Came over an hour and a half before closing and didnt really want to take me. Had also called before and asked if they were taking walk-ins and they said yes. On arrival, said it would be a 40 minute wait; waited patiently and service was rushed.Theres also nail polish on my toe (the skin not the nail and similar things that I have noticed or had to point out to be fixed).

Go get yourself some colorful nails! Mani-pedi pampering today, and picked up a couple gift certificates for friends. Safety partitions in place, masks and shields in use. And remote control massage chair while you soak your tired feet.

I had a really great experience here and the person who helped me was great. I am leaving three stars because Diana (not the person who helped me) was not only not wearing a mask, she repeatedly took off her face shield and walked around the salon without any face covering at all. I came here because I was told that everyone had to wear a mask. I did not think there would be any staff without one. And Diana didnt even keep the face shield on the whole time. This is the only reason I wont be back. The salon is really nice and the person who helped me was wonderful. Its a shame Diana is being allowed to break the mask mandate (and the salons own mask policies) which makes a return visit a no go for me.Many thanks to the woman who helped me though!!! She really gave me an amazing experience.

The best salon in Tucson. I called and they were busy but got me in right away. The diversity in staff was a plus It is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is super friendly and always welcoming. I started going to Splash Nails & Spa about three years after I received a horrific acrylic nail job at another salon. I walked in with tears and the ladies calmed me and helped. They filed down the lumps and removed the Barbie doll pink that I didnt want and made them look beautiful and more natural. Since then they have been my only place I go and trust to do my nails. I take family when they are in town cause they also find it a relaxing and welcoming place. Yesterday I decided to try dip color on my nails and Stephanie did a beautiful job. I cant stop looking at my nails. They are professional, kind and have an good selection of music every time I am in the salon. Thank you ladies! 😊

Such a pleasant salon. The nail techs are nice, talkative without being annoying and they take pride in their work. I didn’t feel rushed during my pedicure and the attention to detail was impressive. I love the hot oil treatment and leg massage. I can’t wait to go back!

My best friend and I went to get Deluxe pedicures after our sister highly recommended we go there for an amazing pedicure. We were nothing short of happy and satisfied. Im really picky about my feet and both nails techs did a fabulous job. I was very impressed at the time spent (1 hour) and the attention to detail. My best friend gets ingrown toenail nails and the tech was very adamant about making sure she was comfortable and her toes were cleaned properly and nails were shaped so they wouldnt hurt.For myself, it had been such a long time since Ive gone to a salon to get my feel done so you can only imagine... The tech was thorough is removing all the callused areas and took her time with each aspect to make sure that it was done nicely. It was only $35 for a Deluxe pedicures and I felt more than pampered. We most definitely will be returning monthly.Thank you Splash, for a job well done!

I am visiting from out of town, and made an appointment very easily from their website. The salon is very clean, and I was seen on time. My pedicure was great, and Stephanie did an amazing job rebasing my nails (Im REALLY picky about my nails!). I also had a facial, and she was very careful with my sensitive skin. This is my new favorite place when I am in Tucson on business trips.

Went in wanting only a fill, she immediately started dogging my nails and hacking away at my old acrylics. I was there almost an hour and a half if not longer just to leave very unhappy. I instead left with a full new set and paid way more than expected (total of $50). My sister also got nails and is unhappy. Not only did they mess up but they hurt us, nails crooked, bumpy, sharp spots, super thin, some longer than others, shaped weird and clumps of acrylic still underneath and around nails. Our fingers are in pain, cuts by the cuticles and even burned our nails with the grinders to sand our nails down with. Workers definitely werent that friendly, lots of attitude and seemed more interested in themselves then making the customers happy. Not to mention, they made us feel like an inconvenience and came out talking to us with mouths full of food. Not happy at all, and definitely wont be back. Do NOT go here unless you want crappy service and hideous nails. Truly want my money back...

This place is terrible. Sad that I have to give them even one start just to post my review. I needed to get my hands and feet done for a get together. The nail tech who did my nails was the manager and I asked for ballerina shaped nails. Some what medium length, I come out with my right hand nails longer then my nails on the left. Not only that but that is supposed to be a flat smooth top nope instead it comes out curveds and think. Bubbles are on the acrylic from the gel which was a terrible brand clearly and some of my gel is already coming off and I just got them done a day ago. I DO NOT recommend anyone going here what so ever. Worst nail place I have ever been to. If I ask you way before you do my nails if you can do what I’m asking don’t just say YES if I’m all reality you can’t do what I asked and am paying for. If you want to waste your money feel free to go here other then that I would definitely go somewhere else.

I have been going to Splash Nails for over 3 years. My technician is Janet and she is gentle, professional and has become a good friend. In the time that I have been a customer, I have seen the entire staff work hard to care for anyone and everyone who comes in the door, scheduled or not. Yes there are times that are busier than others but in those times this is what I see. Someone comes in the door and you can immediately see the staff silently looking at each other to see who can accommodate the new person. This is at the same time that one of them will speak up to acknowledge that person. If everyone is busy with a customer they cannot jump but they will acknowledge and address the new customer. The staff is always very observant and will jump up to turn your water off if needed or to make it hotter or colder if you need it. I have never and I mean never in all this time experienced any tension in the room between the staff. Ive seen some bad reviews on this page and want you to know they are accommodating and professional with everyone. The bad news is, my Janet is getting very popular!!!

Place was decent and clean. Nail techs skills with acrylic were terrible. He literally just filed, added tips, and slapped on the acrylic messily. No cuticle maintenance, blending was horrible, and my hands were left a mess with product all over. No one really seemed experienced and it showed. I would NOT recommend this place. At least not for a full set.

My daughter and I got our toes done and she got a manicure. Wonderful service and excellent atmosphere. Will be making this our regular place!

This is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years so I know what good service looks like and this isnt it. They were busy with less than 5 people working today so I understand waiting 20min. However, my mom waited an hour and a half for what was a crappy manicure with no lotion and a toe polish change by the manager where you can still see the red polish that was on before she covered it with this new color. My pedicure was less than impressive and you can see where she painted over the cuticles and on to my toes. The polish looks old and bubbly and there are places on the nail that arent covered. Weve been wanting to try this place and now that we have, we wont be back. $60 for two very bad services. Buyer beware.

Even though they re-did my nail polish the next day, I will not be returning. I went in for fills and they were completely uneven and they had old polish that never dried even after an hour. I dont think the girl that did my nails was a nail person, I think she only does pedicures, now I see why.

I wouldnt even want to give them a 1 but I had too. I went in to get a new set of acrylic nails with a gel polish, The woman doing my nail used way to big of nails on me which made me feel like I had fat fingers. When she put on the acrylic she did a horrible job. It was clumpy and bumpy. My nails looked so thick is was horrible. Then when she did the Gel polish she put so much polish on it that there were bumps and my nails looked horrible and my nails looked like spatulas. Literally.... Then when I went to the counter to leave. She charged me $48 dollars for acrylic nails with Gel polish. Highway robbery. This place is way over rated. They overcharge for there service. ****DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE ****

I have been going here for over a year and love the friendly service. They do a wonderful job on my nails! I have gone to different ones before and they always mess up my nails . Herr they are always done right and I never have a long wait either!!

Literally, just dont go here. I got my nails done on Monday and they looked horrible. I asked for natural and short and the nails were uneven, some of the acrylic didnt even cover my whole nail and to top it off they were so thick and blotchy even UNDERNEATH the nail, where she did not file. I paid $37 for these nails and theyre already falling off. The woman even gave me a file to take home so that I could file the nails to my liking. Unbelievable. Dont waste your money.

I have been going here for at least a yr or two now and yes I have been to other as well but splash nails is my favorite. The staff are awesome tools equipment chairs etc are always clean. Once you go in for your first time you wont want to go anywhere else. :)

Over priced and inexperienced. Had gel polish pedi which they charged an extra $28 for plus 5$ for the polish and another 5$ to remove the old polish. Standard elsewhere is $5 extra for gel. Friend who was with me had the same and her gel is bubbled . Will never darken their doorway again and I suggest unless you want an expensive treatment and crappy results, you dont either.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like a nussiance. I booked my appointment ahead of time and even showed up early, but it was as if I had itritated the staff with my presence.When I advised my old acrylics needed to be removed, they were even more upset and not afraid to show it. Old polish was splashed on my hand and arm, and when it was time to do the French tips, they couldnt be done sat enough. I left with acrylic hanging off the edge of a few nails, and acrylic and acetone all over my fingers and hands. And yes, I thoroughly scrubbed my hands during the process. Clearly my patronage was not appreciated, and I wont be back to bother them ever again.

This place is horrible! Dont go there. I asked for them to make my nails as long as possible without changing the original price for 27 dollars. She did one hand really short nails and one really long and then charged me for extra for long nails. The acrylic was very uneven and my paint is chipped because they told me to leave even though my nails were not dry. Do not go here!
