When i went to appy for an apartment with Solano Springs Apartments, the manager Monica was very freindly and helpful. She has a great positive attitude. She made me feel very welcomed. I truly hope i am able to rent from Solano Springs Apartments.

Monica at the leasing office was the best! She got me in on a days notice when another complex wouldn’t let me move in. She’s very nice and did everything by the book, able to get my application in and she continues to provide the best service. Always respectful and compassionate with a smile on her face!

The neighbors and staff are friendly and the pool is nice. However, it is an absolutely disgusting place. They ignored an AC leak (that i requested to be fixed multiple times) for so long that the tiles fell on me with about a gallon of disgusting water that had been pooled in there. I have complained about cockroaches multiple times. Pest control came to look and suggested further treatment for german cockroaches in my apartment (which i keep pretty clean). They said that scheduling treatment had to be done through the office here. Its been over a week and I have not received one call. Dont live here unless you are okay with this.

Came to apartment complex to apply for an apartment and Monica was very attentive. She walked me through the online application and helped me every step of the way. She was very friendly and and always had a positive attitude and very happy to help me. Greeted me with a smile and showed me how to use the laundromat and showed me where my mailbox was located. I would highly recommend her to anyone to help with services. And I am really enjoying my apartment here at Solano Springs and would recommend to friends and family to their next home🤗🤗. I’ve lived here for 3 years and this apartment complex has gone way down hill after covid. Management does not reinforce quiet hours at 10pm people will be partying with loud music until 3am and nothing is done! Dogs barking all night because everyone bought a dog during lock down. The washing machines stain your clothes and management does nothing to fix it. They don’t spray for bugs like they say, so expect bugs! I’ve had maintenance come over 3 times for the same thing and it is still not fixed. Management does not send you package reminders like they use to and don’t email you when the water is turned off or any other important things you need to know EXCEPT anything that affects their wallet.

Beautiful place! Monica went beyond to help me and my SO through the process of getting an apartment here. She is attentive, informative and made sure to walk us through step by step. I just moved here and I already feel at home! 😄

I love living here at Solano springs apartments, Ana, Alexis, Monica, and Jose and Luis are the best they get things done fast and Andrea the new manger is very good and listens to o you and what you need

I love these apartments monica is super AWESOME she makes you feel at home whenever you talk to her shes loving and careing !!! :D alexis is awesome to shes the one who got me into the apartments would highly recommend they will take care of any problem they work with you there easy to get ahold of whether its email or the phone or even going into the office they always keep the complex nice and clean :) I been here 6 months already ! I have been living here for about a month and I am extremely happy. The office staff Lexi is very helpful and the new manager has been very nice as well. The maintenance man Manny has been very professional and knows how to fix anything. I had an issue with the ac unit and with in 10 min of me making the call he is already at my door or any issue Ive had he is also very friendly and attentive. The apartment complex is quiet havent had any issues with neighbors. I highly recommend living here, I really appreciate the office staff and Manny for making me feel comfortable!

My experience here has been amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Management is AMAZING! They are always willing to accommodate every need I have with absolutely no problem! The area is super convenient, with stores, shops, restaurants, and much more nearby! I love it here! I strongly recommend!

I chose Solano Springs because the apartments are very spacious, have updated kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new carpet and flooring, a huge bedroom closet and a storage room. My apartment was very clean and move in ready. The landscaping is beautiful and the property is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional, and made the rental process smooth and worry free. I would highly recommend Solano Springs to anyone that is looking for an apartment to rent, I have already recommend it to family and friends.

Have been living in this apt complex for little over 4 years. Amazing place to live. Staff always smiling and in a happy mood. Maintenance team always fast to respond when something in my apt is needing to get fixed. Alexis (assistant manager) always helpful and good and her job.

For a first time renter it was very hard for me to decide where the right place for me to live was. And as soon as I walked in to the office I knew I had to live here. The management was so nice and helpful. The inside of the apartments are very big and nice also up to date. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a very nice and comfortable place to call home.

Ive been here going on 7 years,& it gets better & better. The apartments are nice& maintained. & Management & employees are friendly & they do get repairs done quickly,& done right. Most of the people friendly,& small pets are welcome & rude mother in laws will not be tolerated.. No seriously Ive been happy here. I say hello & go my way. Come check us out....

We recently moved back to the apartments and the new management staff is GREAT! Arturo has been nothing but understanding and caring. He has really bent backwards for me and my family. Just got new management and they are even more rude then the previous. They arent knowledgeable at all. They tell you what you want to hear but still fail to provide positive results. The plumbing is noisy and not always working. The laundry room has had a sign up for about 3 months saying it is being remodeled yet we see no changes at all. There has yet to be any security seen in almost 11 months from several residents. Outdoor things are often stolen which is why they wont allow you to keep anything out on your porch or balcony. The carpet is disgusting. Doors are like a foot off the ground allowing heat/cold air in underneath. Maintenance guy finally shows up after weeks of waiting and then says he left his tools at home and then you fall back down on the repair list for HIS faults. I am not renewing a lease here!

Leasing agent and the manager are the best, they have helped me a lot, whenever I need them they are aware of me, they take care of the property and their residents, I am very happy living in Solano Springs, its my home and all the neighbors get along very well, It is a comfortable place and close to everything, you can not live in a better place than in Solano Springs.

Nice place very chill but maintenance takes forever to fix your issue and the landlord doesn’t check up on it either you kind have to keep complaining about it until it’s fixed

We just finished our 1 year lease. From the start web had a bad experience with the maintenance, our bathroom roof would leak and it got to the point where it was sinking in so much we were scared it would fall on the kids when they showered. We got a laundry and pool key about 3 months ago (imagine how much we struggled to do laundry) Theres new management and they seemed to be better than the ones before so we signed a new lease! Our apartment got broken into and all our electronics, my fiancés Colognes, hats, our daughters piggy bank, even our toilet paper, laundry soap and our knife were stolen.. Maintenance did show up right away and fixed our door since it wouldnt even close and they let us cancel the new lease that hadnt yet started without harming our credit but they made us pay our last 30 days assuring us they would give us our money back if we moved out before. Indeed, we are moving out 5 days before and they dont wanna pay us back. I noticed today they lowered the rent to 550 which we were paying 625...hmm you wonder why? There are 6 empty apartments just in the building where my apartment is at, the people who stole from us are getting evicted so thats 7. Unless you like dealing with rude people in the office and wanna install a security system & never open your blinds so they wont see your TV and steal it, I would never recommend these apartments.. Did I mention the patio stinks like marijuana?
