Every management company and their staff has been absolutely horrible. The neighborhood area that these apartments are located in is filled with homeless people and a lot of crime. They claim to have security staff watching the complex and I had been there for two years and have never seen anyone patrol the complex. The internet is horrible and they do not care but advertise that they offer high speed internet. I was told that I need to contact the internet company to rectify the situation even though it was included in the rent. The hallways and common areas are filthy and smells horrible all the time. The office staff is lazy and never willing to help. The current manager is rude, lies, and never returns phone calls. The maintenance staff is unexperienced and does terrible repair work. Beware of charges when you move out of your unit only to be explained with lies! Stay as far away from these apartments and the management personnel. You are better off paying more for a nicer place to stay.

WiFi down for 3 days. Called office and the leasing staff said it was down for all residents and said they have no idea why it’s down or when it’ll be back up. They have no idea what they’re doing….

Had problems moving in with new management. Didnt receive my parking permit until a week after I moved in. They have fixed most problems with the apartment but the ice machine was never fixed even after maintenance was in here for a good while. My roommates and I have had on and off problems with the apartment since moving here. Was never told if it was fixed or need additional fixing. I dont plan on staying after my lease ends. The apartment is beautiful! I just wish I had a better experience with The Junction at iron horse.

So far, its great! I enjoy my view, and the fact that I live near 4th Avenue. Commuting to the UA campus is no problem! I feel safe all of the time!

I have been living at the Junction since July 2018 and I love how close it is to campus and the downtown area. The amenities are also always kept up and stocked with everything you may need! The noise levels are very low and I have no problem with my neighbors or fellow residents! Highly recommended.

Hands down the best place I couldve lived at the last two years. Distance to the University of Arizona is amazingly close (3-5 min bike ride, 10-15 min walk). Nightlife on 4th Ave and Downtown are even closer. Management is always helpful, friendly and professional. Every time Ive needed help, Ive gotten it promptly and always with a smile. Plus, every Thanksgiving they host an amazing dinner for the residents, among other fun events! Id highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone whos looking for a great place to spend with their friends during undergraduate or graduate school.

Overall the experience is great along with the staff and the maintenance. The amenities are great as well like having cable and a decent wifi. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy at times, as neighbors willsometimes throw big parties or that you can hear people on the street. Besides that, everything is great.

BUYER BEWARE!!!When my roommates and I moved in the apartment was FILTHY and smelled of smoke. The room was much smaller than model. Grace at management preached that it was the same square footage as the model which I find hard to believe. Regardless they are not selling you square footage they’re selling you a ROOM. This doesn’t explain why in the model the bathroom is long and spacious and has a GRANITE VANITY with 6-8 drawers and mine has a total of 3 drawers, the counter top is plastic and my door nearly scrapes the toilet. THE MAIN REASON I SIGNED HERE IS BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS COMPARABLE TO THE DISTRICT which I previously moved from. Where the model is EXACTLY the same as what you got. My mirror was so dirty it needed to be replaced. On top of our move in troubles there has been an ongoing dispute between management for everything. I was promised a gift card along with my roommates and NONE of us have ever received one. I was told for months they hadn’t been ordered and 3 months later I was told they were given out and I hadn’t received one because I wasn’t on the list. Then I was told I wasn’t going to get one because it wasn’t in my LEASE. How ridiculous is that!? It’s a promotion that they run CONSTANTLY. In fact many other apartments do as well and that was their way of wiggling out of their responsibility. I wonder if anyone actually received their gift card. It’s funny because Grace told me she would pay for drawers for me when I complained about the difference in the model vanity and I never received any money and they still fought me tooth and nail not to give me the gift card I deserved. I even had email proof of communication between the old management and myself. There was a homeless man sleeping in the corridor less than 200 ft from my door. This occurred for over a week due to multiple reports and when I went to report it they already knew. That is unacceptable for a place that has “24 hour rotating security.” What is worse is that the residents weren’t notified of this security issue! There was also a murder in the park behind the complex and we received no notification. They claimed that it wasn’t their responsibility but also claim to be a student community. I have never felt more unsafe where I live. My roommate had her car broken into where we live and management told her their were no cameras that showed her PAYED PARKING SPOT.There is a continuous thread of lies, excuses, and deception. I signed my lease months before with the company that previously owned the building and by the time I moved in the new company had taken over for about a month and was completely disorganized. While I understand there are growing pains, the management’s inability to rectify problems with their PAYING RESIDENTS is non existent or maybe this only applies to those Grace likes and those she doesn’t. I heard of other issues with residents who were assigned to a unit without a balcony. Not only were they moved but received compensation through rent... it’s either favoritism or racism because we were also supposed to have a balcony and were told there were no more. In fact, Grace got nasty with our parents on the phone when they confronted her about these issues. It is just horrible. I have never been happy here and they have never attempted to satisfy me. There have been plenty of issues and incidents i haven’t mentioned, but this apartment complex has a lot more work to do and new management is not an excuse for nasty behavior from the property manager. There is a pattern of management taking advantage of students especially those are not white. Many of the residents here international students and i know for a fact i am not the only one with issues here. Unless you’re willing to settle don’t live here because it is not worth the headache and for the money you can find something else.

My experience at The Junction was exactly what I wanted out of it. It is a quick bike ride to school and literal three minute walk to Tucsons nightlife. The management has always been very friendly and will go out of the way to help me with any concerns. I would definitely recommend living here.

This place is a terrible. The 2 reviews you see below from Alexis and Savannah are the employs in the front office. Dont fall for these fake reviews. I am sure they were bribed by the manager Grace to post their reviews. The only positive is the location, but even then seeing homeless people every day isnt always a plus.Grace is the most fake person I have ever met. She will act all happy and relaxed, but in reality shes not this way. Her and the assistant manager Dominque park in the assigned handicap spot daily. Any resident that ever did that would be towed or fined immediately.Grace talks bad about residents, I heard her multiple times calling residents stupid, retarded, and she always laughed it off.Dominque smokes cigarettes on the property and tries to hide it when you approach the office. She brings her child into work like this place is a daycare. They have the corporate office (Pierce Properties) come out twice, each semester to see what can be improved, and no considerations mentioned in the meetings get changed. When I ask the front desk to contact corporate further they would not give me their contact information. Theres a creepy 60+ year old woman that lives on the property that never leaves the study room who talks to her self excessively. It was very annoying especially while trying to study in the study room next door. The walls are also pretty thin, so you hear your neighbors all the time. The management also charges you for the smallest things. They tried to charge me for finding a receipt next to the dumpster and claimed I never threw my trash in the dumpsters. They charge $300 for a transfer fee even if you move units after your lease is up. I went from a 3x3 to a 4x4 and they tried to charge me after I moved into the 4x4 $300 for transferring after my lease was over.By the way, I told corporate about all these things multiple times at the forum events, and no changes ever came The last thing I will end with is the move out inspection. They are trying to charge me $100 for a new paint job in the bed and bathroom, and a carpet stain that all was already in the room when I moved in last August. I will soon being disputing these charges. Also, to stay one extra day they charged me $150 because my new apartment lease did not begin until the next day. There are several other places around the uofa to live at, and I would keep them all in mind instead of living here..

Never had any issues. The best part here is the location (close to DT and 4th Ave). The maintenance team was great and made me feel at home. I rented there for a year and am going back (Oh, and no problems getting my deposit back!). Happy, although the parking is a little scary at night. Good overall!

The Junction is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Very good location. Within walking distance to downtown Tucson, close to shops on 4th avenue, and close to campus! Apartments are very spacious and include stainless appliances as well as very nice granite countertops and hardwood floors. I will be staying here until I graduate, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live!
