a manicure he told me that they were so busy for the rest of the day and they couldnt take anyone else. I sat there and watched other people walk in and get service. He wasnt apologetic and he was rude. Its too bad because Ive been going there for years and recommend this place to so many people and I wont go back now.

No tub liners. No gloves. Tech had either fungus or an injury to his thumb. Not coming back. Very sweet to my granddaughter though, who is 4.

I go in at 5pm after work on 6/15 and I ask if they have time for a full set, long story short I get soft and thin acrylic that only lasted a day before breaking, the man sliced 6 of my fingertips with his file, and the majority of the nails were crooked. Oh and it cost $45 and took 2 HOURS... DO NOT GO THERE!

I went in with my stepdaughter and we both got deluxe pedicures with parafin wax and hot stone massage. The ladies who did our pedicures were so nice and our toes look great. I will be back!

The older men there is a very disrespectful and impolite I walked in and asked if I can get pedicures before my children and they said yes I charge $10 for them because they’re small after the pedicures are almost done the gentleman got up yelling saying that he don’t allow children. To get pedicures I told him I asked before I sit everyone down and they started And then he started saying some ridiculous stuff like you didn’t ask me well there’s no sign that says you need to ask three people And continued to say if other places do pedicures for children then I should go there and told the guy not to give me his name so I can make a complaint and the tech told me he was not the owner and he claims he is the owner so you go figure And for the record the kids never made a sound they were sitting there quietly I walking to get four pedicures walked out with 2 1/2 pedicures done and got charged full price

One tech said an appointment coming in later, cant take you today, and told us to come back Another day, they advertise walk ins welcome, apparently not and it was only 1:30 pm on a Wednesday.
