I’m a cosmetologist myself so I’m very picky about my services, including sanitation and disinfection. I’ve gone to many places in town that did an okay job but once I found Kim I will go nowhere else. She’s who I refer all my friends to and she does a fast but great job. I’ve been seeing Kim now for about 3 years and even after moving to the east side I still make the trip because she’s the best! Her work is evident by how busy she stays so make sure to make an appointment ahead.

Ive been to a few nail tech shops. Kim and her staff is pretty awesome. Always COVID-19 conscience. And they do a great job. Thank you Kim and staff.

Owner has an attitude, shes snappy. She does not always mean what she says. Though she asks you to wash your hands first, once you get to her station its not very clean & never sanitizes it between customers. Im never going back to her.

I usually do not write reviews, but I felt the need to for this place. When I first got there Kim was so rude me and the bridal party. We got a pedicure with the men and they where super super super sweet. But the owner Kim is probably one of the rudest people I have met at a nail salon. I got acrylics for kim and they where so rushed and not even. Im not very pleased with them. And I would not recommend this place for acrylic nails. But the men for a pedicure where very very nice.

I usually don’t write reviews but this is one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. I had dip on my nails prior and she spent less than 5 minutes soaking them before she tried to remove them. I was the only person in the salon so I don’t know why she didn’t spend more time. First she went in with the drill and when that didn’t get everything off she used an artificial nail tip to pry off the powder that was still stuck to my nails which not only hurt but broke several of my nails that I spent a long time growing out. She didn’t do any cuticle care either so my nails looked messy from the start. She rushed putting on the clear polish and got it all over my cuticle so the dip powder was all over my cuticle. My nails lasted about 4 days before the started chipping off. Definitely not worth the money and I will not be coming back.

Very kind people here. Typically on time with appointments!! Clean and lots of pedicure and manicure options. They do not rush, they take their time with each person.

I stopped by last minute and asked if they had time for gel. Even though there was a wedding party getting pedicures I was seated immediately. Kim was the younger girl who did my gel nails. She was friendly and did a good job and was affordable. I’ve had the nails on for a week and none have started coming off etc. The shop was not the cleanest hence only 4 stars. Lovely Nails is fantastic. Tried multiple places in Tucson for the powder dip and it always came off or cracked within a couple days. Kim is the owner of this salon and does a wonderful job and by far the best powder dip I’ve gotten. Great color selection and she’s also fast which I appreciate since I have a little one. Recommend making a reservation - the salon gets busy!

Best Nail Salon 💯

Every encounter with the owner Kim has been unpleasant. She is so rude! My sister warned me she stopped going to this nail place because of the owners attitude but I gave her at least three different chances. Save your money & time would be my advise. Go somewhere they make you feel welcomed 😊 btw if you dont get gel nails or what product she is pushing she makes it known she is not happy with you!

Been coming here for the last 6 months and I love it. Very clean, great costumer service, plenty of color options for nail polish, gel, and dip powder too.! Kim is an absolute sweetheart, she’s the only one who does acrylics so if you plan on that make an appointment so you don’t have to wait. Pedicures are also great here especially for the price. 10/10 would recommend.

I wasnt impressed with my experience. The owner started my nails and then quickly passed me off to another worker. It made me feel very rushed and in the way. The gentleman that did my nails was nice but 3 days after my gel manicure the gel at the tips of my nails started peeling back and the gel came off one of my thumb nails. I get my nails done every 2 weeks. I will not be back as I feel a gel manicure should last more than 3 days and an owner should be much more welcoming.

Look, I couldnt fill a thimble with knowledge on a nail salon; but my wife and daughters love this joint, and I think its very reasonably priced. Always clean, and theyre always nice.

Clean, friendly, quick, and most importantly quality. I have been trying different places to get may nails done around town and until I went to Lovely nails I experienced poor quality work, loud and unfriendly salons, and hidden expenses. I am glad that I found this place :).

Ive been coming to lovely nails for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. I have acrylic nails and always have gel polish on my toes. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. I have gone to other Tucson salons where I was charged more $$ and have had such bad work that I came to Lovely Nails to get them removed and redone completely. They are busy at the times that I go, so I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Im very particular about my fake nails and I wont ever go back to other salons for my nails or pedicures.

Used to be better. Now it’s very busy and Kim is always in a hurry. Last visit she was in a big hurry, was very rough with the dremel and my nails turned out terrible. Going to another salon today to get them fixed

I have tried many nail places on the northwest side of tucson, for the price of $26, you get a 45 min pedicure that is awesome. I can usually walk right in an never have to wait. Great staff

I love it here! Ive been getting my nails done at this location for about six months now. I havent had a bad visit once and my nails have turned out perfect every time. I high recommend Lovely Nails you will walk out with lovely nails!

I love this nail place. I really love the attention to detail you pay to your nails and how you want them.

Made 3 appointments for three ladies to have the deluxe pedicure with gel polish on a weekend day. The entire time minus the last 10 minutes we where the only customers. That should have been my first clue.They were kind to begin two of the services 10 minutes early, because we arrived early. With that said, my friend who started 10 minutes later, finished 12 minutes before us.Her massage, stone massage scrub and warm towel where not that impressive. My tech didnt even know how to perform the service and was being instructed every step by the tech next to him, even how to paint! My nails are just 10 days old look like they are close to six weeks old (minus the length). Was my fist and last time to this place.Sadly disappointed.

I couldnt relax due to all of the tension there was between two female staff. Awkward.

I went in for a fill. The guy that did my fill seemed to be in a rush. He was filing my skin and there were a few times I had to pull my hand back because he was hurting me. After filing my nails he painted them and that was it. Didn’t have me wash my hands at all and I ended up being “done” with nail dust all over. After I left I realized he didn’t buff the corners at all leaving my edges really sharp. My nails look cute but the customer service wasn’t great at all. And he skipped steps in the process of filling my nails in which I paid full price for.

So I moved here from Washington and I am a nail tech I went to get a pedicure by Andy and let me say he did the most amazing job I have never had a pedicure that felt so good I did purchase the deluxe and would recommend this place
