Terrible rushed job. Made appointment days ahead of time but still waited 20 minutes and then rushed through the job. Nails are uneven and were not ground down along cuticles so they are catching on everything and lifting after just hours. Terrible rushed job

Would have been better if staff didnt follow us around like we were going to steal something. I go there on a regular basis and spend a lot of my hard earned check in this store and to be treated so disrespectful is very upsetting!

Refuse service because I was black I had a broken nail wanted to get it fixed and they tell me they didnt have my nail color. I could see the way they were looking at me they had a problem with my skin color. Me and my husband are truck drivers. We just stopped in because my husband had a abscess and needed medication for it .Im not from this area we should not be given these peopleOur money if they have a problem with people of color. They dont like us but they will take our money In my case they didnt even want my money.

I just had an amazing pedicure. He spent so much time massaging my feet and legs. I really needed and appreciate it. I was getting a basic pedicure but I felt like they treated me like I was getting the most expensive deluxe pedicure. I will return.

Great customer service

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We got 2 full sets. To start with, they just ripped our old nails off, and our real nails off with them. The acryilic is bumpy and uneven, theres so many bubbles in the acrylic that the tips dont really even look white, they are so cloudy. They are all different lengths and very uneven. I have done my own nails about 5 or 6 times without any training and these are so uneven and badly done they look like amateur nails that i was able to pull off on my first try. They charged us different prices than they originally told us. When we called to speak to a supervisor, they just argued and we never got to speak to said supervisor. All around bad customer service and bad work. Very disappointed.

I had a new guy do my nails. He reshaped them after I said no. They are paper thin. I am goin back to get them fixed. I am so disappointed. Never had this problem. He also filed my nails so hard the skin around the nails was red and burning. Watch out who you get.

I found this lil gem inside the Walmart off I-10 & Cortaro. I worked with Linda who filled my acrylics, waxed my brows, upper lip & chin along with my daughters lip all in an about 70 minutes. She was AMAZING, quick yet thorough and did quality work.The little spot has 6 nail stations, a private space for waxing and 4 spa pedicure chairs. It is near the check-out registers in front of store and while there everyone was being tended to.Ill definitely travel back here even though its about 30 minutes out of my way!

Its ok

I went this morning to have a full set of nails applied. After spending over $50 I left only to notice two nails were rough, not sanded and the polish uneven and streaky. I went back and yes she changed the Polish and after i fought to get top coat applied to my nails she told me you no like the nails this time you go somewhere else. I am very busy, you know. If you pay that much money for something I feel they should be the way the customer wants! I will not return

Disgusting. I waited 30 min to get my nails done, and was told a fill was $15. Before I could even sit down, Linda jumped the price $20 now totaling $35 and said that I could leave since it was too much and dismissed me with a hand wave... I noticed the co-workers were vigilant of what was happening, but yet did nothing. I am still baffled about the way I was treated. I was absolutely profiled because of my ethnicity.
