I had a great experience each time I went, except for the last time. The man that did my pedicure seemed like he really didnt want to do it. He didnt speak to me at all, seemed disconnected and was supposed to do a 45 min pedi, but did a 25min. He was really rushing. When I walked in he was just sitting there staring at his phone. He wasnt doing anything else so the rushing made no sense. He made me feel like I wasnt welcome. Im not returning to the place again. As a paying customer I feel like I should have been treated a bit better.

First time going here . I got a spa pedicure and a full set of nails. The prices were decent. Was 50 for each service I had done. I really like this place. Wasnt to crowded and I didnt feel rushed. They even have the awesome massage chairs! That to me is such a nice thing to enjoy while getting my toes done. The guy that did my nails was really good too. He suggested another color I didnt know they carried and I absolutely love it. My nails look amazing and I will be returning when I cant make it to my regular nail lady.

Pedicure was amazing! Toes look great. Nails look good to. I have an air bubble in one of my finger nails. I most likely wont go back. I gave it 4 stars because one of the girls walks around to help out. And her customer service is really good. But the guy that did my finger nails was very distracted.

I got a gel manicure and reg pedicure. Ill keep this simple. 1. Nails were so soft, they broke off. 2. Polish is not gel, it started peeling within the first few days like regular polish 3. There were 4 of us who went and the $80 we spent for each of us, left no evidence of a professional service after 7 days. 4. The regular polish on my feet all started peeling 5. I Will never return to Bellas, they shouldnt be allowed to operate.

The male that sits at table #6 is awful!!! My nails have never looked so bad! They are uneven and bumpy, the polish is not applied right and the design and colors are not at all what I wanted. I also got a pedicure, which was just okay. I took my granddaughter with me for a mani-pedi as well and I wish I could tell you how that went, because they separated us, even though I asked 3 times for us to be done together, that was the point of this, was for us to spend time together. I remember when this place opened and it was the best in town, but now they are just looking to get as many people in and out as possible. I will never come here again!!!

I have tried to go other places but Bella in the past, and never again will I chance it! They have great customer service and are fast and reliable! I never have to wait long to be seen and am always happy with my nails and pedicures! Thanks Bella!!

So Ive been going to Bella nails & spa since they opened I believe 5 years ago or 4 and Ive always gotten amazing nails at affordable prices like I never felt like I was being overcharged for them at all. The pedicures Ive gotten by myself with my boyfriend or with my mom have been amazing. They also last a long time everyone is so friendly and nice they really take their time to make sure you get what you paid for.

Lisa has been doing my nails for years, always makes whatever I want happen, best nail tech. Salon itself is always clean and everyone is always attentive and friendly! ✨

Theres alot of chairs so theres never too long of a wait. Everyone there is friendly and does a good job. Its clean, they use plastic coverings that are changed with each person. All tools sanitized each time. They used to serve wine but that was along time ago. 5 stars even though I miss the wine! Haha

Went to get fills and they were great. They saw me right away and did my nails so beautifully in half the time as anywhere else I have been and they looked twice as good. I will definitely be going back from now on. I love 💘 this place!

Overall experience was great. The lady that did my nails was very attentive to my need to leave at a certain time and the quality of my nails was not ruined.

This place is so nice. They welcome you as soon as you come in. My sisters and I came as walk-ins on a Monday evening and were seen right away. The techs were all nice. My tech, Nancy, was the best. She really took her time and did a fabulous job on my toes. I highly recommend her and this place.

Great Pedi! However, One patron was talking loudly on her cell (personal/work), inconsiderate of us who go for a RELAXING experience.

I previously had an issue with the way my manicure turned out. The owner was very nice to have it get fixed.

This location has really improved their salon, the new chairs, better quality nail polish packs the service is great definitely recommend this location.

My nail technician, Lisa is always professional, timely and keep my nails on point.. Five Star Plus Service. I had my pedicure service done by David due to Tam being off when I was in... OMG.. this young man is AWESOME !! His attention to detail is a skill very hard to find. His service is also a Five Star Plus Service. First visit of 2021. Salon has all new pedicure chairs since my last visit. Covid protocols being followed. My spa pedicure was well done. Although I didnt catch his name, he was efficient, skilled and friendly. I had never seen him there before but would love to have him again.

I went in for a polish change and did not have to wait for a tech at all! I was taken in right away. I always love how fast their service is and how clean their supplies are. This is my go to nail salon and I keep returning. And also my gel polish last for over 2 weeks!

As a guy they made it seem ok to get a pedicure and they did great work on the feet that as a dude I’d long been ignoring. Prices were cheap to me, and I’m suggesting that dudes take care your feet the ladies love it when you dress nice and they notice the feet on point

My nail techs name was Jordon. Hes very particular in how he likes your hand and arm situated while hes doing your nails. He did seem in a rush which I do not appreciate. It doesnt matter if the nail salon is busy, a nail tech should always take their time and make you feel comfortable. I did not feel comfortable. I felt rushed. Customer service IS JUST AS IMPORTANT as the way the work is done. And I felt like the customer service wasnt too good at all. The front desk greeter was very nice. His customer service was good. The price for the length and shape (coffin) that I got was $40 with gel color. The atmosphere was great though. They are always busy which means they do great work! Theyve updated their salon and everything is so nice and fancy.

Went in for a gel fill and it felt like the guy was rushing the heck out of me and my service didn’t even clean the excess polish on the side of my skin/nails first and last time I’ll be coming here he didn’t even put polish on the front of my nail tip really dislike my nails right now ugh not worth my money or wait feel like I got a botched nail job I could complain all day but it’s not worth it I kept asking him to fix this and that and he kept saying no I’m not done but yet what I asked for still wasn’t done if u want a poor nail job do not let the guy up front do them with the name tag on his desk called Luis ! I’m pist. Not to mention what happen to six feet apart me and the person next to me where literally a foot apart nothing was sanitized between me and the customers before me and the place was packed ! That is sad that they don’t take that into consideration

They charge me way too much for the length I didn’t want the color I didn’t want I told the tech guy what I wanted and he went ahead and did what he wanted after I told him specifically and still ignored it

Got the lava package it was amazing! My feet and legs felt amazing! They massage and use wax to seal in the moisture. The warm towels and the hot rock rub felt fantastic! We will definitely be back a

I got my nails done and then next day the nail polish started chipping, i went back to get it fixed, they were rude about it and then 3 days later i only have 2 nails left with nail polish, they all chipped off. IT WAS GEL. never again.

I went to go get my toenails and fingernails done, to begin they werent talkative at all. I understand the virus is going on and it’s busy, but there still needs to be communication between customers when you have a business. The man who did my toe nails got a lot of it on my skin, didn’t completely put nail polish on my nails. The polish on my finger nails already chipped hours after I got them done, I even put my fingers under the UV lights and they put clear polish on top. When I told him he missed some spots and if he could please put more polish, some minutes and he said, “what’s wrong with it”. When he obviously knew I told him multiple times. There was no separation, no six feet apart. It was packed and there should be a limitation of people who can enter. Everyone was put next to someone. No disinfecting of chairs either. Would not go here again.

I have been going to Bellas shortly after they opened and they used to be really good and i loved there work but the last 3 times i have been going there work had been just terrible amd my nails are lumpy and my gel chiped after 1 week of having them done i feel like i keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but i keep leaving unhappy amd not pleased,. Dont get me wrong the place is beautiful but the service is not

This is the worst place to get acrylic nails. They are basically clip ons. I got them done Friday and a day later two of my nails fell off without me even noticing. I was doing basic cleaning in my house. Then the next day I got them repaired and yet again another nail clipped off. I called for another repair and they said they do not do repairs If i broke them then its my fault. Are you kidding me? Bro the place is pretty and all but the staff is incredibly rude and their work is not the best ive seen. I would not recommend to get acrylics here. They have horrible quality.

I used to speak highly about this place but today was absolutely horrible service I left with my left hand filed the new growth and my right hand with acrylic not filed all I asked was for a lil more powder on the tips as well and it was a problem the guy never came back to finish the job then i noticed the tools used throughout the facility aren’t sanitized after each use !!!!which can cause an infection ! I’m highly disappointed in them. Never again am I going back.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Terrible work and service....never coming here again. Picture from 5 minutes after getting them done. I asked for the all inclusive packages for both me and my boyfriend for mani and pedis....if Im dropping $200 for these kinds of services this work is unacceptable

I really enjoyed my experience here. It was my first time and i didnt have to wait at all. I did go mid week and mid day so that may be why. They lady that attended me was very detailed oriented and took her time . She asked me about everything including length, shape and if i wanted an extra coat of polish. Will return :)

I went for a pedicure and fills. My visit started off good as I was being attended to by Andy. I was then handed off to Stephanie to paint my nails. She was HORRIBLE! Not only was she not friendly, but she painted my nails so sloppily that I had to ask her to fix a couple. I even told her if she is too busy, I dont mind waiting for another person. I wanted a chrome finish on my nails but they didnt have the one I wanted, which I understood, and asked if they had rhinestones that they could put on. Each time she got up to look for things it seemed like she came back increasing annoyed. I finally just said for her to do the top coat so I could leave. I paid $67 plus tip for a pedicure and fills!!! I am extremely unhappy with my nails. I will be going tonight to have them repainted SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owners can thank Stephanie for losing the business of someone who goes religiously every two weeks to get fills and pedicure for my daughter and I.

Have been here twice for a pedicure. I heard they were great. The first time I was not even greeted or acknowledged for 30 minutes! I understand you are busy but at least acknowledge your customers. That day I left without a pedicure or being acknowledged.I decided to give it another chance. I had made an appointment to go in hoping it would speed up the process. They sit me in a pedicure chair no water running or anything. 45 minutes lass before some lady comes by and says oh you want pedicure I responded uh, yea thats why Im here she walks away.Another 45 minutes lass before another lady comes by and says oh you need a pedicureI respond once again yes thats why Im hereShe actually turned on the spa chair and filled up the tub. It was another 30 minutes before they even started my pedicure! They did not properly scrub the bottom of my feet, but at that point I was not about to wait any longer.Definitely need work on their customer service skills

This place was very beautiful well put together no wait but, I got a pedicure and the lady cut my toes the whole time asked her to stop and she kept on over polished my toes messed them up told me I messed them up so she did it over and still over polished my toes so I proceed to get my nails done she seem to be fine till she painted them sloppily worst then a 2 year old also was told i nesses them up I asked her to Remove the polish she threw a fit about it didn’t take all the polish off had to go to another nail shop for them to fix what she messed up then the next day my nails started chipping horrible customer service they talk in their language and laughed at me because the lady did not do my nails correctly tried to charge me extra money where is the nail shop I’ve ever been to in Tucson in my life
