Dave was very helpful in identifying the owner of a snake skin discovered in my yard. Happily, it was from a rat snake. Thanks Dave!

David was VERY prompt with responding to an email I sent, in fact, within a couple hours!! Impressive! My dog found a shedded snake skin on our patio, and since we had 2 rattlesnakes last year, I was wondering who had left this on my patio. I sent him pictures and when he responded, I knew it was a “good” rat snake! I would definitely call him with any wildlife removal problems I have in the future!

We could hear some kind of noise in the ceiling of our home one night while we were trying to sleep. I wanted to look in the attic to see what it was, but really knew better. I didnt know what kind of little critter was up there and wasnt going to put myself at risk.Instead, decided to call these guys. I had used them about 11 years ago to get rid of a persistent termite problem that we had. They had been great back then, and were great this time as well. Mark came out about three hours after we called. He discovered that we had a group of squirrels that had broken a mesh screen in the event and were getting access into our attic through there.He told us the most sensible thing was to lead the squirrels do the work for us. He put up some kind of trap on the outside where the squirrels were getting in. This allowed them to get out but they could not get back into the house. It worked like a charm.By the next morning all of the squirrels were out of our attic. Mark came back about nine the next morning. He fixed the spot where the squirrels were getting in and removed off the trap he had set. It worked like a charm. We haven’t heard those noises since. There was a lot of cleanup to do because of the mess they made, but at least they were gone. Thank you Mark for doing a great job. You are a great guy and very good at what you do.

They are highly reliable and punctual, thats what you get with them and even much more. Wildlife removal proved their worth with an excellent rodent removal job. It was nice having you guys put in the needed work to remove these rodents for good.

They helped us trap some raccoons that were regularly passing through our backyard. They were always responsive, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

My waiter was disgusting, he did not look well groomed, which disgusted me because he is handling my food. I asked him several times for creamer and sugar, kept saying ok everytimecivasked for sumthing then forget. I had to go search on other tables for creamer and sugar. The other customers in the area were highly upset for the same reason. The waiter was serving another table, the customer was standing up attending her child in a booster seat he stopped her and said heres your plate rather then setting it on the table like a normal waiter. ..... food was good but service was not ... the manager ended up stepping in and had another waiter take over .

I had problem with rats nesting in my attic. Randy came out. He looked over house, set traps, caught the rodents, cleaned up poop, and rodent proofed my home. He did exactly what he said he was going to do.
