Very nice place! They had a special pillow to put behind my 6 year old daughter so she was still comfortable getting a pedicure. She loved the experience & I felt like she was in good hands. My grandmother, her & I had a very special experience together there. Thank you so much! 💅

Nice place to relaxe while cleaning my nails and Im a man so that says a lot.

They are horrible. It’s one thing to be a walk in and have to wait all day. It’s a complete other to have an appointment. When you get there they said they forgot then said it would be another time and still not be that time. So disrespectful of peoples time. They don’t even say anything. Will just let you sit there with nothing said at all for hours.

Amazing and right on time

I wanted to try a new place because my bestfriend recommended Concept nails. I understand that my nail Tech Mary did not speak English well and that is fine as long as you understand what i need especially because I brought in a picture of what I wanted.. First issue, I asked for a full set meaning I wanted a full fake nail extension because I like my nails long. Instead she put just a fake tip onto my nail. The second issue, she did not clean or file my nails before adding the fake tip. Mary waited until after she placed the tip onto my nail before cleaning my nails which in turn is the reason why 3 days later this happened. The apex was obviously very weak as well because I barley hit my nail and the tip snapped right off. I paid $50 plus tip. Im very disappointed. I also wanted to mention how dusty and dirty and clustered everything looked.

I have had gel nails done here 4 times. The last time the technician did not do the best job. They chipped off within one week when they typically last me 2.5 weeks. I called and asked for a fix, but only the tech who initially did them could fix them for free. I chose to have them redone by someone else who does a better job and was only offered 10% off. Disappointed but will still come back and make sure to choose the technician carefully.

I asked the lady to change her gloves after she handled money and another customer but all she did was spray her hands with what she called sanitizer and then proceed with my toenails massage massage was OK but she was digging for gold in my toenails with A-sharp instrument trying to cut them

My nail technician stayed 40 minutes late to get my nails done, and took every measure to make sure they were done correctly, even being this late! Also she worked with my disabled arm with no problem, and was so kind and gentle! I absolutely love this salon!

It was my first visit and I am still deciding if I go back again. They did a good job with my nails and pedicure and give me my time to chose the color and the service I wanted. The girl gave me good suggestions on my nails. Everyone there was very friendly. I played $32 for my pedicure and $35 for my manicure. It was crowded when I went so I recommend making and appointment. The place needs some deep cleaning. The floors where a bit dirty and there were papers on the floor. The ladies that worked there walk on them instead of picking them up. The whole place is dusty.

Nail broke after less than two full days after my acrylic gel fill. Only was one full into my set and I can usually get up to three fills on the same set without trouble. Gel chipping a lot too. Really sad because the colors were pretty but I guess you get what you pay for. Really disappointed because this place used to be good back in the day.

**edited from last post.Went in for a pedicure and the man was rushed, did a terrible job on my pedicure. My toe was in pain the next day. Called to go back to get it fixed and was told to come back at 9am. Went back and waited 10 mins after 9 and no one was there. Will be asking for my money back since I am visiting from Texas. Terrible service!

Over charged me and my nail ended up breaking 2 days later. Not great.

I absolutely love this place, it was my first time coming here got an appointment the same day everyone was very friendly, fairly priced as well. Definitely would reccomend this place for affordable beautiful nails!

Absolutely excellent. Most beautifully sculpted dip and gels I have ever gotten. Complete new set in just 1 hr and 10 mins. They did an excellent job on my BFF as well.

Been to this location twice. Both times their “up selling” was uncomfortable. Tried to finesse me into services I didn’t want or need. Gave me an attitude when I wouldn’t do what the nail tech wanted!!! This second time to this location, I am on day two of my nails being done and three are broken!!! Unacceptable!! I usually go two- three weeks with a fresh set!! Will not be going back to this location. I highly recommend you find somewhere!! LA Nails by Phil is amazing!!!

I started going to concept nails about 6 months ago when i was told at my old nail place that i couldnt go to the tech that Id been going to. That door closed and an even better one opened. I had been getting a gel manicure and now that Im going to concept Im getting the dipping powder and I love it! It feels a lot lighter on the nail. My tech is great and so is the atmosphere!

Concept Nails is a nice salon however I think I just had a bad experience and that is why I only gave concept Nails three stars out of five I actually wanted to do less stars but I was feeling generous. So we arrived (wedding party 4 of us) on time theyre running behind schedule which is fine but when I wanted to get acrylics for my wedding the nail tech was not very nice and very pushy and rushing me. I could tell the tech was obviously getting very irritated with me and did not even give me the full manicure just put the acrylics on and that was it. It was not a relaxing time and the customer service was not very good. I should have just left the salon and went else where before the nails were started. I wanted to have a relaxing time getting my nails done right before my wedding and I wanted to get a specific type of nail design but the tech ended up just giving me a french tip set which was nice but not what I wanted for my wedding. I would not recommend this place to someone b4 their wedding.

This place is awesome! They got me in right away and I was out of there within 30 minutes. Their exterior and interior is esthetically pleasing and they were professional the whole time. I got coffin acrylic nails and they are all even and same length, they are also thin and even instead of being chunky. They also have a punch card where you get $5 off by your fifth visit. My new go to place!!

I wish I could keep this gem for myself... but! You all must know. It is the only place I go for my nails! They are amazing! They are very helpful and I can normally get in on the day I call. It is an extremely busy salon, so call ahead and get an appointment.You will not find all the variety of colors for gel and powder dip anywhere else.

Well lit, ventilated and clean facility. Staff was friendly and professional. Their nail polish choices were abundant, and their service top notch. Three of us came in with appointments, and we were seated for a spa pedicure within five minutes of our appointment time despite how busy they were. A little more than many other places I’ve been to, but I enjoyed my time.

Decided to a last minute pedicure and stopped by. This is my first time here and I was sitting in a chair less than 5 min there. Place is nice and clean, many Techs here I saw HOLLY she is great!!! Bearly felt her besides the light tap to change feet. As I was getting my pedi I observed all the techs they all were nice and with the professional expertise thats expected.

The guy that did my nails was extremely rude. I took my sister for her birthday and we both got full sets. We sat next to each other and chatted in the time he started. She ended up being asked to move to a different technician and as soon as she left the male technician said finally, thank goodness. Although he did an okay job on my nails he was unbelievably rude. All my friends have had similar experiences with this man. The rest of the staff are wonderful but this one particular man makes me never want to return.

I believe in recognition but this one I can not do, I just got my nails done this past weekend, I paid $43.00 for a fill and gel polish and the color is already coming off one of my nails on the corner and some of the other nails the color is not on all the way, you can see divots where they were not grinded properly wish she would of paid more attention to my nails then having a full conversation with fellow co workers the whole time I felt very unwelcomed, thank goodness for the tv they have on!Normally I would go and expect something to be done but I would rather spend my time and money elsewhere!!

There was a mistake with my appointment not being in the book but they were able to take me anyway. I was a bit mess and I walked out feeling like a goddess. I did gel mani and pedi and an eyebrow and lip wax. They were kind and so damn good at their jobs. Im not one to fret about the appt thing so in my eyes theyre Fab.

My first time there I got a full set and payed 39 which was fine. I returned a week later for a fill and because I went in like 1hr before they closed the guy that did my nails cut me and also charged me 30 like why? I payed just about the same for a new set the first time I went. So I would rate this place less then a start. So not returning here. And sharing my review with all my friends so they don’t come here.

Very rude and highly unprofessional. I vacation in Tucson yearly and have used this place for acrylic fills. I changed to gels since my last visit in 2018. Asked what they charged for gel fills when the appointment was made. I was quoted $25. When I went to pay she blatantly lied saying I was not quoted $25, but $35. The tech informed me there are different types of gel which I did not know, nor was a price difference ever discussed. I paid the $35 plus tip. She never aplologized or did any accommodation. I was not thanked and treated so rudely. She even shoved a price brochure at me, after the fact. I have used many shops as I travel. The folks are obviously greedy, dishonest, and do not value their customers. Some mistakes you do not make twice! Beware Concept nails. Spend your money where they care!

Nice atmosphere, lady running the place was very nice and was inviting however the guy who did my pedicure was ackward and didnt speak English. At the end of my visit he gave me the wrong price and I had to correct him twice. Did not like that!!

The customer service needs serious improvement. When I first walked in no one spoke to me or asked me what service I was interested in until 5 mins later and I waited for 30 mins for service while the nail tech was sitting right in front of me scrolling on her phone and as soon as this young girl walked in she got off her phone and helped her, no wait time. I left out of confusion. Definitely not going back.

The last two gel fills I had done were terrible. The polish was old, smeared, and peeled off in two days. The backup manager is consistently rude, does not listen, lecturing on his valuable time, and how he hates to be the manager. It is not a pleasant or relaxing experience unfortunately.

In the beginning I loved this place they looked so clean and professional but I went there exactly 4/5 times I got acrylic set with the ombré fade color and they looked gr8 and felt gr8. Today I went to get my fill as usual I found out that I have two nails that has fungus when I asked them what went wrong the lady told me that I shouldve had a new acrylic set after two months to keep them clean and fresh plus the other lady named Kim who did my nails last time shouldve cleaned my cuticle better so it wouldnt leave gaps when she applied the powder so the water wont be able to path throughI was like seriously! And how is that beneficial to me now I had to take the whole set off and walk with ugly nails with fungus. Also I think they dont clean their equipment very well cuz that never happened to me before. Im so disappointed Im never ever going back there again. Hopefully in 2-3 months I can have my nails back .

After a recent experience there, unfortunately, I feel like I can no longer recommend this nail salon the way I used to. I usually go with Nikki and everything was fine, I really like how my nails would turn out, until recently. I was a walk in so I accepted an available tech ( 5-29-19 chair #8). I asked for SNS dip. The tech used UV lamp to cure my nails. The SNS system does not need curing. At that time I asked her if it was “SNS” and she said yes, I told her SNS does not need curing by light, she said yes it did and still continued to cure with a light which leads me to believe it’s not genuine SNS product being used or not properly trained. My other main concern was, I observed a dirty nail station, had nail powder still from previous customer. After my nail dip service, the tech took a very dirty brush, one she had been dusting my nails with, the nail station with, everything with and then she used the same brush to dust the left over powder from the dip service that was on top of a paper towel and then under the paper towel straight from the nail station into the ‘SNS’ dip powder container. Obviously I was very concerned but didn’t want to cause a scene or attention, since it was very busy. I messaged owner via IG PM that same night about my concerns, but never got a response. Employees need to be trained to be more cautious about sanitation, cross contamination and the proper usage of SNS Dip System. The stations should be wiped from left over powder and/or a towel needs to be placed before seating a new customer and the same brush used to clean and dust everything should not be used in that manner, the used left over dip powder should not be dusted back into the container.I gave it 3 stars because of the positive experiences I did have in past, I don’t like leaving negative reviews but it’s probably the only way to get the attention for corrective action which needs to be done for health reasons.

Not going back all my nails cracked that Julia did...I have asked numerous times to please do not file my nails to coffin shape and then she just gives me a dirty look...prices are not consistent..

I was never told that my fill was going to be $40. When I told her I wanted a gradient of two colors, showing her which ones, she said no and that I had to pick from a small selection. She interpreted that I wanted the acrylic to be that color. My nails are not even length of the same finger on my two hands. They look cute from afar, but getting close, there are particles of something on the nail that make it uneven. One of my nails is not the same thickness on the whole nail. Dissatisfied with experience and I would only go with extremely simple requests.

Let me start of by saying I always came here to do my nails, spent hundreds upun hundreds to get them done here, never liked their pedicures though... Never used to do good pedicures. However made an appointment at 3:15 didnt get seen until 3:40 and asked for them to do my cuticles first bc it looks cleaner besides them putting acrilic on top of your cuticle and then buzzing it off. He did what he did and I asked if he could push cuticle back bc it didnt look like it normally did, and he started having an addition acting like he knew my nails better then me and told me it cant be done... WHAT IT CANT BE DONE?! I told him I will pay extra but he seemed to think that this was clean and insisted not to do my nails. Well julya ayou lost a very good customer and I hope you lose all your customers because of this man, dont even know his name. But he was a narcissistic a-hole

2019 update: Still the same, always packed made appt at 12:30 pedi wasn’t helped until closer to 1pm. Then on top of that the girl was done in 20min! When a person pays $40 for a pedi you want it to be at least 30-35min long. Most other places I’ve been do massage for at least 15min not 5. Don’t think I’ll go back again. Disappointing because I like the services they offer and SOME people are nice. But for how busy they remain and then on top of that rush your service it’s not worth it.2017-They are ok/good. I will point out I love how luxurious the salon feels. However my first experience I went maybe two months ago had to be with a gentleman in the middle back of the salon was getting anc nails and he wasn’t very nice as he was doing my nails I was just looking because like everyone you like to see how they are being done he said to me twice “don’t look” a bit rudely. I was surprised isn’t it natural to just see how your nails are being done?? So then I ended up just watching the tv over him and closing my eyes a bit. I think he could sense I was a bit angry after his attitude and tried to be nice to me asking if I was tired with a smile. Went back a second time about a month ago forgot the older woman’s name got a pedicure but it felt a bit rushed. The only other thing that bothers me about this place is that they don’t take tips on the card. So if you actually wanna tip your person make sure you bring cash. Which now days I feel like they should understand not always ppl have on them. They should be productive in that sense and allow tips to be added on card payments as well. In my mind that’s not only rude on their part but as a customer you can appear rude as well when you can’t tip your person if you don’t have cash. But it’s not your fault when you can’t if they don’t take it right? The way I see it the salon in that sense is losing out on money that way as well.
