I have been coming here for years. Lately it’s been awful. They tell you 15 minutes, put you in a chair with the water and bubbles and then start your pedi about an hour to an hour and a half later. If they can’t see you, they should just say it or give you a better time frame. Currently have been here 2 hours for one pedi and still not done. Not sure what happened to the old owners, but I will have to look for Somewhere else to go.

The first time I went to this location, I got ballerina shaped acrylic nails with gel polish (I had nothing on my natural nails). It was $35. The second time I went in for a fill and asked for them to be reshaped to almond. It was $40.I just don’t understand how a fill could cost more than a brand new set, even with reshaping.It also took nearly 2 hours for my fill. I am used to getting a fill done in 30-45 minutes.The ladies that work there are really sweet, but the one who did my nails last unfortunately doesn’t understand English well. She was shaping my nails wrong even though I told her very clearly what I wanted four times, and even showed her pictures. I realized what she was doing and had to tell her again. She had to get a coworker to translate.I also tried explaining that the color I chose previous didn’t match the example I chose, but she couldn’t understand that at all. I ended up with a color I really hated because of it. I was going for a lavender both times and ended up with a funky, weird pink. Neither were reflective of the sample color.I find it quite frustrating that this is an expensive service and I cannot even express what I am paying for or what was done wrong to the people who I am paying.One nail also popped off in less than 2 days after getting the fill. I tried calling about it a couple times, but no one answered the phone. I ended up just super gluing it back every couple days.3 stars because they are kind and shape the nails decently. But I can’t give them 5 because pricing seems inconsistent, the fill wasn’t done properly, and I can’t even communicate clearly with the staff.

I had dip nails that I should have taken care of weeks ago. I wanted them to be removed and nails cut short. I was glad that i was able to be seen right away by Steven and he was able to take off the dip polish without even using acetone. Im going to let my nails breathe for a while but i plan to go back for gel polish.

I am in absolute love with Nail Spa and the amazing work they do. Staff is friendly, place is clear and prices and decent. Highly recommended (picture below of my last nail designs) 💜💜💜

I am quite unhappy with the way my nails were done. I told the lady that I didnt want my nails too thin more than once. She failed to listen to my request! Some of the nails were feeling loose 3 days later. I ended up losing a nail because the the nail was so thin! I had to be careful with the other nails after that. The lady didnt even give me the design I asked for on my nails. She created her own design!My 9 year old grand daughter asked for a bunny on her nails. She got a play boy bunny!! The lady just took off the bow! I didnt realize it till after we were done. I will never go back to that place again.

Ive started getting pedicures and this salon is amazing! I just got a full set done and was definitely pleased! Brought in a photo of what I wanted and was not denied. Add in a small time crunch and still got amazing art! I love coming here, the ladies are totally nice, and the price is unbeatable!

I walked in on a Tuesday not realizing they were closed and the owner, Donna, greeted me right away. She never turned me away even though I quickly realized that they were not open. She was extremely professional and friendly the whole time. Donna did an amazing job on my short nails... If you were a customer of Bella and Thomas, I would still recommend giving Donna your business!

So I have gone here for years when Bella and tomas were the owners but now with the new management never going again... I took my girls to get a full set and pedi first my daughter showed her what she wanted she didn’t get that I kept telling her not like that still did it any ways my youngest wanted her nails colored they never did it people would come in and she would do there nails I was very disappointed when they told us to sit in the chairs for pedis after 2 hrs of being there I told her no we had to leave I am never going again.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and the nails always end up looking amazing.

I love Bella Thomas Nails! Their work is amazing as well as their customer service. They take good care of their clients. I used to get acrylic nails but now Im in love with the gels. They have many varieties of colors to choose from! Their shop is beautiful too. Highly recommend them!

I absolutely love coming here! There is No Where else myself or my daughter will go. The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun, we especially love when Jesse is there. Shes very whitty and can keep up with our humor.There are some unfortunate events that happen though. About 4 weeks ago we were enjoying a good laugh while I was in the phone with my daughter, whom always gives hell to Jesse whom has no problem giving it right back ( that is defiantly what brings my daughter back 😁) a woman came in without an appointment and was insistent that she get her nails done, which was fine with everyone there but she was upset seeing as Thomas and Bella were out of the country for the next few months. She was informed that it wouldnt be a problem but She would have to wait a bit. She overheard our personal conversation and assumed we were speaking of her or to her and she stormed out without paying after her full set was finished. Such an unfortunate misunderstanding for her because Im sure she wont be allowed to come back. I sure do hope she doesnt try to turn a mole hill into a mountain. 🤔JESS AND TOMMY DID YOU PROUD ON MY NAILS THOMAS! They came out beautiful ❤😁 I believe Jess sent you pictures

So very disappointed in my visit today. A die hard regular, who will not be returning. Thomas you should have closed while you were away. Jesse was completely unprofessional. She brings the class of the shop down. The replacements, while Bella and Thomas are out of country, do not measure up. I wish I had been told to wait. Unhappy with my visit from the moment I stepped inside the door. Too bad. I told absolutely everyone I know about this, once outstanding place! Thank you for your understanding Tommy! Good luck!

This was my first visit and ill definitely will be back ! ❤I got my nails done with Tommy. Not only was the staff friendly but the final outcome and overall look was outstanding. One thing that stood out about tommy working was his attention to detail which I truly appreciate! Beyond satisfied, the shape is beautiful, the color is application was clean and neat, and not to mention the spa was clean and so was there bathroom 🙏. Anyways I highly recommend if you havent given them a try.

Ive had pedicures in the past but this was my first time at this location and was the most thorough treatment Ive ever had.

First time and a walk-in. Was lucky enough to get right in. Thomas did my mani/pedi and was so contentious and careful. My nails were trashed from deep cleaning a house and he made them look beautiful. I would definitely go there again and recommend them!

I went today with my daughter. I needed a fill and she got a mani. I understand my daughter is only 6, but her nails looked horrible. Polish everywhere. They put sparkle in hers and it was uneven.My fill was horrible. Too thick. Uneven. They’re so thick and way off of the side of my fingers that two have already chipped and I’ve only had them 4 hours. Horrible. Nail polish not even on my full nail. Just awful.Highly disappointed. Read all these reviews and the place was usually busy the last couple times I wanted to try them. Was looking forward to this. Huge letdown.

It was a great experience! I loved the orange sugar scrub, it was magical! Plus she got rid of all my calluses which was amazing!!

Thomas and Bella have built their company with an amazing team around them. I have not had a single bad experience and I look forward to going in and getting my nails done and face waxed.

I love this place! The two owners are Thomas and Bella! They are very nice and are great at acrylic nails! I just got them today and they are awesome!!! The colors they have are very pretty! I got the color called Pina Colada. It is yellow glitter and white flakes. I definitely recommend this so much!!

I’ve gotten my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 2 years and I tried out this place for the first time THIS WEEK because my usual place final touch was closed down on Easter. 3 nails came off within 3 days, the nail polish was half assed even after I reminded the guy to do a 2nd coat. I will not recommend this place to anyone .

Always have an amazing experience. I am extremely picky about my nails and Thomas never lets me down.

These people are friendly but 6 of my nails broke off after 2 1/2 weeks....thats horrible. I gave them a chance because they offer wine. I also got bit up by mosquitoes. I complained (kindly) and he only offers 5 bucks off a fill....30. I dont recommend
