Ive walked in and made appointments as well, the wait is ridiculously long. The cuts are okay but a bit pricey. I come here for the convenience but definitely going to look elsewhere.

I just got a haircut there from Rosa and she was great! She gave me the perfect cut to my liking, just the way I wanted it and that’s that I didn’t give her much to go by. I think this is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life so far that I can even remember. Also, this was my first time going to get my hair cut without my mom around, and I’m 26. Last time I got a haircut was 3 years ago and it was alright, it was great but a bit too short to my liking but this was at a different haircut place. The haircut I got yesterday was simple yet mature and not too short (in which was perfect and what I was going for) and can be styled in any way I want, especially with me being so lazy that I hardly ever do my hair so this cut was perfect for me because it looks already great with just brushing it with all the layers she added, I can have either a side bang or I can have my hair parted in the middle and still look great with my wavy hair showing off my layers. I am absolutely happy and thankful I came to this Supercuts to get my hair done, it only cost me $22 to get a cut and it was even better than I expected my haircut to be in the end! Definitely would come here again to get my hair cut, and by Rosa again since she knows how to cut my hair so well!

Wait was a bit long.. recommend getting an appointment but they do accept walk ins as well. Hair dresser made sure I was satisfied and even recommended products for my hair type.

When I arrived, all of the employees had someone in their chair, but that didn’t stop them from acknowledging me and saying hi. Patty cut my sons hair and she was very fast yet precise. I had an appointment for one of my kids but she offered to take my other son even though I didn’t make an appointment. All of the employees were personable, professional and nice

This is my first time visiting this salon and I have just say Rosa was amazing!!!!!!! She took her time and listen to the type of hair cut I was achieving, they have earned a loyal customer .

Great fast service but price has gone up

Called today at 7:20 PM and advised if I can still go in for a haircut. She said as long as I was there before the doors closed I was able to go in. Got there at 7:34 PM. Lady then came and asked if my name was put on the list. I said no but I called ahead of time and she said ok I can put you for tomorrow. Quickly advised the situation and she said ok I only have tomorrow. Why have me drive down and then tell me no. Very unprofessional and lady wasn’t even unapologetic.

Paty is your stylist! Fast but very diligent in her craft. She knows what products are best for my hair. She offers me different services that leave my hair healthy and smelling amazing every time. I am greeted when i walk in, clean and masks are a must inside. Tip your stylist well they really do care.

A little crowded after being closed because of quarantine. People showing up with appointments expecting immediate service not realizing just how booked the stylists are. Be patient, everyone and their mothers, and grandmothers are getting a haircut. Just wait, dont worry, youll get your haircut, and a good one at that! My stylist Vee made quick work of my mop head and Im glad with the results. Id wait again, not a problem!

I went after work, the lady that cut my hair didn’t take her time. The guy getting a haircut next to me was there before me and wasn’t done when I was already paying. The shampooed my hair but they didn’t even do it correctly it felt like they your showered my hair with water and let the shampoo rise itself, she didn’t even know how my hair was and did the quickest trim ever and did not even part my hair.

I have been meaning to write this sooner, but I have just been enjoying my new look. I received hair extensions from Lauren and am so pleased with how it turned out. I have been wanting to do this for years and she offered me an approach that seemed safe and beneficial. I will continue to get work done at this salon for any hair needs I have.

It just re-opened, they have mostly new stylists there. The one that cut my hair did a fantastic job. I was very pleased.

Showed up 15min before closing. Sorry, we arent taking any more hair cuts right now. Must be nice to not work a full work day. Just wanted a normal haircut. Always try to tip more than $5 as well. Good thing the one on Sierra said theyll take me.

Service was great got a good haircut at a decent price and it was quick I was in and out in 15 min.

Went a few times to the Riverside Ave location and it needed improvement in customer service. Went today to this new location hoping to find new staff and same it needs improvement in customer service and people skills. Didn’t bother to stay.

Esmeralda provided great customer service and did an amazing job when cutting my daughter’s hair. My daughter is a satisfied customer.

The price has gone up to $20 for just a regular Supercut now, which was a surprise to me as I’m paying $17.50 for a Supercut in Las Vegas where I live, but I appreciate the clean shop and the detail I received from my cut.
