I love to go here. But my last 2 experiences were not that great. I got a mani pedi and payed for hot stones and didnt get it. Got tips with just a simple 1 color purple with a glitter accent on the ring finger. Looked good until I got home and still had blue still showing on my nails from a previous visit, with the acrylic application sloppy, I filled and fixed them at home myself to make the appearance to my liking. This time I wanted a Halloween theme nail, showing what I want and she proceeded to say shell pick and itll be 50 dollars. The stickers were applied and left imprints of other stickers trying to fix with different colors of what the were actually then saying tell everyone where you got them. Over all they are ok but if you want exact and precise they lack there too busy talking with they other staff. My stickers have holes missing pieces and not of my choosing, adding extra bits from other stencils as left over.

I had the best pedicure and customer service! They are open on Sundays and do a fantastic job! Highly recommend! I was a late walk-in and they treated me so kindly wheb they couldve turned me away. Thank you beyond nails and spa for all you do - you guys made my day!

I came to get a manicure and the man who did my nails, his name was Tong, cut my finger. My nails are also uneven. I had asked him to do a design on my nail and he just put a sticker.Edit: I called to get them fixed and Lisa absolutely made them 100% better. If you decide to go here, go to Lisa! She is professional, experienced, and so nice.

Maya does an amazing job on my nails. Its so hard finding quality nail techs in Tucson. Came across Maya about a month ago, and she was very professional and did a wonderful job on pedicure and fill.

This session was horrible. The lady for my pedi spoke NO ENGLISH, all she ever said to me was DOWN when she wanted me to put my foot back in the water. The young man doing my mani at the pedi chair just flat out DIDNT CARE. I had a better paint job going in there that I did myself. The polish job wasnt even, my nails werent filed evenly, the polish started chipping the day after. This isnt my first visit, although theyve never been great, this visit was the worst. I like to support local businesses when I have to go into town, (I LIVE OUT OF TOWN), I dont think Ill be returning to this establishment, Ill try the local shop in Vail...

This salon does an excellent job (nails and wax) the prices are very reasonable. The wait wasnt very long either

I loved going here, I had been going for a maybe a little over a year. Then life happened and I couldn’t afford to go, so I started doing my own nails (I used to be a nail tech, so I could). One day, I wanted someone else to polish my nails, so I went back. My word was Lisa ever rude! She complained the whole time, in Vietnamese of course. Chalk it up to her having a bad day. So once again, I stopped going. Then I decided to STOP doing my own nails and went back to have Lisa do my nails, I always requested her because I like her work, she did a beautiful job, and this time she put “bling” on my nails! When it came time for a fill, that’s where everything went wrong. She went to file the bling off and slipped and the drill (which had a very mean looking metal bit on it) ate my finger! It hurt so bad, I wanted to walk out, but I decided to let her finish. I wish I kept the photo, the damage was gnarly. Anyway, I knew she felt bad, she kept apologizing and gave the fill to me, no charge. Mistakes happen.Two-three weeks later I went back for another fill, I figured she knew the damage done to my nail, she would be the best person to work on it, rather than finding a new place and having to explain everything. This time Lisa just did not want to be bothered with me, I could tell she was done, she complained that I washed my hands with soap and therefore, couldn’t polish my nails correctly (she could have wiped my nails with acetone to get any soap residue off, but I guess it didn’t cross her mind)my nails looked messy, even without the polish. This is when I decided to find another establishment, so far so good with them, I now make sure to wash my hands without soap ;)Just yesterday, 1-2-21, I went back to Beyond nails (sigh, I’m a glutton for punishment) all I wanted was a polish change, and I didn’t feel like driving across town. Beyond nails is by my house, so...I went there, the place was empty. I thought Lisa would do them, nope. I was led back to another lady who did a fabulous job, but when she was almost finished, Lisa came back and started talking to this lady. After Lisa walked away, the lady started in on questioning me if they did my nails, or if I did my own. I told her no, I didn’t do my own, she asked where did I have them done, and I told her!!!! I shouldn’t have done that! They’re all connected, you know! When she was done, I walked out with a THIRTY DOLLAR!!!!!! Polish change! What the hell! Ok, I had two polishes and a stripe put on, nothing major, not worth $30! So now, I’m officially done with Beyond nails, I just can’t even believe it! I did nothing wrong! Lisa filed my finger off! Not me.I’m really sad, because I did like this place, which is why I kept going back, but no more. I just hope word doesn’t get out to my other place I go to or I’m doomed

The service here is excellent. I’m always Satisfied with my pedicure, full set and eyebrows wax. The staff is friendly and aswell clean environment.

FIRST VISIT!! The only menu visible said a Fill for $25 . I paid $45, I asked for a blue ombré look and she said she couldn’t do it and it would have to be a new set for $80+ . I did say I wanted it but she insisted that she wasn’t able to do it. So she said she would give me the most closest look to the hombre possible. The nails are not pointed right. She didn’t do the jewels like I asked for. She said she was not able to do a stiletto look . I took out two samples of nails that had jewels on them and asked her to do it exactly like that and then She decided to do both sides channel jewels. And there’s still pink on me from my old polish. I asked her to remove the pink but she really didn’t do it. And she was constantly hurting my fingers and I kept pulling my arm back. My boyfriend just wanted a simple classic pedicure and they charged him $35. I tried to talk with the woman in explain things and all she would say is that she could remove the nails.

Thank you, Lisa! This is the best manicure I could have asked for! I had acrylic nails on from somewhere else that were thick and misshapen. I didnt even point that out when I came in for a fill and Lisa fixed them and made them perfect! Great place too, lovely and clean. I have found my new nail salon and technician.

This place is soooo good. Except it’s better for a pedicure here. If you need a manicure ask for amaya she is the best. She is a young lady and does it better than everyone else.

I really enjoyed the pedicure but the acrylic set needed a fill by the end of the first week and I had to even out the shape and length myself!

I definitely liked the work but I was kind of upset that they didnt have the colors that I wanted and regular nail polish so I was basically forced to spend an extra like $10 for the gel polish but besides that I didnt really have any other things to complain about the guy did knick me...very tiny knick but he was very apologetic and was very clean and made sure that I sanitized and everything so it hasnt bothered me or got infected or anything

I went and got my nails and toes done and I got my nails longer so of course it would be an up charge (for the use of more product) not a problem. 2 nails began to pop off 2 days later .if I’m being charge for extra product why are my nails coming off ? I went and got it fixed two days after that I was missing another nail so when I went in to talk to the lady she tried to charge me !! And then got really sassy about how much I paid for my nails which was 65 dollars plus a tip so 70 just for my nails to be all off the next week my advice PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE

The overall place was good. The teck that did my toe nails cut the big toe nails way too short.

The best nail salon Ive been to in Tucson! Glad they are open again and taking so many precautions to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Everyone has to wear a mask, theres partitions between people, and then the usual sanitary precautions they take, which are the best Ive ever seen at any nail salon. Its super affordable, and they do a great job. Ive never been cut when getting my cuticles trimmed, but they get all the dead skin so your nails look clean. The hot stone massage during the pedicure is also amazing Go treat yourself now that youre able!!

Went in today wanting a full set. It was my first time getting a full set at this place. Lisa was the one that did my nails and I had showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made them look exactly like the picture. It was overall a great experience. Everyone was nice and the place was clean as well. I will definitely be coming back again.

I was impressed how quick on a holiday weekend to get me in within the hour. Micheal was fast and like my nails.I was unimpressive with the other clients in the salon. You have signs posted before entering and at the check-in table stating required to wear mask when getting services. You also have some masks sitting at the table offering your clients to wear them. The 45 mins I was there they had 2 ladies without masks on getting their nails done and a gentlemen waiting with his lady also didnt have mask on. Not one person offered masks to them or tell them they had to wear them to stay inside your salon. I couldnt believe with the Governor order and risking your employees that you allow such services without clients wearing them.When I payed at the end I was asked for my pin number to my card since it requires one. I thought that was strange, could offer a way to have clients enter a pin or have them pay a different way.I wont be going back to your salon due to this visit I had. Very Displeased

I came in to get my nails & toes done, full set & pedicure to be exact...might I add VERY last minute & Lisa was a huge sweetheart I showed her a few ideas I found on Pinterest since I am once again VERY last minute lol & she did everything I asked for and more. I walked out feeling like a true Queen! Such as Beyoncé herself 😂I will definitely be coming back.

I went in today for a pedicure. The young guy that did my pedicure rushed right through it leaving some parts of my nails unpainted, he also didn’t clean the excess nail polish from my toe nails. While cutting my nails he dug very deep into the nail beds of both of my big toes making me bleed. Hours later I’m in tremendous pain so much so that I cannot sleep. It hurts to walk and both of my toes are red, swollen and throbbing I’m afraid these are symptoms of an infection. After coming here for many years I will no longer be returning, please remember to be gentle we come to relax and feel good not leave with pain.

It’s was ok for my first time ever going there I only went cause a customer of mines told me about them but the first time I went I got a full set it was $60 bucks ok I understand the second time I went for fills I got charge $35 with just a single color nothing special then the 3rd time I went for fills again I got charged $30 bucks with just a color again nothing special no designs or anything 5 days later a nail broke so I don’t think I’ll be going back they keep charging me high prices especially just for fills and one color oh well listen to be learned....

I have been coming to Beyond Nails for a few years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. Their pedicures are the best in the state. Its a very clean salon and a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I have had every tech there give me a pedicure and they are equally so good at their profession. I also get manicures here as well. Its so relaxing. I leave feeling like a million bucks! Im a single parent, so I bring my son along with me. Hes a well behaved child so think thats why they treat him like family and make him feel comfortable too. I LOVE THIS SALON!!!

I have gone there and got my nails done from the 1st day they opened. Was very impressed as there shop is very clean. And sanitary which is a big plus. Everyone is so kind and friendly.

This place used to be the best. Now, I refuse to go here. Ever since they changed management they’ve been terrible! I came in to get a set of acrylic nails removed and they were so careless clipping them short that they cut into the skin of my thumb and injured me with the clippers! It took over 2 weeks to heal completely after all they did was swap nail techs for a moment and cover it with nail glue. I really don’t recommend anybody goes here. I’ve had the worst experience with them and will NEVER go back. They were so careless when they redid my nails as well! I got a very messy gel polish to cover it up. They don’t put any good care or time into their work, just rush it and give very messy manicures.

I’ve been doing to beyond nails and spa for a while now. Lisa is my FAVORITE. I only want her doing my nails cause they always come out amazing. They have great prices to. When I get a full gel set here it 35$ where as other places would charge me 50$. They are so nice and feel welcomed in there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else even if I moved out the city ima make those trips here regardless. And I’m VERY picky about my nails any little mistake will bother me so it means a lot when I say this place is the place to go.

Horrendous gel mani. Guy wasnt paying attention..sloppy service and only lasted three days. Reminder to self- DONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN. Certainly not worth the cost.

I started going here to get acrylics May 2017. Every time I go I am so pleased with the experience. The staff is so friendly and their work is phenomenal. It’s a great environment and their prices seems to be lower than most. They take their time and really care about what you want. I do not know how anyone could dislike this nail salon. Overall, I recommend to everyone.

I usually come here for pedicures. Recently got my nails dipped for 35.00 and they look terrible. Theyre bright red and not maroon like the color I chose. They arent even in size nor are they shapped the same. Its disgusting that i paid for these. I corrected her a few times and she just got nasty about it and then was rushing to finish them. Ill never have my nails dipped here again!

Ive always had an exceptional experience when going to this nail salon. Paulina has been the only person that has been able to totally satisfy my manicure needs and Lan is amazing as well. Come visit them and get pampered! This is a walk in salon, so if you are in a rush I recommend you to give them a call just to inform yourself on the waiting time. They are very efficient and fast!

I only came here because my salon I faithfully go to is closed for the summer... Here I had to do half the work... They rushed my services... I had to hold the dryer for my nails while getting my acrylics and pedicure done simultaneously... They stabbed me in the cuticle multiple times... The woman started my acrylics and stopped midway to do someone else and never finished... If I could give a -5 rating I would... Theres no reason for a customer to have to hold dryers or do half the work for them... Ill never come back to this awful place.... Cover Nail its been for 20 years and for now on....

Very clean & efficient. I work on my feet all day in health care and the pedicure they provide with the stones is amazing, they opened brand new tools to clean my nails and everything. I dont get much me time but what I can get away with here is worth all I do. I wont go anywhere else.

Better salon than park and tucson mall by far. Great prices $23 gel polish manicure !!! Tons of options for mani and pedi, great color selection. Very clean and polite staff . Used to live 10 min away now i live about 30 min away and worth the drive . I highly recorecommend TT for gel manicures ive had it last up to 19 days ! 😊
