So let’s start with how kind and knowledgeable Catalina is. She will easily and thoroughly explain anything you wanna ask with no attitude like I would say she enjoys doing her job well with a smile. She will give you great customer service with some humor too. On top of I’d give her an 11/10

I live at Sedona Springs, and our gas has been out of our stove since Friday. But the girls in the office have been amazing. While I understand that it’s not their fault this could be extremely frustrating, especially not having an exact end date. But Catalina and Christina have been over communicating and even helped me with my renters insurance. They are also going to be giving me a hot plate to cook on until this is fixed. it’s still frustrating but they are doing everything they can.

Catalina hohl in the office is the best manager of an apartment complex I have ever dealt with. We had some issues with the complex and she resolved them in a very fast and courteous manner. I love these apartments. If your looking to live somewhere this is the spot.

Catalina is the best, always quick to resolve any issues I have. The staff is so sweet and helpful. I dont see myself moving out as long as Catalina is around, she knows how to keep this place running. Would recommend my friends and family to move here. Thank you to our staff and maintenance :)

Ive lived here a couple months and its been a rollercoaster with maintenance issues (power outages, broken AC, pests, moving units due to storm damages, etc), however, the maintenance manager Olin S. is outstanding and his crew is always working hard to fix damages. I absolutely love my new apartment and Catalina was generous enough to have it renovated without any extra charges. The maintenance guys work hard and it doesnt go unnoticed! :)

This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived. The staff is incredibly rude and seems to push me out the door when I have an issue. The staff never sends out emails about maintenance projects that are planned. Our power has been shut off without warning for a week. Our gas was out for a FULL MONTH AND A HALF with no warning. Our water was shut off without any warnings or messages and it completely disrupts our incredible busy schedule. We could work around the apartments schedule if only they would notify us. HUGE disappointment and definitely not recommending anyone to live here due to the lack of respect and professionalism this apartment provides.. Also - security doesn’t even work so why bother?

Don’t expect to get your deposit back. I scrubbed every inch of my apartment. It was cleaner than when I moved in. No damages on my part. July 2021

The most unprofessional management i have ever dealt with, everything is breaking in this complex. Swimming pool has been down whole summer. There was a gas leak that took 3.5 weeks to fix. Now cooling system is down for several days in the desert heat. Talk to management and they ablsolutely dont care, asked for atleast a fan and they said we dont provide that. Even so many inconveniences they refuse to lower your rent.

This place is absolutely disgusting the air has been out for almost a week that’s the temperature inside our apartment I have a NEWBORN I’d never recommend this place it’s all false advertising they work on the outside to look nice to attract potential residents don’t fall for it your apartment will look nothing like what they show everything is out dated and they shut stuff of without warning and then want to send emails after so many complaints today is the 6th day with no air conditioning a rent reduction should be suitable please don’t spend money here we pay way to much for what we get gaped doors so all types of bugs get in no hot water when needed the power goes out often it’s always something with the way this place is ran it should only be about $4-5 hundred at the most my goodness the pools are green the water machines don’t work the gas gets shut off so laundry is out the door unless you go somewhere else it’s ridiculous

The manager Catalina was very professional when we had a few Issues. I would recommend the community to my friends and family.

Because i chose to not pay this redicilous admin fee at the time of the application ( i would have gladly paid it 5x over had it waited till approval of my app first) but no, since i wouldnt give them the extra 150 on top of the 50 they already conned me out they did not even process the application.... and by the sounds of it i dodged a bullet actually. seeing as this complexs reputation appears to be much worse and crime and drug ridden than i first had believed. unfortunate for them they passed up on having a Sheriff living on grounds. oh well ✌️

Exceptional staff who have been very friendly and helpful from the start. Spacious apartments with a unique floor plan. Beautiful grounds with plenty of trees, a dog park, two pools and two laundry rooms. With a dog park and many other amenities as well. Ive been here about 8 months now and my dog and I think its a great place to live.

I dont normally do this but it must be known.Absolute worst place you could ever live! It is roach infested across the property! The office staff is unprofessional and uneducated. They dont fall far from their horrific manager, whose example they follow. Maintenance also lives down to this standard. Yes, the rent is cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for! Law enforcement is on the property multiple times a week. Save your money and live else where... or plan on experiencing problem after problem- guaranteed. P.S. The responses on here are a joke. If they truly strived for a 5 star experience, they would provide that when you’re living there. Not when you write an unsatisfied review.

I love my small studio its very homey. I have been here almost two years. I like the fact that its all utilities included, cable and internet.

Everyone here is so nice. I have to give a shout out to Catalina Hohl, she makes Sedona Springs a welcoming place for everyone.

So many cockroaches I cannot believe that people pay rent here! I know 2 different families who are very clean people and their apartments are filled with roaches and they live in separate buildings!!! No way would I ever pay to live here!!!

This is definitely one best places to look for an apartment. Everyone from the office to the maintenance has been so helpful and welcoming. I worked with Brenden and he explained everything very well and made my process as easy as possible and the other girls in the office were always there for help when needed. I’ve been looking to get out of my parents house for months and haven’t found a place that really clicked for me. I called and spoke with an employee named Bryanna and she was incredible. Very knowledgeable and polite. She took the time to ask me questions and see if this place would be a good fit for me! I appreciate the time and effort she put into our conversation. I came in looking for a bigger apartment for my children & I, we were kindly greeted by Bryanna & she was absolutely wonderful. Any & every question I had she had answered thoroughly, she was incredibly courteous, respectful, and the very definition of what a property manager should be. She gave me precise information regarding pricing, had an immense amount of knowledge regarding the property and managed to not only be professional but also make you feel as though you’d known her forever! Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. 1 year after moving out these people tell me I owe 96$ after a thorough move out walkthrough. This place has roaches, and the air conditioning is extremely weak. DONT MOVE TO THIS DUMP

I called Sedona Springs apartment complex and Bryanna was the woman who helped me. I had many questions about the complex and what they had to offer compared to other complexes. I absolutely love this complex. Vanessa and Brianna are so helpful. I dont know how I would have moved in without their help. They helped this process go smoothly and stress free. Joe the Maintenance Supervisor is also so good. When I toured this complex it was between this complex and another and because the service was so good at Sedona, I chose to move here. They have resident events weekly and make popcorn for us daily. I am so thankful and grateful for this complex and the team.

We toured for a possible relocation; the leasing agent was thoughtful and knowledgeable. The floor plan was well laid out and the grounds were gorgeous! You can tell management takes pride in their community.

Had a nice talk with a leasing agent and scheduled a tour, told her I had a long drive to get there. One very long drive later, just find out they will not give you a tour if you don’t wear a mask even though no one in the office is wearing them... unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

The staff just replaced all of the shower heads and faucets and OMG it is a big improvement. They are always quick with their responses and are great at communicating any new news. Ive been living here for almost 7 years. Its amazing how much the complex has transformed since it was called Mountain Vista once upon a time. The staff are great people and like to throw parties for holidays and special events. The buildings and parking lot are newly repainted so the place looks better than ever. The on-site laundry is super convenient. I recommend Sedona Springs if youre looking for a nice place in central east Tucson :)

The front desk staff is very nice and professional. They have been nothing helpful with any issues that come and maintenance requests. Brianda at the front desk always does follow to make sure things have been handled in a timely fashion.

Helping family move into tucson and their English is very limited and Sedona Springs definitely seems like their top choice now! Brianda was incredible explaining everything both in English and Spanish for them and answering all of their questions and concerns.

Avoid at all costs. Paper thin walls, so you can hear everything going on with your neighbors whether theyre on the top, sides of you or bottom floor. Very dirty inside and out. Literally only choose this place at a very last resort, the reviews boasting about it being great are most likely friends with the leasing department, shocker.On top of all this they will try their very best to tack in tons of hidden fees each month or when you move out. 100% worst experience in my life.
