This place is amazing value for money. They do such a great job and take real pride in what they do. I’ve started getting my acrylics done there in the last few months and they’re the best I’ve ever had. They feel like my own nails as they’re light and well sculpted. Jenny did my nails most recently and they’re amazing. I’ve also had pedicures there in the past which was super relaxing and a good length of time for the price. They also take care with covid restrictions - they have glass screens on each nail table and hanging in front of each pedicure chair. They even give you a free mask with cute designs on after every appointment. I would highly recommend this place.

I had acrylics done at another salon and i asked for stiletto shape and did almond, but when i came here they filled them for me and fixed them to the perfect shape i wanted. They were all so kind and did an amazing job for a great price. it’s been tough finding the right place to get my nails done and now i found it 100% recommend coming here! The environment is great and they just remodeled.

They were amazing. The nail salon was clean and smelled nice. The man who did my pedicure was professional and offered suggestions on what would be better for me because of my job. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was awesome. My feet and legs felt amazing afterwards. I also did acrylic nails because my nails were broken under the skin. The nail technician Cindy was so kind and gentle. She took care with my broken nails and offered her suggestions on what would be best for my nails. I highly recommend this salon.

I was very dissatisfied and angry I come in for a pedicure and I was being talked about like I wasnt there. My pedicure was terrible had dry skin left she didnt even do the pedicure correctly. I was cut several times. Poor service and quality I was scammed the lady said 50 for a gel pedicure but the flyer said 42 so I just said no color ridiculous place to get your nails done dont come unless u want to get scammed and made fun of wish I could give place zero stars.

I made an appointment here when I showed up they said I didn’t make an appointment. Then I showed the guy a picture I wanted my nails to look like he said he could do it. After the color was on he said he couldn’t do the design. Not only was that disappointing but I asked for my nails to be shorter and he said no that’s fine. As the person that was there at the same time as me was getting her nails done she told him they were to short and he said sorry you don’t like them. Rude but whatever the over charged her. After she left the guy doing my nails was making fun of her repeating what she said and laughing.I will not be going back.

The technicians do not use sanitary nail tools. They should use a sanitized sealed set for each client. Also they rush to finish your nails or pedicure to get to the next client. Very disappointed and concerned.

Went with a friend for a pedicure this morning. We scheduled them and were able to get in right on time. They provided excellent service and we felt very safe with the cleanliness of the salon and the guidelines they were following!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Pedicure was amazing but i would never go to this place again. There were 5 of us getting mani pedis for my best friends wedding, the same man did everyones manicures did an aweful job. It was so sloppy and it got even worse when we asked him to fix it, the man seemed irritated when we asked him to clean them up a bit. he left polish all over the skin, uneven brush marks. The maid of honor had to have them remove the gel polish he put on. She also asked for matte finish multiple times and he ignored her wishes. All of my polish started coming off the next day before the wedding, it all just peeled off. Luckily a lady stepped in and fixed the brides nails but we were completely unsatisfied. This was not a good experience

Excellent Pedicures! My First time trying Rich Nails and Im so impressed. Enjoyed a Deluxe Pedicure, which included exquisite massage, callus removal and attention to details. Very happy!

Mani pedi were rushed no massage with either even though I paid extra. Didnt clean under my nails for my mani. The paint job was very poor. Just felt extremely rushed for paying 82$My daughter received a pedicure and they wouldnt give her shoes. She sat in the chair until her nails dried when I asked the tech told me to give her my slippers. Very poor rushed service.

Good experience. The young nail tech had good attention to detail and did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure. Prices were decent. Do recommend.

I went in for a gel color change since I had a bad experience at the other 2 places I went before. The lady did not want to do the color change and also I asked if they had matte and they don’t. I won’t be coming to this place or recommending it to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Rich nails for five years and I’ve always had excellent service . They are always so friendly and professional. My nails are always beautiful and pedicures are awesome! The price is always very good, less than other salons for even better service.

I plan to go back. And send friends there. Luxury retail level as if there was a spa concierge handing out bevs is not their way Rich Nails talks their ownership attitude. They dont do the perks that drive consumer costs up. Where their perks are they put into quality human to human service. Not frills. As in, maintain a relationship w a client. Excellent on my criteria of a nail care establishment: (1) no chemical scary smell, nor botanical cover up scent. (2) no peeved customers. (3) clean uniforms. (4) recommendations offered after prompting me to share what my visit was with regard to. (5) this observational sensitivity I highlight as my nails at the time were a bit ragged from moving furniture around my apt. (6) stating I had meetings to attend f-f the nail artist suggested a white tipped manicure --French at a very reasonable price. Not only was it done in fewer than 5 minutes but it was completed under the uv dry for 7-8 more which is usually given to customers paying for a more expensive selection, at other salons. Then, they came by to check if the manicure was perfect and added a protectant that would seal the polish and make it really hard to scratch. This oil also moisturized my fingertips. Its now Thursday and my hands still look good. I guess Im talking about an ownership ethos of artistry. ** big time happy that I felt put together in my interview for a job two days ago that needed me to be in a blazer.

Soo happy I found this place! Ann did my nails and eyebrows and this amazingly sweet woman is so good at what she does. All the staff is very friendly and fun to be around, I cant wait to come back! :)

Came in with My 3 year old. It was her first salon experience. Sysco was soo attentive and sweet with her. Ann did her nails and even fixed them when my kiddo smudged them. Ann did my pedicure and gel on my nails. The price was great and the service was awesome. I am sure they turned me into a regular. Super awesome people here.

Hidden surprise. I never saw this place until I was at another shop in this strip mall. I looked at the reviews and knew I had to give them a surprise.I was hesitant when I walked in because only one person was being helped with only two technicians.Lee started with my pedicure and I was very comfortable because she was gentle and very thorough. The pedicure was excellent. Now into the new set of acrylics. I asked for the French nails (only $5 more- $30 total). Lee took her time and understood my needs that I expressed. I wanted the square rounded nails and not to long. Again - perfection. She took her time and never once nicked me with the files or the grinder.I must say that regardless of the emptyness of the shop my nails are beautiful the pedicure was fantastic (including the massage).I give this salon 5 stars because they are the best of all the nail salons in my area. No waiting an hour to be helped. No kids right out of school screwing up my nails or causing injury.This is the place to go for personized service and friendly ladies. Ask for Lee. My friend and I went here to get two full sets . The ladys there werent even talking to us. I have vitiligo and they made smart remarks about me hands. They were rude the entire time ! NEVER AGAIN !!!

This was my go to salon for years. I go EVERY OTHER WEEK mind you so remember that when I discuss the price increases. Within the past year they have switched owners and I have tried to stay with them and give them a chance. At first they were great. The same nail techs worked here and I was able to go to my same lady who always did a phenomenal job. Yet recently in the past few couple months they have decided to spruce up the place and take it out on their customers. They have no pricings listed and before had informed me things would remain the same. But now the last 3 times Ive gone they have tried to increase the price each time. And each time they have changed their story as to why they are raising the price again. Not only is the old nail techs all gone but the price increase and explanation never comes from the new owner. She always bolts off as if afraid to be met with questions. First price hike they said it was because they werent making money because people werent coming in (go figure, so you gouge your remaining clients, thats silly). Then they hiked it again after that. The last straw for me was when they hiked it this past time. I have no problems with them maybe needing to hike the prices up a couple dollars, I get it. But every time I come in you are switching the price and making up a new reason why that is not ok. It is also not ok to spring it on your client at the END of their services. You should give them a heads up on the changes before hand. This place will go under at this rate. Im already taking 6 people with me and we are finding a new place. Even if it costs 5 dollars extra, out of principle.

This is the second time I have tried coming here to get a manicure and a pedicure, but was turned away. They had only two customers and wouldnt help me. I was asked to come back two hours later.

I live in Green Valley and wouldnt think of having anyone else do my nails, especially Tammy! She is a perfectionist.
