I highly recommend Burns, they are very customer-service oriented, responsive, and professional. I had an urgent situation with hornets and they came out on the same day to correct it, were very nice, honest and did not take advantage or over charge me for the urgent service. They are definitely my new pest elimination company for all pest related issues.

Pros: The prices are reasonable. I’m on a bi-monthly plan, and this works great for my home. I have an awesome technician name Paul. He makes sure to ask about my problems and fixes it right away. I do not see any critters around and this makes me happy and feel safe. Plus he recommended the weed special and came back to do a touch up as well. My yard looks phenomenal.Cons: None! I’m a proud customer. Get your hone serviced by this company for excellent service.

In a recent real estate transaction I used Burns for the first time and I was a little disappointed.The day before the scheduled inspection, the inspector called to let me know he would need to push back the scheduled appointment 30 minutes. I was grateful for the heads up and let him know we would be there for the general inspection and that shouldnt be problem.Then the day of the inspection, he was 30 minutes late. No call or text to let me know he was running late.Once he arrived he was very professional and thorough.The manager, Jerry reached out to me immediately to discuss my concerns. I found him to be extremely interested in my concerns and willing to look in to these concerns.I will definitely give them another chance.

I have to say, first thank you to apartment complex I just moved into for using this company. I have so many issues with this complex and very unhappy. But, they did a fantastic job of recruiting this company. I had a wonderful experience with the tech Ben Mamas or Namas. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful. Im overly stressed about being in this apt. 1st apt ever, but life has put me in this situation, he has given me some relief of hope that my pest issues can be resolved. I use Burns through their Las Vegas branch and they are truly life savers!! I live on the edge of the city and previously had lots of Scorpion issues. Before Burns I was using a different company that worked okay, but ever since I switched over I havent had ANY activity whatsoever. Their field manager George is very informative and takes his time to really explain any issue you may have and checks in to make sure everything is meeting expectations. All technicians Ive had have been great and Im so thankful to the whole crew!

I was selling my house and needed treatment done before the close of escrow. They were prompt and courteous. The guy that came out was Dan. He was polite and very knowledgeable. They came out same day and got rid of my bees. The employees I dealt with on the phone were very professional, and the exterminator they sent out was professional and very nice, and extremely quick.

The tech and service was great but consider our outcome before using this company.On the last day of service the tech fell through our ceiling, almost falling two floors and left a very large hole. Burns Pest Elimination said they would repair our ceiling but sent a non-certified drywall repair man out. He patched the drywall but we had to twist his arm to replace the insulation that was lost. He then refused to fix the crack along the beam that spread to the other room due to the impact created by the tech who fell. Be careful when using this company and make sure you understand EVERYTHING before contracting with them. We took the hit in the end and paint job looks like a huge patch was replaced. All and all this was a very unprofessional interaction when SHTF.EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE:Thank you for your public statement. Our business relationship was fractured when we reached out to corporate for assistance and were sent back to the local rep. We already attempted to escalate and were unsuccessful. We have been using the Burns Pest Control company since the 1980s at three different homes and have always had excellent service. Most recently their technician, Monti, came to check the termite traps we had installed last July at our current home. He arrived promptly, was courteous and spent time educating us on the workings of the system. We highly recommend the Burns company.

Burns Pest Control provides excellent service in treatment and prevention of termites. All work is thoroughly explained and the work is completed in a timely manner. Termite control contracts are a must if you own a home in Arizona.

Terrible service especially for bed bugs Im being charged for a service that didnt even work twice and now they are coming again on the 5th which if they try to charge me again I will not pay because why am I going to pay for some treatment that clearly doesnt work. Ive been dealing with this since the end of may and supposedly everything was good until my 2 year old woke up with 6 bites and now its still going. Terrible.

Paul called me to tell me when he would arrive, which was very helpful! He was friendly and courteous, and took direction well! It was an easy and pleasant experience!

This company is amazing. From the first call to the follow up inspection they treated us with respect. Rodni and the dog Rusty were professional and kind. I recommend them to everyone having pest problems.

The guys who show up at the house are very willing and helpful, however, the office does not co-ordinate well w/ them. They are left w/out my instructions which I have left at the office or w/ the rep who calls at the house one week, but the next rep who shows up didnt receive my messages or pest info from the last visit. Also, one rep didnt have a clue where the traps were set in our yard and what our house required! Our yard isnt that large and we were home at the time so we showed him what to do. The whole office seems rather disorganized and without direction/unmanaged. You have to call back and make sure they have your files correct. Emails are input incorrectly as are phone numbers. Theyre pleasant to deal w/, but really, most of what they do has to be overseen carefully by the customer.

We use them on all of our properties down in Tucson. Good prices and good service. Very happy so far.

Theyre great! At first... Over the last few years quality has really declined. Even after having speaking to them several times they still dont perform the service they say they will. The tech, who is different every single time, comes to the house, takes about 45 seconds to spray the edges of 2100 sq ft. Then goes outside, stands in one spot in the yard and spray here and there. Not edge to edge. Im pretty disappointed and will be looking for a new company. There are so many bug companies in the valley - im sure at least one of them wants to do the job they are being paid for instead of showing up and spending 8 minutes to do what should be a 30 minute job.

Jason is our guy. He is always respectful of our home, inside and out. He always shows up when he says he will and listens to me whine about spiders. I always get an email when he is done so I always know what is going on with our home.

Courteous and professional on all instances - They cover my personally owned home for termites and do a bimonthly bug service for over 12 years. Also Note for Realtors- This is the only company that can get a termite inspection within a couple days- I had a closing and they manage a inspection and treat in 48 hours

Mike Boyle is and his sales team are crooks...I used to use them and respect the techs...The sales team on the phone is something else..And from a different town, as i live in Tucson..Be careful what you say to them they might lose patients and treat you bad over the phone and quote high prices to scare you away when they are bothered by you..Buyer beware..

I notice that you treated only for ants. How about 🦂 scorpions as youve done in the past and electronic roaches which I had you come out twice to treat within the last month? Very disappointed that I have to remind you about this, especially since Ive been a customer of yours since 2001!!!! I expect to see a response from you and also expect you to revisit my property and do the correct treatments.

We can always count on Burns to show up when they say they will, get the job done right, and they have a very professional and caring staff. We will never use anyone but Burns for our pest control.

Burns does a great job spraying for bugs! We have been using them for years and we do not see any bugs inside the house.

The folks at Burns showed their true colors when they brought out Dan Kurtenbach. Being the number 1 Supervisor for pest elimination he took it upon himself to come out and see why we had challenges. He stated that we are not Burns maybe we can, we are Burns Pest Elimination! I am thrilled to report that since his visit our bug challenges have been Eliminated! Burns has been my go to for Pest control. They have been able to handle all my emergencies and the monthly service is fantastic.

Aweful. And their advertising is attroshious, it selects children ranting their hate for bugs, and being bug haters, and saying everyone hates bugs so kill them all. This is not the message we should be spreading to our children. Besides the fact that bugs only constitute a small portion of insects, but invertebrates constitute 95% of the worlds biodiversity.

Burns could not be any more professional, polite, and prompt with their inclusion and exclusion rodent service. They are top knot here!

They will take your money and not provide the service then fight you just to talk to a supervisor who refuses refunds. They will also send people to your house to take picture and to look at the house/yard after you cancel and tell them not to come.

They are very prompt with the termite removal. They do not seem to be able to eliminate them from one spot though, as the termites keep coming back to that same place year after year, although never very abundantly. My experience with the rodent service, however, was less satisfactory. They often did not answer the phone, they did not follow through on the promised service, and never provided a refund for services not provided despite repeated calls the company.
