We use First Inspection to provide us with insect inspection before purchasing our home. Since then, they have been providing us our pest service. Since we are new to AZ we may find an insect that we aren’t familiar with and take a picture and send it to them and they reply back to us very quickly.

Wow! What a professional and customer service oriented business. Travis and crew did an amazing job with our home insulation. We had multiple projects going on at the same time at our home and Travis worked with and around the schedules of the other contractors. Travis kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. Our job was not an easy one since the attic space had previously been home to pack rats and a raccoon and had limited space in many areas. In the end we were extremely happy with the job and the overall experience. If you need insulation then First Inspection Services should be your first and only call.

Our home was hot in the summer and cold in the winter and we had other issues of rodents in our attic that we inherited from the previous owner.First Inspection initially solved the rodent invasion problem by sealing off all possible entries to our attic from the outside.After that problem was solved we needed to address the insulation issue which was inadequate and infused with rodent feces and other debris accumulated in attic and the piling up of insulation from all the previous invasions of the attic space from contractors.Our 3 patios were not insulated nor was our large garage.First inspection first removed the soiled and useless insulation from our attic and installed can light boxes, sealed around exhaust vents with foam on a Thursday. The following day, on Friday, they installed 170 bags of TAP insulation using their wonderful equipment and did so without making a mess and interrupting our daily living activities.The results are outstanding as the temperature in our home is consistent throughout even with one unit in the main living area spreading the heat throughout the remainder of the house without the second unit participating at all.This is true of the air conditioning units as well.The bottom line is if you have an older home you need to consider First Inspections insulation upgrade to your attic.A neighbor who was in the solar industry his entire career said this First Inspection Process was as important and could possibly save as much money over a similar period of time as installing solar panels.Another advantage that my wife (who hates dusting more than any other household chore) enjoys from this procedure is that dust in the home has been greatly reduced.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Fast response, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We moved into a newly renovated home to find we had an infestation of rats in our attic! My husband scoured the internet trying to find someone to help us because I was completely anxious and terrified. I emailed on a Sunday and within the hour I received a phone call from Travis. He came to our home first thing Monday morning to give us a free estimate. He had a detail planned with fees emailed to me by the end of the afternoon that same day. When we accepted his plan he was out there that Friday to clean, sanitize, secure, and place new insulation. Him and his crew worked hard from 7 am to 4pm and were extremely diligent. Even though they had a very urgent emergency Dave came out took care of a small wasp nest near the roof in our backyard. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He even alerted me to an area with black widows near our gate! We will definitely hire First Inspection Services again, plus we feel good that they are veteran-owned! What a blessing!

Travis, the owner, came out for an inspection and recommended I get in touch with the state dept or call the company that initially treated my home during escrow because he determined my termite inspection (from when I bought the house) was wrong. I was very impressed with First Inspection right from the first phone call...I had called 4 other companies prior to getting a hold of First Inspection the 4 prior companies could not give me a price without making an appointment to do an inspection on my house, it was really frustrating. As a former resident of Alaska and Washington I am not familiar with the many creatures of Arizona. I called First Inspection Services Christmas Eve and the owner responded immediately to my email letting me know they were closed and would be here the day after Christmas. By 8am 12/26 my phone was ringing and this wonderfully comforting voice could be heard on the other end. Tyler let me know he was going to take care of my rat (later found out it was a field mouse) problem and assess any additional needs when he arrived. Tyler arrived in his truck that had Family owned since 1999 painted on it and another gentleman stepped out with him who turned out to be his father Travis. These two gentleman were so professional that by the time they left I felt not only had my problem been taken care of because of their very thorough inspection, they educated me about the creatures of Arizona and actually gave me ideas about how we could better secure our home from snakes as well. Great people! Travis came by on short notice to inspect the house we were buying for termites. As he was looking the house over he caught a few things the home inspector missed. He found no termites, but did find some rodent droppings. We hired him to come back and clean those up. He also noted that the insulation in our attic was lacking in a few places so we hired him again to blow some in. He and his son spent this afternoon and blew in a large number of bags of insulation - going above and beyond what they estimated, correcting issues that had been there since the house was built - like no insulation over the master bedroom. Thanks Travis, our future comfort and utility bills thank you!

I absolutely LOVE First Inspection! We had been using them for quite some time and decided to switch to Truly Nolan which was a HUGE mistake. Truly promised they would do all these things for us and never did (clean our attic, patch holes in our house, seal our garage etc). I had to call Truly 4 times to try to get a hold of someone to come out and do all these things and was then told we had to pay for it (after the guy said he would do it for free). I was very unhappy so I asked First Inspection to take us back and they did no questions asked! We had an issue with scorpions when we moved in and since we have been using First Inspection they are gone. The first week we had Truly I found 2 spiders in my house, I called them (like they asked) to come out and spray again and they never called me back to set up an appointment. First Inspection came back to my house right away when we had any issues at the beginning, now I have not seen anything since they have been coming once a month. I highly recommend First Inspection!

While in the process of purchasing a historic Victorian home, I found myself in need of a termite inspection above and beyond the average home inspection. The house was built prior the advent of termicides, and there are lots of nooks and crannies. I needed someone to crawl around under the house and fully inspect the attic.
