I’ve had countless good experiences here with all of the nail techs but specifically Kevin !! time and time again he makes my nails look fantastic. i’ve recommended him to all of my friends and family he is so kind and always gives me exactly what i want. I would recommend making an appointment or call before you come in because they can get busy but they always make the time to see you.

Kevin is amazing! My wife and daughters go for manicures and I have gotten a pedicure from him...is super gentle and careful. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy 😊. Walk-ins are available but is best to set an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

By the time I walked to my car my nails were bubbled. Even on my big toes!!!Meaning, he coated too thick, gave zero time in between coats. Well, except for the continuous stop/start to answer the phones. This will be my last visit. I’ve gone here for many years but now that it’s under new ownership/management (?) the quality has gone down and prices UP! A lot.

I love this nail salon!It is the only one I will go to, They do amazing job. Detail oriented & sanitary!I couldnt have asked for a better staff to work there because it doesnt matter who you get their all very experienced and work to achieve the best results! Make an appointment beforehand becuase slots fill up early in the day ( yup, that good!) .

I just moved her from Phoenix. The Owner Kevin and wife are friendly and express knowledge in the products they perform. I also take my daughters there in which he is very patient and gentle, Kid friendly.All the employees are Kind, Professional and they remember faces.

I came in as a walk in in the evening not too long before they closed and they fit me right in to do a full set of nails and Im very pleased with the job that I got they look great Im going back for my fill in 2 weeks

Loved them, my nails look exactly like what I asked for. I picked my color and showed them a photo from Instagram. Already set up my next appointment. Update-My fill was great and fast, again my nails look just how I asked them to look.

I went here wanting to get a manicure to match my car as I am going to a rally for the car I drive.I showed the guy doing my nails a picture of my car, wanting my nails to match.Look st my car amd look at my nails. Do they match in anyway? Color yes but as for stripe looking anything like my car. NOT ONE BIT! No time to get it fixed by anyone else I have to go like this.I do not reccommend this place to anyone. They will disappoint you just like they did me.

I went in with 3 different designs I had chosen to go off of. Simple,no drawing involved just colors i wanted to mix. Nothing! The lady couldnt even do each nail a different neon for a rainbow look. I ended up choosing a premade nail. It came out good but was not what i wanted. They have photos on thier website that were more difficult than what I requested so I assume she was just being lazy. I also didnt like that she proceeded to discuss it among the other staff in her language as if i wanted too much,rude! I will not be returning,thats too bad cause I heard Jon is actually really good.

Went in for a pedicure and a set of acrylics. I am happy with both. This was the best pedicure ever.

I have used this salon for 6 years. Cindy did my nails, then Kelly. Always good service. When Kevin and Celina took over I was a little worried, would the service be the same, would I be able to communicate and build a rapore. Well no worries, the service is fantastic and very clean. Celina is my nail tech, great rapore good communicate. Everyone who works there is friendly. Nice place, would highly recommend.

The service here is disappointing I miss when Kelly and Cindy worked here they were absolutely amazing the relocated in Phoenix I wish I knew where they worked so I can make a trip to get their service. I called nails and more to see if the can at least tell me where they work but the lady that answered the phone was absolutely rude and didn’t want to tell me, she said she didn’t know instead insist in making an appointment. After Kelly and Cindy left I had a bad experience with getting my eyebrows done. The lady took off more then what I asked and she was very very aggressive moving my head and made me feel very uncomfortable. If any one knows where Kelly works please let me know.

I came for a quick trip to nails and more. I didn’t even make an appointment and they fixed me in right away. The customer service is awesome they make you feel right at home! I won’t be going anywhere else for nail service, they are amazing!!

Ive been taking my mom here for a very long time, but recently with all the new changes and staff, they seem to have started taking advantage of people. I took her in to have her nails gel filled and left. I came back and they had made her get a whole new set and dipped, which cost her more. She is getting older and doesnt know any better. This is no longer the great family run business it used to be. I will start taking her elsewhere, where they dont take advantage of older people. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

I came to Nails and More, in dire straights. The day before I had my nails filled at the salon Ive been going to for a few years. I was so upset the way I was treated, when I asked them to fix them. So heres where Nails and More comes in. Kevin greeted me at the door. (My friend who goes there called him n gave him the story) reassured me that they would do their very best to fix them. John did such a great job, I just cant say enough! Thank you Nails and More for the great service. I will definitely be back.

This place is much ado about nothing. Visited Arizona and couldnt wait to enjoy the atmosphere of Tucsons finest. My friend (who is in Tucson completing her residency) was excited to take my brother and I to this location, especially because of the almost 5 star rating. We entered, were seated immediately and encountered a little resistance from the staff, who seemed surprised that wed whimsically entered the location. They serviced us anyway. Shortly afterwards, we went to sit in the front, waiting for our nails to dry. Not 15 minutes into us sitting, a faculty member comes up and asks us to leave because wed been there long enough. Epic Fail. Never had this happen at ANY nail place before...Ever! This location could really use a civil rights and cultural sensitivity course. The American dollar is the American dollar...No matter WHOS spending it and keeping your front doors open. Get it? Bless their hearts.

I came here with my sister for mani pedi and she got a full set and they did SOOO GOOOOD!!! I LOVE this nail salon they are super nice, CLEAN AND AMAZING! I live far but it’s so worth it!!! We were the very last ones to leave and they did SO WELL!!!!

Extremely disappointed. Been going there for 15 years. When Cindy and Kelly( miss them terribly btw) left the place they now over charges and does not do a very good job. Had a set put on. The nails dont cover my natural nail. Their bumpy, misshapen, shorter than what I asked for and was a rushed job. She cut me and didnt even apologize. My cuticles look horrible and are cracked. Time to find another salon.

I used to love coming here. Back when cindy and her daughter Kelly worked here. They relocated and cindy retired. The new owners are sweet but they did up the prices and their customer service could use some work too. As soon as you get up to go pay or dry your nails, they spray the chair youre sitting in with some disinfectant and wipe it down vigorously, in front of you. Idk, about you but i thought that was a little rude and was a bit offended. Lol i get the whole being hygienic thing, but really? Oh and do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here anymore!! They will butcher them tremendously!! I used love how cindy and Kelly knew what I liked and knew the shape and always did a great job. The new lady took so much hair off and was super rough. She kept holding onto my forehead and was such a brute throughout the whole thing. Not gentle at all. Since then Ive found a new place on Campbell and ft. Lowell. Really good work and theyre really friendly. Classy nail.

After having a disaster time at a nail shop up the street I decided to come here to get a full set acrylics. Tina the lovely nail technician was wonderful and really heard my wants and needs for my nails I got a full acrylics gel with gold glitter they came out wonderful not to take beautiful and the sizes were equal.

Everything I had done was great, everyone takes their time and they do a wonderful job.

They do a great job. Nails stay on forever and the designs they can draw on are amazing! There are books after books of examples to chose from.

Nails and more severely disappointed me. I walked in at 5:15 and wasnt sat until 6:45 and they did a horrible rush job. The color is uneven, they use the drill until your nails are hot to the touch, and the amount of acryllic used was just plain wasteful. They didnt cut them to the length I specified, and they were extremely rough on my hands. I will never be returning here.

I am so so sad that the original ladies who had this salon have left :-(.. I went today for a mani and pedi and on top of the prices going up so high the guy who did it was not good. These new people don’t even talk to you. My cuticles still look horrible and me feet do not feel like they had anything done to them. Looking for a new salon for sure

My problems with this place is they over charge . I ask for them to add a top caot of MY glitter polish that I brought in on my nails for a ombre effect and she wants to charge extra $5 per nail!! Then when I see a mistake oor something I dont like and ask for it to be fixed they get fussy and they say something to the other workers and they all look at you . After all this my nail breaks the NEXT DAY so when I go back she says $3 to repair! Oh and NEVER go to the bigger girl, she did my nails so horribly it looks like a toddler did them so when I asked for them to be fixed by someone else in the shop telling her I was very unhappy with them she laughed and said why did I want them like that ?! WTF?! NO SHE DID THAT to them . And then said she would fix for $10more . So I let her fix them but I paid the price I was told at the beginning not no 10 more .

I took my mother and sister here the Friday after Mothers day. My mom received a mani and pedi (which BOTH is only $30 in total... which is an amazing price!) and my sister and I both had pedicures. I was incredibly embarrassed because I was completely unprepared to get a pedicure (it was a spur of the moment decision) and my legs and feet were absolutely grotesque. Im a mother of two (one under the age of 1) and so I dont have a lot of time to give my feet TLC. The wonderful lady that did my feet reassured me that it was completely fine. She made me feel completely comfortable. Besides that, my toe nail polish is still completely intact! I will be definitely going back! Great prices, kind and friendly staff, and a clean facility!

I went here on a recommendation from a co- worker. Got my nails done for my birthday, got a full set, nothing too fancy. They used tips. My nails looked great but two days later I broke a nail opening a drawer. It broke where the tip was. Went and had it fixed, they charged me $3. I felt they should have fixed it for free, but whatever. That night I broke another nail making bread. Who knew that acrylic nails wouldnt stand up to dough! Again the nail broke where the tips was put on. Hum... Im starting to see a trend. I glue that one back on, it looks like crap, but its holding. A couple of days later Im washing my hair and my hair gets caught in a crack in one of my nails. Big surprise! Its cracking where the tip is. I apply some glue and hope it holds. Now today I broke a nail pulling up my pantyhose!!! Are you kidding me? Now thats 4 nails Ive had to have fixed before its even time to have the fills done. They charge me every time and a 3 bucks a pop, not to mention if you use a card and dont spend at least $10, they charge you a dollar. Needless to say I think the quality of the product and/or the skill of the nail tec is seriously lacking! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone who expects their nails to stand up to normal everyday activities. I think Ill try Hapi Nails.

Worst nail place ive ever been to. Length of nails i wanted was not done, color i chose was so dry, she couldnt even open it. She then banged it on the floor to try 2 get it open then added some liquid to the polish before she put it on my nails, which totally changed the actual color i wanted.. my nails are flat, uneven, and crooked in several areas. SHE ALSO CUT ME IN A FEW PLACES. Woman that was doing my nails kept leaving me 2 answer phone or take peoples payments. She was rushing thru the whole thing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR BE BACK HERE AT ALL!!! Only gave them one star becuase i had 2 in order 2 write this review.

Probably the worse experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Got a full set that started at $25. Want them shaped into the coffin tips, thats an extra $5. Why? Because its more work. For being charged to have them shaped that way I expected them to be even..nope. I had to have her refile a few super crooked ones. I asked for a gel top coat since gel here is a lot more expensive than other places Ive visited so thats another $5 extra. So far we are at a total of $35 which I had to pay for before the job was done since they were starting to close up...she proceeded to paint my nails with no real fan (she used a fume extractor) to dry each hand in between coats. After 2 coats of polish she then grabbed the UV light to start the gel top coat. The polish was not dry so she had me place my hands under the light for a few minutes before she started. After applying the gel top coat, she checked to see if they were done and in doing so smudged 3 nails..redid them and same thing happened again to my thumbs. She took the polish off again and said she could do those 2 with the gel polish for no charge but I didnt want it to be a different color. The acrylic was not put on well either. I have a few dents near the bottom of a few nails which will hopefully be fixed when I do my fill.After getting frustrated with how everything had went and spending an 1 1/2 hours there I decided to just take all the polish off and do it myself at home. She refunded me the $5 for the top coat thankfully but I will not be returning. The 4.5 star rating they have is such an overstatement. Staff was nice but was not worth the $30 + $7 tip spent there.

Went for mani/pedis with my sister for my birthday. We made reservations anb were on time. We both wanted the same services. My pedi started 10 min after hers and didnt the same treatment. I also finished first. The mani was the same. I was done first. No salt scrub with the pedi for me. The work stations could use a good scrubbing down. Some of the issues could just be the person who did my nails.

She was very rude to me and everytime I said something she would mumble something under her breath . I used to like this place but after my experience today I will not be going to nails and more anymore and would not recommend it.
