After being a loyal customer for 3 years now, I’ve decided not to return. I have been a regular with Lee the entire time. Although she seems cranky and down right rude most times, she is usually very good at what she does. So I take the bad attitude and deal with it for the sake of nice nails. Lord knows it’s difficult to find a good nail tech.However, after my last visit I will NEVER go back. Per usual, this day I’d noticed she was very cranky. I always assume maybe she’s annoyed because it’s so busy or perhaps she’s just a very unhappy person or having a bad day. It certainly shows in her appearance. I truly try not to take it personal.While I was waiting for my regular nail tech to start,I asked another nail tech if they’d gotten any new colors because I swear it seems like they never have new colors.She told me they had not gotten any new colors. After my regular nail tech started my nails I asked her rather they’d get any new nail colors coming soon. She got incredibly snappy with me and said very rudely, “ we have new colors, what are you talking about¿”. I then said, well I asked someone else if you had any new colors and they told me no.She became incredibly irritated and it showed. She said to me that there were no new colors out this season.I explained to her that this was not truth because I’d just left a big beauty convention where there were plenty of new seasonal colors. I believe this further annoyed and irritated her because I was calling her out. Quite frankly, she didn’t know what in the world she was talking about. She didn’t know she was talking to a industry insider.Once she was done with my nails, I go to checkout and I noticed I was being charged $16 more than what I’ve ever been charged before. It is ALWAYS the same price. I asked her why the cost was so much more and she completely fast talked me and never gave me a logical definitive reason as to why I was paying so much more than usual.On top of that my nails have never been so sloppily done in my life. They looked nothing like what I asked for, and are very lumpy and poorly done. I truly believe she was being funny and purposely did an awful job and basically robbed me of $16 for no “APPARENT” reason.It’s hurtful and disappointing that I could be so loyal to a salon and person and be treated with such rudeness and nastiness, and would do me so wrong. So because of all this I would never go back to BB Nails and will leave my review on every review platform possible.Good luck!!!!

BROKEN NAIL AFTER ONE DAY. DO NOT GO HEREI had a baby shower event and had to get my nails done. When I first walked in everything seemed fine but when I showed them the design I wanted -a simple rose gold or gold nail look - they told me they didn’t have what I wanted and that I was going to have to change some things in order to get my nails done. I ended up going with mostly all white nails because the nail tech I had wasn’t doing anything right. My nails were shorter on one hand than the other. Multiple nails were crooked and I had to have her redo multiple nails multiple times. I ended up spending 2 hours in there for a very simple set. I could tell she was getting frustrated at me asking her to redo things and eventually she got up and left me without finishing my hands. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to do that. After I left I went home and one of the nails popped off just from me typing on my computer! I wasn’t doing anything rough or putting any hard pressure on my nails. The next day another nail broke off just as easy as the first one. This place does not do a good job on simple nails. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

If only you knew how long Ive been searching for a mancurist throughout the DFW who could execute a good almond/oval nail shape. Ive been here twice, with two different ladies (Summer and Le) and they have each done a beautiful, neat job shaping and grooming my nails. Safe to assume that the entire Staff are consistent in delivering great service. Usually, I stick to doing my manicures at home but now I no longer have to. They are the best in town! This will now be my go-to for manicures.

My daughter and I have used this place twice and they have been wonderful!! They dont nickel and dime you for shape and designs and they do a great job. This will definitely be my new go-to nail place.

The ladies here are just the nicest and are so precise. I brought in a slightly complicated design and they were able to do a beautiful version of it and Im so happy with how my nails turned out. I think this will be my go to salon from now on!

Miss Lee was my nail tech and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Miss Lee is prompt and attentive. I have only been here twice but both times were fabulous! I have been obsessed with my nails every time I left! The first time I got a pedicure which was amazing and then I also got my nails done. I added tips and went with dip which I’ve gotten before and I just love it. I would and will recommend BB nails to any one of my friends and even strangers. This is my new place and I will keep coming back!

I have to update my review sadly. I absolutely love this place, but they have been late on my appointments almost every time. It is not 30 past my appointment time and they still haven’t serviced me. We make appointments so we can schedule around it and it sucks when I have to leave because they were so late. The nail techs are good but they aren’t going to be good with honoring appointment time, so make sure you come with your evening free.

Usually I would give this place five stars, I have been here a few times now and it has quickly become one of my favorite places. However, they have some consistency issues. I made an appointment this time for 10:00am, they had me sit for 40 min. I felt like they rushed through my manicure and now my dip powder is lighter and more transparent on the end of my nails since they didnt do enough layers. Usually I love their hand massages they give, since they seemed in such a rush and I was deprioritized I did not even get a massage this time. This hasnt been my usual experience with this place but they definitely went down in stars for me.

Jessica is my go to, she’s so welcoming and great at her work. I am so loyal to this business. Thank you Jessica for everything you do!

My manicure wasnt even but I didnt notice til i left. Otherwise great nail salon friendly employees.7 months later:I come back and get another semi uneven manicure and after 2 days the nail polish of my gel manicure just peeled off on two of my nails while washing my hands. The gel manicure did not even last a week. They all started peeling at the corners. I think this place is nice if you are getting a regular manicure and pedicure. I will say as well I have never got an uneven pedicure from here just manicure; come if you just want a regular manipedi nothing else. My last thing to say is the employees are cordial not nice.

2nd time here. This time I had a new set of tips and requested French manicure (dip). The nail tech took her time, paid a lot of attention to detail and they look awesome! Seriously, Im a picky person, and I cannot be happier. Nails are a little longer than I like, but that was my error. I also had the tropical pedicure, with French on toes. Again, the provider took her time, had to really work to clean up my feet (flip flop calluses/old polish on toes), and they look great.I think they are just a little pricey ($102 for services), but honestly their quality of work is top notch and the price naturally reflects that. Ill keep going back!

Just got our pedicures done and we love it. Fancy and classy, the spirits were generous and the one serving was a complete gentlemen. Booking an appointment was effortless uhmmmmmm I love it. Hurry up for the grand opening discount (30%) Im not sure how long the grand opening is so call them for more info.

I’ve been too BB Nails several times, sometimes alone, sometimes with someone. It never fails that every time I come with someone and we have an appointment they always start on one of us right away then start on the other person 35-40 mins later. I went with my friend and we had a 4:00 appointment. They started on me right away and they started on my friend at 4:40 when my toes were being painted. Two ladies came in after us and they started on both of them before they started on my friend. This is unacceptable. They used to be very busy, but now they aren’t. I see why. Will not be coming back.

Le did my nails today. First time here getting a service and they were so good. Very clean, wearing masks at all times including customers, can’t wait to go back!

I drop by here today to get my nails done while my boyfriend was across the street at the dentist. I had one injured nail and three nails missing nails from my last set. I got the old Nails removed and a short Square dip powder set. The facility is small and they have a small staff. But it is extremely hygienic and glamorous. Its extremely relaxing and quiet to be here, very different experience from the Giant nail salons. Great complimentary drinks, you get 2. There is a bit of a wait time but I think it was worth it as they saw me as a walk in. It took about 2 hours to do my full set and I had about five different people alternating to work on my nails. I had some time to kill, so its not a big deal and Id rather them take their time than to rush. It would be smart to make an appointment if time is of the essence. I give this place five stars because my nails turned out great, and the price listed on the menu was the price that I paid, they didnt charge me extra for anything which is really nice. My boyfriend has about 5 more dentist appointment so Ill likely come back here.

I found this little gem via google and I am so excited that I did! It’s 2 minutes from my apartment and conveniently located next to a Starbucks. Pricing is about the same as the previous nail salon I went to so that was good. Service was excellent and the ladies there made good conversation and made me feel welcomed. Can’t wait to go back!

I love BB Nails!! They have it all: quality, friendliness, & cleanliness.The salon is spotless. They don’t have the normal nail dust scattered over equipment. Everything is wiped clean. The setup is great and sets a great mood. The quality is 10/10. I have never had a bad service here! I always walk away very happy! And greatest of all is their staff! Everyone is so friendly and I am always impressed how well they remember their customers. I actually left Texas for 7 months and upon coming back, they remembered me and my fiancé! BB nails is the absolute best! Le is my favorite but I also love Summer and Jessica. They are all very friendly yet professional. My dipping powder lasts for 4 weeks and still looks perfect. I live in Frisco but I will always make the drive to BB NAILS in the colony.

I went in to get my nails done yesterday with my mom. They immediately got started on my nails because I had on acrylics but made my mom wait. There were three able bodied women in there at the time but they all went to the back of the store and did not service my mother which resulted in her leaving. The woman doing my nails did not even apologize when my mother left. I asked the woman who did my nails to make them thick but she brushed off my request. Before going in I called to ask what the price would be. The woman on the phone said $39. Well, the woman that did my nails charged me$52. I asked her why and she began to list things that didn’t even make sense. She charged me for length even though she even said that the nails were the same length as my nail bed. While getting my nails done I saw TWO BIG ROACHES crawling around the store. I was so disgusted I didn’t say anything I just wanted to leave. Today, I bumped my pinky nail on something and the whole tip snapped off. I will not be going back to get it repaired and if I could rate this place as 0 I would. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Had a great time, fantastic attentive staff, detail oriented, friendly and very helpful, loved how my manicure and pedicure turned out and they always take great care of my friends that I bring that haven’t had a manicure or pedicure before.

The team that worked on January 11 was amazing. They did an amazing job with my best friend and wifes pedis. Both of them were so stressed and unhappy this day before walking in, and these folks, especially Summer, turned their whole day around. My wife and I are not from Texas. We are from Iowa. This was an amazing treat, while on vacation.

Didnt last long, but looked great and had a great experience.I came in on a Friday evening a little over an hour before they closed for a pink and white set and pedicure. I was tended to fairly quickly. I told the lady exactly how I wanted my nails and she made it happen. She took her time and didnt rush it which I was especially appreciative of. The lady who did my pedicure was great too.My ONLY complaint is that my nails started to lift 8 days after getting them done. Before I knew it this last Saturday one popped off and then another. I just had to take them all off because everytime I ran my fingers through my hair it would get caught under the nail.So disappointing because they were perfect! Im not sure why they came off so fast. I can usually get nails to last a few weeks, but I didnt even get to the half way point with this set. :(Great customer service, but longevity isnt there

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel an obligation to do so because my health has been affected after getting my nails done here this past summer. I would get my nails done here every 3 weeks - month. On one of my visits, I noticed that there was some yellow discoloration on my nails so i mentioned it to the nail tech. She said that it was most likely water that never dried and she proceeded with the dip powder. I returned a next time but this time my nails were hurting, they were brittle, and 3 of the nails had fungus.... so I mentioned it to the only male that works there. He treated my nails with a strengthening nail polish, he filed them, and again, told me that it was water that didn’t dry up. So I took his word for it because my nails have always been in excellent condition and I wasn’t educated in the fungus. He proceeded by charging me $10 for “the treatment.” Which in my opinion is ridiculous considering the fungus obviously care from this nail salon. I paid because I don’t mean any harm or like confrontation. I started using home remedies but it never really cured it. Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago, one of my fingers was really infected and swollen. I Left work and headed to CareNow. The doctor prescribed an ointment and antibiotics to treat the infection. My nails are still in recovery after approximately 6 months. I am so disgusted with the situation. Don’t get me wrong, the workers are super nice but the situation could’ve been avoided with proper care and info. I hope you ladies avoid getting your nails done so often and really pay attention to where you’re getting your nails done. These people will file your nails down way too much and they don’t clean their utensils properly.

I had previously had good appointments here but after making an appointment a week ahead and requesting a specific woman to do my pedicure I was given someone who cut my big toe and made it bleed. The woman I requested was working on the woman next to me. Annoying. Then I was left waiting one hour and 20 minutes past my scheduled dip manicure. No apology. No adjustment in price for my inconvenience. My suspicion is they took walk ins and double booked which is unacceptable when I was texted back to confirm my appointment and showed up on time. Looking elsewhere now. Sad.

I’ve been coming loyally since the day they opened and never paid more because I don’t like square nails. Your prices were already a little higher but didn’t mind because of the excellent service. But to be told I always should have been charged the extra $5 is not right. The shape today is actually pointer then usual, I just like rounded corners but just thought I’d try something new. And you didn’t have the toe color I wanted today so you improvised and I really don’t like the color either. Youve lost a customer. Just didn’t like how I was treated today. Square nails free any other shape $5 more. FYI

When you get dip nails they do not give you a manicure with the dip. Which was a little weird.. most places include the cuticles, massage, soak but they just do the dip. So a little pricey for the nails.Still had my nail and skin underneath stuck after I got home so I had to file them down myself.

I’ve came here for about 6 months now, and I’m so pleased every time I leave. SUMMER has always done my nails, and she by far is the sweetest, cutest, caring nail tech I’ve ever experienced. Honestly, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. They are so busy, which is not their fault, and it’s best to make an appointment so you don’t have to wait much long. I’ve been to way too many other nail salons where I’d give them 3 chances to get it how I want them, and I’ve never found a place until now. Summer, and I’m sure the other techs, ask you specific questions like what shape, how long, let me know if it hurts you, etc. other place just want you in and out in 30 min. Make an appointment and GO HERE! :)

Went in for a full set, and was NOT happy with my nails.I previously had my nails done really long (from another skin), so I told my technician I wanted them a little shorter this time. When she went to cut them, she asked me if I was okay with the length. The length she had was a little too short so I said for them to be a little longer. After which when she cut them they were back to that short length I didn’t like.After she had cut the tips of the nails, I told her I didn’t like them and that they were too short. Her response was “that is how long you told me” and instead of fixing the problem she continued. I was angry and thoroughly annoyed. I just let her finish, layer and left.My technician did not listen to me at all, and in turn I HATE how my nails look.

My experience was terrific. My nails look beautiful. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service was great.

Friendly, professional salon. They did a wonderful job on my nails. I recently moved to Texas and I was lucky enough to have found the perfect salon for me on the first shot. The complimentary cocktails were a pleasant, welcomed surprise! 🍹The only thing that I didnt like was the receptionist was more interested in gossiping with a group of women than doing her job! She looked at me from the pedicure are when I walked in, yet waited for the owner to come over to see what services I needed. The phone would ring and ring, but she never answered it until the owner finally told her to answer it, then she rolled her eyes because it took away from her gossiping! REALLY??? Just a thought for the owner, find someone who wants to be there to work! Rant over!! You wont be disappointed with BB Nails! 💅
