My first set at this nail salon and I have got to praise Linda the nail tech who took care of me! I was so so pleased with her work honestly best set I’ve ever had!Honestly I just have to update my review, this set has lasted me three months no broken nails and I only fill once a month so when I tell you Linda is a great nail tech the proof is in the pudding.

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and had Linda and Kim help us. Both were very friendly and kind. My daughter was happy with her pedicure and I absolutely loved the work Linda did. My feet are super soft and my nails look amazing!!! I would definitely recommend them!! Plus the place was very clean and organized!!

Love the quality of nails and the staff is great. The wait though is very long. They do not take appointments. Over all if you have some time then stop by. All of the services I received here were great.

Nice clean facility. A bit pricey for add ons. I like that I can pay with my card but they dont let you add a tip. You have to bring cash which I never carry. My pedicure was amazing and I felt like a princess. Worth or for the deluxe package! I got gloss on my toes and matte on my hands. The matte looks so cool!!

I have never not only waited so long, but been treated poorly after all the waiting. I walked in at 1pm and was quoted an hour. The lady was kind, had me check in and told me I could leave and come back. I went grocery shopping and returned at 2pm. There was still several people ahead of me, but I waited for another hour. This place still requires masks, which I am totally fine with, however it felt as if the AC wasnt on and its 110 outside. After waiting 2 hours, with my face sweating, I asked them to remove my name from the list because I was leaving. The Man proceeded to tell me others are waiting long too, as if I am being unreasonable for not wanting to wait another hour. Very disorganized, I will be finding another salon.

Very busy place. Waited a little bit too be called. I cant remember the ladies name but she was very nice. She was gentle and did a great job on my nails. She did what I wanted for once and the price was right. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing that bothered me was she kept getting interrupted and having to get up or talk to another worker. And it only bothered me because I have asthma and wearing my mask to long really gets to me. And it was pretty warm in there as well. I thought I was going to hyperventilate at one point. But other then that I have no complaints! I will be back. Thank you so very much.

DO NOT GO HERE. My sister got her nails done here by a very nice older lady and she loved them until it came time to soak them off. She wanted to get a fresh set because she was long over due for a fill and I have experience taking my own nails off so I began to soak them and it took longer than usual. When I started to scrap the acrylic off I realized that they had usused products containing MMA which is illegal and very damaging to you nails. Just do NOT go here.

Granted this is my first ever pedicure however it was absolutely amazing! Lilly is who worked on me and she was so good. I have pretty sensitive feet but she was gentle and rough when needed. Massage, soak, exfoliant, etc etc hot stone, hot oil on and on! I swear my feet are that of a newborn 😂

The start of my appointment was fine. They sat me down almost immediately. This was my 1st visit. It went downhill when, Lily I think her name was, clipped a huge piece of skin from my pinky with the cuticle nippers because she looked away to listen to a conversation while still clipping. It bled for a while. She had to replace the cotton on it a few times. I picked purple and what I thought was a white sparkly color for my ring finger which turned out to be clear and then turned pink because she wasnt careful when dusting off the purple with the huge fluffy brush. Then when she was using the dremmel to smooth everything over, she cut every single one of my cuticles with it. Then when I went up to pay, I was then informed that it was cash only. I didnt have any cash. They asked me to walk to the Frys..umm no. Its hot outside. I wasnt gonna walk to Frys. So they asked me to walk to the gas station. Its right there so whatever. I get there and its no cash back so I had to use the atm because they didnt tell me it was cash only when I walked in. Its not even a week later and the dip is lifting by my cuticles and on the tip. Definitely not happy for how much I paid. Wont be going back.

Absolutely horrible. A guy named “Jo” or “Bo” (He would not tell me his name specifically, he kept avoiding the question).He took a chunk out of my toe and barely acknowledged that he did anything wrong.

I had been a regular customer for about 4 years and will definitely not be going back because of Robert the owner. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled by anyone before, had always gone there and referred many of my friends and family because I would always get exactly what I asked for. My nails were always done by the same lady with no problem, waited for her for hours but was so worth it because I got what I needed, Robert didn’t seem to like the way I was asking for my nails to be done and started being very rude, rolling his eyes, deep sighs and asking if I was going to tell him how to do things (I am paying for a service so yes I will ask for what I want). Felt so disrespected and obviously he was annoyed because I didn’t want what he wanted me to try ( new nails ) so I ended up getting off my seat because I was not willing to sit there and take his rudeness and him throwing stuff around. I let him know before I left I had felt this way and he was even more disrespectful, did not even turn and look at me once while I was talking and asked “Do you feel better now that you said that?”. The conversation went on mostly me talking and him ignoring me but he never even bothered to look at me or acknowledge me. He asked me to go back some other time to talk to him since people were noticing what I was saying.I was very very disappointed and upset because I have given them my business for years and did not go anywhere else but there but Robert does not care, he talks bad about customers AS SOON as they walk out the door, I saw it many many times in my visits. Felt disrespected and discriminated by Robert, never will I be going back!

My daughter and I decided to try a new salon, BIG MISTAKE! We understood it would be a good long wait, but what happened when our service began was a nightmare. My nails were absolutely ugly, very thick, bumpy and looked so terribly un-natural. I asked for a simple french and got shreks fingernails and I am not exaggerating! My daughter asked for a lovely art with cherries and the gentleman gave her black leaves and green dots, they looked like weeds. I gently reminded him to please look at the picture and he refused to and then after two hours explaining to him that the picture was RED cherries and GREEN leaves he was not happy, and we were so respectful. Mind you he spoke good English and after he saw that my daughter nor I were happy another artist came and did it for him. Now my daughters little rhinestones came off the following day. This service that I call garbage cost me $85.00! I read the reviews and I just could not believe we received this service. We did not make a fuss, we just walked out and will never return again.

I moved here last year and I was looking for a nail salon that could meet my wants. After failing miserably I landed on this place. My nail tech Linda is the most professional, kind, and skilled technician I have ever had. She takes her time with her craft and you can feel her talent before she is even finished. Over a year I’ve broken maybe two nails and I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks. She is worth every bit of money she earns and I will never go to another nail tech.

It was my first time going to Final Touch, I got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Prices are affordable and the list is available to see. My nail tech was Holly, she was Excellent!!Covid safety precautions are in affect. I highly recommend and will be going back.

So I just moved to Tucson and I was looking for a nail salon and finally settled on this one after looking constantly for like a week. To start off, I got there at 1:11 and left at 5. I had other stuff to do that day so it kind of upset me that I was there that long but oh well. So first I got a pedicure which was 10/10! The lady was super sweet and gentle. After my pedicure, I was sat at the nail table because I wanted a full set. After about 5 min, the lady started. She was obviously very tired because she kept stopping and yawning, and she also kept stopping to look at her phone. I asked for ombré, but some of the nails just don’t cut it. She also hurt me in a few places and my cuticles are red so I really do regret getting the full set for so much money. I will sadly not be going back here for a fill, but I might go for another pedicure.

This is the absolute best nail place ever. Best service every single time. I always feel spoiled going there. I get treated like a queen and leave feeling and looking better. Its been almost 3 years of me going here and its the only place keeping me on the east side. I would not go anywhere else. The people there are like friends I love hanging out with. Definitely worth it. Every time.

While I was getting a pedicure the lady who was doing my feet went over to another customer and touched his feet and spoke to his gal on what he wanted then came back and finished my feet with out changing her gloves gross and this was my first time having a pedicure done. I didnt want to make a fuss because my daughter was with me and this was her Mothers Day gift to me. I will not go back there again!!

I went with my daughters and 3 young granddaughters. They were able to get all 6 of us in at the same time and sitting next to each other . Nice clean salon, staff was friendly. Great choice of colors.We got the botanical mani pedi which was great. The granddaughters got the princess mani-pedi and they loved it. We were all pampered.. They were just disappointed there was nothing Princess to go with it, like princess stickers on the toes or something.

Love love love this place! All staff are so nice and very attentive. They do not rush and they make sure they give you exactly what you want. If you dont know what you want they always have great suggestions! They are all so talented.

I had mani/pedi with gel nail polish. The gel on one nail started cracking the next day. I went back and had the nail fixed, only to have it crack again. After 5 days the gel on most nails was peeled. I never had gel that lasted less than 3 weeks. Also my pedicures usually last 4 weeks. This one started to crack and peel after a week. Overall very poor quality.

Cleanliness very important to me above finesse. I will start with positive. One employee there before 0900 and allowed 15 people to sign in. Kudos to her. On other hand, remaining colleagues straggled in between 9-9:15. When youre that busy, being on time shows respect to clients.I witnessed employees giving great, focused attention to client. Little too no attention; however, to washing hands to start day, going from client to client (hands to feet to anothers hands-gross), wiping surfaces in between client, not sanitizing tools in between clients (one tool used had gross residue), the plastic partitions and fans do not appear to be wiped down for long periods of time, use of same pen & touch screen to sign in with no visible hand sanitizer available. People were seated three in a row-shoulder-to- shoulder.Gentleman who styled my nails very nice, but his nails had inbedded dirt.If we still have covid restrictions, I would say washing ones hands and surfaces between clients would be minimal concern for business.I hesitate to sacrifice cleanliness for nail artistry.

I paid 100 dollars for a pedicure that didn’t last 3 day the stones fell off and my “ Matte white” nail polish was rubbery and turned brown the first day do not recommend

Robert is AMAZING. He was super nice, and Ive never had a technician take that much care to clean them up. I got ombre French tipped acrylics. They looks exactly the way I want, and they are pristine looking. Definitely going back! It was cute too because his wife was working at the station next to him. Lovely, and clean place, and everyone that works there is friendly.

One of the worst salons Ive been to. They charge for every little thing! The nail tech I got service from was extremely unprofessional! She kept insisting for me to get their gel polish several times, after refusing the gel polish several times, I got poor service and she didnt even turn the fan for my nails to dry faster. She walked away and started on another client then proceeding to try and check my nails with the same gloves she used to touch someones feet! Horrible experience, and they are super shady about their prices.

I was in yesterday and got my nails done by a gentleman I didn’t get his name but he cut multiple cuticles on my fingers and the next day Im in so much pain that it hurts to wash my hands or even touch something was not happy with the service that I got.

Ive been going here for years and Ive always had a great time and get the nails I want! Sometimes you have to be very vocal on how you want them done if its a complicated design but theres nothing wrong with that!

I have to edit my review. Last Monday, October 27 I got my nails done and they chipped. I went back and got them redone Two days later. The manicure is not very good quality because I’ve never had a gel manicure chips so many times. Now they want me to pay to get a manicure redone only a week after I got my manicure done. This is very unreasonable and not good business practice.Not to mention the first time around I got my pedicure Everything seemed clean. Every time I go back and get my nails fixed or adjusted they don’t wash their hands between clients.

Outstanding care and professional service. Took my partner to get a manicure on Christmas Eve and we were happily surprised with a fun holiday atmosphere and even got to sing carol karaoke with some of the cosmetologists! Great high quality.We will definitely be back for a pedicure and bring friends.

They got me in almost immediately even though it was a walk in and they were pretty busy. I had an ingrown toenail and they got it out and made sure to take care of the toe which was a relief. Will definitely come back.

I came in to get a pedi today and had to wait quite a long time since they were busy.,,, While getting the pedi I started to not feel good at all. I was starting to faint and was trying to tell Danny whom was doing my nails but I couldnt get the words out... (He is awesome and does a great job btw!) He noticed I wasnt feeling good and then another gentlemen whom I dont know his name rushed over. (whomever you are, Thank you tons) I was almost going unconscious but they brought me some food and water while fanning me down since I was overheating....They continuously checked on me, offered to call 911 or someone else and even offered to take me home. They were beyond caring and professional... Defiantly have earned my business! Thank You so much for caring and helping me out. I have underlying health issues and they understood and defiantly helped. If they wouldnt have noticed and been observant like they were it could have been worse! Thank You again, I really appreciate you all.

Got a gift card for this place and paid 30 dollars for a HOT OIL MASSAGE. That includes hot oil treatment, a hot towel wrap and callus treatment. There was no hot oil, she rubbed my feet for about 3 minutes each, and scrubbed barely anything off my foot. There was also no hot towel included what so ever into this pedicure. Not happy at all

I got pink and white ombre matte nails similar to ones on the website. My nails turned out better than expected. Any problems I had with my nails were corrected. The lady who did my nails was nice and willing to work with me. I also got a pedicure. The scrub they used was really nice. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I would recommend this nail salon 💅 👍

As I asked for my nails to be cut the man in the front chair refused to do what was asked of him. He suggested what would easier for him to do and I truly believe that if the customer is paying for it they should say what and how they want things done.. I’ll NEVER come to this nail place again!!!!

Seriously the best acrylic set I’ve ever had done in my life. The shape was exactly what I wanted. The polish was perfectly applied and the colors were very nice. Lots of colors to choose from. The pedicure was nice too. Very friendly service and good value for the price you pay. I would recommend this place 100%

Had a nice relaxing experience: spa pedicure. The massaging seats were nice and very pleasant technicians. Glad the door was open for ventilation because the chemical smell was very strong.
