My home has open space on two of my three sides and it includes the Big Wash below. I have lived here since 2004 and knowing Pack Rats were inside my addict I would set traps from time to time however it was time to clean the whole Rat Pack out of my home and property. Northwest sent out a Certified Exterminating Inspector and survey the entire area and addict and prepared a contract. The schedule of work was very well planned and they clean the addict sealed all area where any entrance to the house could be made. They went to the outer area in the open space and completely cleared four areas where pack rats were nested and the area of each was totally leveled. This whole project entailed different specialist for Northwest and they worked extremely hard and knew what had to be done. This whole project took many days and there was follow up when the job was completed. I was Very Impressed with Northwest Extermination and very happy with the way they handled this project.

The representatives from Northwest Exterminating are always courteous and professional and always keep appointments timely. Peter and David performed the perimeter barrier treatment. They were efficient, professional and did a fantastic job! Before that, Miguel performed the annual overall inspection. Then explained the service/warranty work that we would need. Also discussed the cost and benefits of having the perimeter treatment done. No pressure or arm-twisting sales tactics, just the facts, which I appreciate. Was nice that NWE offered promotional pricing this summer. That was part of the reason we went ahead with the treatment. Thanks to all at Team NWE.

We use Northwests convenient quarterly service which also offers follow up treatment between visits as needed. We have only needed the follow up service once in the several years weve had the service but it is nice to know its there if needed.

They are always on time, polite and knowledgeable. They send you emails to remind you of your upcoming service appointments. They also give you in writing everything they did for you. They are awesome.

I don’t have to worry about anything, I get a reminder before they come and a report after. Just wish they built a better plan like a package deal since we use them for bugs service AND pre n post emergent AND mosquito AND termite

Concert tickets missing after two techs were alone in my apartment all day for heat treatment. Filed police report and voided the tickets so good luck using them. Do not trust this company alone in your home.

These guys are right next to the Rillito River Disc Golf course and sometimes people throw discs over the fence (especially beginners and when there are strong winds). They yell at people for driving into their parking lot to retrieve discs, and Ive heard they just throw peoples discs away. It wouldnt be that hard for them to throw them back over the fence, but I guess they just prefer to be bad neighbors.If they handle themselves that poorly with members of the community, I wouldnt let them anywhere near my house.

Consider a different local business that treats employees equally. As well as has their internal organization down, that way you know your pest control is top knotch. I have been both their customer and their employee. Hopefully they turn it around its affecting services for me as their customer now.

We have been so pleased with the service from Northwest Exterminating over the past 3 years. We have lots of scorpions, centipedes, cockroaches, spiders and various other little bugs that would love to come inside our home. They do a great job and are very thorough with their spraying. When we started using their service 3 years ago there would occasionally be a pest that would still make it inside, sometimes alive sometimes dead on arrival from the spray. Whenever wed have this happen, I would call Northwest and they would promptly send out a tech for a quick touch up spray at the sites we saw the intruders. Though happily we havent had that happen in a long time now with their continued quarterly service. Would definitely recommend!

Called them 2 or 3 times for a rat problem. Each time within months the rats came back and finally they just said they have nothing they can do. Waste of a lot of money and time with absolutely no help. They just took a ton of money and did nothing. Call literally anyone else. Watching a bunch of YouTube videos and doing it yourself would probably be more helpful.

The people are their asset. Professional, and knowledgeable.I feel confident they know their products and service.

I unhappy with their service I paid close to $200 to have some bees 🐝removed from my house the bees never went and the problem is even worse than before now I called them back and told them about it and they they wanted another $200 to come back out poor service

When we hired them to remove the bee hive in our front porch, they took care of it within an hour or so and to these days we don’t have anymore bee issue. We are currently having them to help us to remove rodents In the attic and screen the mouse entry points. The technician team is very professional and friendly. Save your money worse company ever. constantly called to have weeds sprayed in areas were it clearly was on diagram on paper but technician never sprayed area. Still have weeds after a year in a halve. DIY better job done than using these guys...

3 days ago I had this company to my property for bee removal. Today, the bees were still there. The only way their 30 day contract is good is if you agree to spend much more with them to have them tear into your house looking for honeycomb. .If there is honeycomb their warranty is useless. Have you ever heard of a hive without honeycomb? Buyers beware!

I was a long time customer until I complained and they just blew me off. Paid for many years of Centricon Termite monitoring then I notice I have lots of termites. Their tech walked by the 3 areas for over a year and never said a word. When I complained they blew me off, made 2 appointments to see what we could do and never showed for either one. I think you will be happier with a smaller company that actually values your business. They have gotten to be too big !

I have been with Northwest Exterminating with an annual termite warranty for many years and have been a long time customer. This warranty been fine as long as there is no activity of termites found inside the home. Their response time for a long time customer when termite tubes are coming out of the walls and floors is non responsive. I am glad my warranty coverage will end soon. I will never do business with Northwest Exterminating again and have to deal with their horrible customer service.

My mother and I have been with this company for a long time, in the past year the service has been extremely below average, I feel extremely uncomfortable even calling because all I get is a rude customer service rep. Customer Service from management and technicians was really poor and these people are literally crooks and dishonest. I would personally would never use them if I had a choice, but unfortunately my apartment complex attempts to force them on tenants who then get stuck paying because both the exterminating company and the complex work in cahoots.

Horrible company and horrible Customer Service. This company took my payment in 2017 Nov and then never charged my credit card for a termite warranty. Just found out that they didnt renew my warranty and now they want to charge me over a thousand dollars to renew the warranty. Then after doing research they basically said that I lied about my experience and refused to fix. I will take my business else where and share my experience on Social Media. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NORTHWEST EXTERMINATING......

My moms house had an issue with a bee hive that was contained to a little decorative birdhouse in her tree. They didnt come out as promised, claiming they couldnt find the address, however, they didnt call to get additional directions. I called the next day and they told me they would be out as soon as possible. Bees were removed as promised, along with the birdhouse.Then they charged me $25.00 more than they quoted. I called for explanation and basically they said that they CSR that took the call told me if they have to remove the hive it was $25.00 for every 15 minutes. I told them that the CSR didnt tell me that. They told me that the supervisor would listen to the recording of the call and get back to me. Well no return call.Be careful when you use these people; watch your bill and make sure they come out as promised.Will not use them again.

Payed for full yard treatment, it was never done. They only spot sprayed. $120 out the window.

My parents just had their home treated by Northwest. From the beginning, with the Inspector Chuck that came to give the estimate, Nanette on the phone, or Tony and Roman that came to do the actual work we have been very pleased with their service.

Yes this is Jerry Johnson we have three texts come out to my house to put in stations for termites the the same night we got up we had no power to our outside landscape light and I had called the next day to see if they can fix it which they also broke my water line to my irrigation system so they came out the next day with the same with one of the same Tech and a supervisor so they were going to fix my irrigation system which they didnt have the equipment to do my husband have to supply them with the supplies from our own closet and they also told my husband they said to prove that they had cut at electrical line in our front yard but they told us to prove it so I called Carl the supervisor and he was a little snotty with me so I called him and he told me to hire an electrician to find the problem and to prove that they had did it so they can reimburse us well my husband was so upset at them I had called called and explained to him not to come out we did hire an electrician we took out our front landscape light so Im just giving some information I just dont like the way they told us to prove it will they did it so anyways Im just giving my two cents thank you

NW maintains our property for weed and pest control on a monthly basis, preforming both pre and post emergent spraying.

I am changing my rating. I called them twice in the last few weeks to add more termite bait traps around my new shed. I was told I would receive a call back both times with no calls. I have decided that when my contract is over, I will be using one of their competitors. Obviously this company does not need more $$$.
