Loved this place. Nail tech was professional and very attentive. My nails came out super cute and way better than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

I came in here with a friend to get a manicure and pedicure. My friend got her nails done and I was told the pedicure was first, no big deal but I was completely separated from my friend. The young lady that did my nails didn’t talk much which was fine, but she did make a comment about my nails and honestly she could have just said it to me because I understood what she said. The women that did manicure left and told me let it dry then I sat there 20 minutes after, feet got very cold and the 2nd nail tech made a comment. The 2nd nail tech then put a top coat on my nails and when trying to remove the toenail divider she messed up my toe nail (in picture). I should have said something but I was honestly annoyed by the service and how they tried to get two nail techs to work on me. Which is a trick nail techs have used to make me spend more money. I was hoping this would be my new nail home, guess I will continue searching.

This place was awesome! I got a standard pedicure and a gel manicure. They were friendly, prompt, and gave an awesome oil massage on my legs/feet during the pedicure. Good prices too. Would highly reccomend.

Went in for a manicure, asked for gel and got regular polish and the manicure is very messy and looks unfinished. i would not recommend this salon

They have really pretty, new, Fall colors in! 😍This is the longest review ever, but I really cant say enough good things about this place. So read on, if you feel like seeing someone fangirl over a nail salon.I tried six different nail salons before becoming a loyal customer of The Nail Lounge of Tucson. This spot is hands-down the best and Ive been coming here for over a year now!Q does flawless acrylic sets and manicures and has always taken the time to understand and create exactly what look Im going for. In the times Ive been indecisive, she has helped me to experiment with my nails by suggesting colors and designs. Ive tried different nail shapes, summery colors, the cat-eye effect, and foil nails, because of my trust in her expertise. She also coached me through nail growth by suggesting I try dip nails, and then thoughtfully moved me over to the more cost-effective acrylic nails once they were healthy. I really appreciated her looking out for my nails and for my wallet!Sids attention to detail with pedicures is also something worth raving about! I dont get pedicures every time I get my nails done, but that makes it even more of a treat when I do. Even with just the classic pedicure, Sids work leaves my feet feeling softer than ever. My polish is always nice and smooth, and hes always been really good at shaping my weird, stubby toenails. I actually LIKE my feet after I see Sid.P.S. I feel very safe coming here during covid. Q and Sid have a lot of thoughtful safety measures put in place to protect themselves and their clients. Ive never seen them without masks (sometimes wearing two at once); they have plastic barriers set up to reduce contact between tech and client; and the last two times I got a pedicure, all of the supplies and materials were individually packaged and sterilized.

I was very pleased. Good attitude. Paid attention to detail. Great conversation. Highly recommend the nail lounge

UPDATE: I went back to get my nails fixed by Q and she was lovely! She gave me the exact shape and length I wanted, and I think they may be the best set I ever had. The acrylic is smooth and is actually close to the cuticle. They were so polite, and I’m so happy with the way my nails came out! If you’re going for acrylics, ask for Q!!The workers were so sweet and attentive, but I was really disappointed in the acrylic set I had done! There was acrylic covering a few of my cuticles, which I had to manually fix at home. I got a glitter gel polish, and only received 2 coats of the polish, so it’s very translucent and see-through, when I was looking for it to be more solid glitter. I only got two coats of the normal polish (not glitter) as well, so they’re very streaky and see through as well. The acrylic nails were super thin as well, there wasn’t much of an apex which worries me in terms of them breaking. Within two days of getting the nails done, half of them had begun lifting and today, two fell off. I don’t do any rough work with my hands, I’m a student who’s been at home the last week, so I’ve had no heavy use of my nails. The pedicure was amazing and everyone was so kind, just disappointed in the quality of the acrylics I had done.

I found my new place!!! Not only did the woman who did my nails do a phenomenal job on my manicure, she was so gentle and tactful when I needed my acrylics removed first. I knew it would be a challenge, but she did such a good job! And then I was worried my nails would be too damaged for a good manicure but after the hand massage (which rocked my socks off btw!! I didn’t know how sore my hands were until she started 🙈) she trimmed the nails and cuticles and filed them down and was so sweet when she let me know she’d have to cut them down a little (which I was totally fine with!) and holy cow, my nails weren’t dead after all. The polish was fab and she literally nailed it. Definitely coming back forever 🤗 I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name, but I have a feeling whoever you get the pleasure to work with, you’re gonna be so thrilled with the results. Cannot stress enough how in love with this place I am 👌

Had a great experience here after all the salons I usually go to were booked . I was impressed with the nail art I saw posted and the actual result does not disappoint. My only complaint was that my pedi felt a little rushed, but they still did a thorough job and stayed on time for their next clients.

The environment feels very rushed even with everyone having appointments. I bled several times after they nicked my cuticles and the skin around them; a bit of gauze was put over multiple toes but not disinfected or washed. This was the biggest thing that put me off.Im guessing they specialize more in acrylic nails (my friends turned out amazing) but my simple gel polish is noticeably uneven in coating and feel very flimsy where at other salons I have never had that issue. I rarely have time to get my nails done every 4 weeks due to my work schedule so I am disappointed that this visit came out so poorly. Perhaps the nail tech I had was just having a bad day, but with plenty of other nail salons, I unfortunately cant recommend this one.

Nail techs are really nice but my gel nails have a lot of air bubbles and black fivers stuck in them unfortunately. The coat applied also wasn’t very even.

They want you to spend the most and do the least when you ask for a regular mani & pedi. I guess its too difficult or hard for them to do a clear pink with a French tip. I just spent $57 for a regular mani pedi with French tip and am very dissatisfied with the service they just provided never coming back to this place horrible costumer service didnt even let my nails dry before they were sending me out the door. Both mani and pedi were less than perfect for your information toes didnt even match with shape and French tip.

I have been going to see Q for my acrylics for nearly two years and I cannot picture another nail tech working on my nails! The shop is so cute and Q and her husband are such friendly people who care about their business! Not to mention my nails always look spectacular when I walk out of there

I received a pedicure from Sid, and was really pleased with the time, attention and care he took. Ive had pedicures at various salons, and this was by far, the best one Ive ever received. I felt pampered, and really cared for. He didnt rush at all like some techs. Ill be a repeat customer for sure. Also, the precautions theyre taking for covid, is impressive too. It was clean, and I felt safe.

I love Nail Lounge, theyre the place for me! My manicures are always beautiful and the dipping powder lasts for weeks. My nails never looked better, season after season.

This is a truly wonderful salon. Everyone who works here is so great and kind, but Q especially is so talented! No matter how busy it is, she really takes the time with her work and is a real artist. She does coffin-shaped acrylics so well! It is also so easy to book appointments as they are super quick to respond on Yelp messaging. So glad I found this place!

This nail salon is great! My niece and I love getting our nails done by Q, she never disappoints. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I love the patience the staff have when helping customers. Usually Monday-Wednesday is the best time. You can call ahead of time to see if they are available.

Awesome place! I had a bad nail break from another salon and needed a next day appointment. I called the day before to set up the appointment. I went in and they fixed it in 10 minutes! Im amazed! Thank you guys so much!

Chose this place because of the good reviews. Called, told they were booked until 4pm. The gal called back saying an appointment cancelled and to be there at 1:15pm (in 20 mins). I rushed to get there on time knowing they were busy. The gal had to finish up her client, and I was asked if I could wait another 5 minutes. Not a biggie. After waiting another 10 minutes or so, I saw she was in the back eating and casually scrolling through her phone. I waited a bit more. I ended up leaving at about 1:35pm after she picked up her cell to place a call. UnacceptableUpdate: After reading the owner’s response, I’d like to respond. She did not ask for a 10 minute lunch break. She’s just saying that because she read 10 minutes in my review. I actually waited over 20 minutes for her. I was asked if I could wait 5 minutes. I figured a quick restroom break. She was definitely scrolling her phone while she ate, she was not answering calls. I watched her make a call and heard her speak to someone in Vietnamese. Bottom line is, she called me and said she had an appointment open up at 1:15, not 1:35 or later. She should have taken into account that she needed a lunch break and allotted that time in. What she did is tried to con me to coming in and waiting instead of going elsewhere as I was in a hurry. Because of this, I lost about an hour’s worth of work driving there, waiting, and driving back to work. Dishonest and inconsiderate.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now & I love it! I’ve gone to the same person (Q) since going there & she’s never disappointed. She pays close attention to detail & gives me exactly what I ask for. The salon is clean & plays music which I love. I have been to several salons around Tucson & this is definitely my favorite place to go.

First time here. Looked at many reviews in town before booking a pedicure and full set. Great service and very thorough. Very polite and will be back.

Just horrible service & waste of money my nails are uneven and badly shaped charged me 90$ and my nails started to pop off less than a week! I will not come back here and don’t recommend no one to come here!

She spent a lot of time on my pedicure and always asked me if it looked good. I got a French pedi and she was very careful to make sure the white lines were perfect. I didnt have to ask, she just naturally provided great service and wanted me to be happy.

This nail lounge goes above and beyond anything else! Q always knows how to deliver and make my nail dreams come true. Each time, I give her an intricate design and she always exceeds my expectations! They have a huge selection of colors and options to choose from! I’ll never go to anywhere else after coming here!

Im very disappointed by the previous review. This salon is fantastic. Yes u may wait a little bit but its worth it. This staff is very polite and puts really effort in to there work and it shows im here every month to change design my full set stay for several wks and I work food service so thats saying alot. I never been so happy with my nail tech and feel anyone who choose this salon should be mindful that quality service takes time. Q is seriously the best in town.
