Never been happier with my nails and salon experience! Hanna is my new nail girl! I’ve been looking for a place that is up with the trends and cares about details! So happy to have found this place. Thank you! I love my toes too. My fill and pedi experience were top notch.

My nail Tech was Megan Nguyen. She requested that I write a review on Yelp. Yelp told me that my post was wordy so I transferred to Google. Here is my review…..My friend and I walked in to get: 1 fill, 1 full set, and 1 pedicure. My friends nails are uneven, of varying lengths, and she had to have them re paint her nails because the color she chose did not have a base color. It was just glitter. So after getting them repainted, they still look horrible. The shape is not round, and the top coat was not put on evenly which left sharp areas.My nails are also of varying lengths, misshaped, uneven, and not the right shape. The polish is not covering the entire nail and some nails are so misshaped, I wonder what the nail tech was thinking when she was doing them. She then saw that I wanted a design on my nails. She told me great she could do it but when it came time for it. She started to complain that it was too hard for her to do.I was not going to write a review but since she asked…. Megan Nguyen did not do a good job on my nails and was complaining that my design was too hard for her to do

Wow, words can not describe how much I LOVE my nails. This was my first time coming to this place, and they sure did not disappoint :) Megan was my nail tech and she was wonderful, making sure i was ok with how they came out and everything. I am so glad they were able to do these nails and i will for sure be coming back for my next set and recommending :) !!

The ladies here are all extremely nice and my nail artist, forgot to ask for her name but both ladies who did my nails and my nieces nails did an amazing job! 100% would recommend this shop! the deluxe package was superb!

This salon came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad she told me about it! I have had my nails done by Debbie, Jean and Tina and each one of these ladies has provided me with a wonderful and professional experience; they are patient, pay great attention to detail, treat you as if you are the only one in the salon, and are incredibly friendly. I always choose a dip manicure service and I just love how they turn out. Ive had dip crack and even break off from previous salons and I have not experienced this at all now that I have switched to Polish Nails. They have such great rapport with their clients and its never not busy in there! Keep up the great work and thank you for the ongoing exceptional service!

I always leave happy when I visit Polish Nails! Jean and Ryan the owners make sure everyone who comes in leaves satisfied. They create a culture of happiness and professionalism. I won’t go anywhere else! I can sit with any nail tech and know I will be happy. Everyone does great work there. 10/10 recommend!

My nail tech hurt me a few times when buffing the acrylic, cuticle areas are a bit tender. Pulled my hand back a few times but she didnt make sure if I was okay or if I was hurting, she just kept drilling. My pointer finger wasnt filled in all the way with polish and it looks as if its grown out a week already because of the distance between polish and cuticle bed. No oil or lotion applied after the job was done. Overall this wasnt the worst nail appointment Ive had, but it certainly wasnt good enough to where I will want to come back. Meh and rough job imo.

Get your mani and pedi here! Its a very clean and bright nail salon. They remodeled completely including the floors. They are keeping everyone safe by having plexiglass surrounding you and they clean in between each customer. They have brand new massage chairs. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, its because the new chairs have really hard seats and after signing there a while getting my deluxe pedicure, my butt was numb.

This place is the best!! Everyone is so kind and the salon is really clean. They’re careful about COVID-19 and did my mani and pedi at the same time. Sofia did my gel mani and she is SO SO good! I showed her an example and she did it exactly how I wanted it, exceeding my expectations by a long way. She was really gentle and never hurt me, but did everything so well. Her attention to detail is just so good. A lady with a name that starts with C (I think it was Carol?) did my pedi and she also did a really great job. The water was nice and warm and she made sure that I liked the temperature. The massage was really nice for my leg and hands, and I left the salon with nicely smelling hands too! Not to mention, they serve wine or water with no extra fee and we can do it inside!Overall, I loved the atmosphere and am definitely coming back! If you’ve been looking at a bunch of salons but don’t know which one to go to, this is for sure the place.

First of all I love the customer service, super kind, friendly, and patient employees. They also have free mimosas for everyone who’s +21 Which makes getting a pedicure and manicure way more fun. I think the pricing is fair for their services, they do a really good job and want to make sure you leave happy with how your nails look! So don’t come in expecting to get a mani and pedi for less than $40. This is honestly my favorite nail place and my husband even comes to get pedicures with me. Highly recommend coming here, you don’t need to ask for anyone specific I think all the ladies do a really good job.

Bought the pedicure Groupon and upgraded to the deluxe pedicure added a gel manicure and eye brow wax. I feel great. Love the way my nails turned out. Will go back for sure. Debbie was great at my eye brow wax. I didnt get the name of girl that did my nails and toes but she did excellent.

Its always hard to fine a good nail salon Ive been going to my old one for years and it was hard to leave. Ive been coming here for a few months and Im happy I found my new one so quick. Jean does my nails and I love them everytime Ive had pedicures and a facial done as well they are amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment.

JEAN IS SOOO GOOD! I got a full set of colored powder acrylics. My nails are perfection. SHE LISTENED TO MY REQUESTS AND GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. The salon is beautiful. The color choices are endless. Seriously, they have every color you can imagine. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I would give Jean and the salon 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Will be back! Seriously great pedicure and customer service. Owner was there and made sure to greet each person. Complimentary beverage with service was a nice touch. Standard pricing but above and beyond employees. Many C19 precautions taken.

Amazing peddy.

Cindy did an amazing pedicure! I highly recommend her. I was disappointed with Tammy, who did my manicure. She was on her phone almost the entire time and her mask was not covering her nose. She answered a call and was texting the entire time while doing my manicure. Over all good experience but I felt like it could have been better.

Every time I come here I leave super happy with my nails. I came in before work to get a fill and a gel pedicure. They accommodated me and got me out less than 1.5hrs later so I could get to work :). I used to go to another salon here in Santee but Polish Nails is more inviting and doesn’t feel so stuffy. And the staff are super nice.

Oh my gawsh! This place is absolutely amazing! The manager (Jean I think) is super happy when we walked in. She made sure my daughter and I were taken care of fast and that we were comfortable ♥️ Megan did my mani pedi and seriously rocked it. I feel like a whole new lady 😂 Cindy and Debbie helped my daughter and her purple nails are popping!I was a little confused with the pricing but let me tell you... they 100% made sure I understand and took the time to explain. My feet are finally beautiful again and we will most DEFINITELY be back.Thanks so much ladies!!!

Had my nails done twice here by Jean and loved them both times. Clean and neat paint, great shape and was open to shape critique so that I would be happy with my nails. Very sanitary and open and airy shop, not to mention complimentary drinks! Would highly recommend and will continue to go back.

Staff are friendly and professional. Hannah was very respectful of my tender baby toe which I broke a couple of weeks before coming in. Service was great.One negative is that the water to soak my feet was not warm enough for my taste. I like my water warmer than the average person. Nail tech in this place was very unproffesional. Rushed our nails including my friends manicure. Manicurist didnt bother to fix her nails and everything was rushed. Also prepare to pay in cash because they also didnt bother to tell us to pay cash only.

I had an unbelievable experience here after another nail location in Santee did a horrible job on my nails. The gentleman doing my hands was beyond talented and made my nails look better than I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back here. Not only did they follow all COVID guidelines, they went above and beyond for customer safety.

Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Went with my sweetheart, she was given a glass of wine and I chose a sparkling water. Really caring and professional team. Enjoyed the massage that started from my foot to the knee. I wish I had three feet! Lol. Ill be a regular there for sure.

I want to love this place and be able to give it 5 stars. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. The chairs are in excellent condition BUT my girl used a razor on my heels haphazardly and now 3 days later Im still in pain. Also, her paint job was sloppy. Id give her name if I knew it. Prices seem high if you are one who doesnt believe in drinking alcohol while getting a pedi with your child.

I love polish nail but I was very disappointed this Saturday when I had to pay for something I didnt ask for, becaise the young lady didnt speak english and was unsure. I bought my husband with me and was given 2 deluxe pedicures that I didnt nt ask for. I go often so I didnt need a deluxe. Therefore I was very disappointed This was money I didnt have to spare this time.I really feel I should be compensated. My husband did mot want me to argue it so I let it go. That is why I dont want just any one when I come to the shop. Need better interpretation

Excellent treatment and prices. Got a mani and pedi. Started out in a huge vibrating chair. Was offered my choice of Red or White wine, Espresso, bottled water. Huge Flat screen T.V. VERY clean. Tried a new powder type nail color. Cool procedure and quick. I LOVE the look of all 20 of my nails. Lol. We had an appointment. No waiting. BUT theres plenty of Technicians for walk-ins. Even gave us certificates towards next appointment. You should check this place out. Ask for Rose or Megan...
