If i could give 0 starts I’d do it. Extremely disappointed. This was my first time here and expected to get dip powder ( as i always do ) normally with dip it’s a strong on the nail leaving an acrylic like felling. I could literally bend my nail as if i had no polish on it. The girl thinned out my nails there is powder all over my skin she cut me 3 times and my nails are all different lengths and shape. This is crazy i called for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one. I was told that she didn’t know how to do dip…. Yet allowed her to do my nails. I’m extremely upset and i will never be going back

I went here today for a pedicure and gel manicure. The service was great. I had a different technician for my hands and feet and both were very friendly and made conversation with me. I had to fix one nail that was sticking to the side of my skin. I didnt notice before I left or I would have asked them to do it. After inspection when I came home I noticed a couple nails that they didnt polish all the way to the side of the nail bed and I see one spot where my previous nail color is still there. I know a lot of comments were saying its expensive here. I didnt think so. It was $65 for a pedicure and gel manicure. I dont think they have their prices posted or I didnt see them but that is pretty standard. Ive been trying out new places lately and Ive paid $60 at numerous places for the same services. I think I overheard another customer saying that they charge for gel take off which could explain the $5 difference from other places. Overall Im happy and they didnt hurt me at all. My nails look great and Id return if I was in the area again. The only way Id give them less stars is if the gel polish didnt last two weeks and if that happens Ill update my review.

We had my daughters bridal party go here for the girls to get their nails done. They had everyone done in a decent amount of time and all the employees were so kind !! I would highly recommend going here. Ive been going to this place on and off for years !

I have been coming here for years now and see Lynn. She knows exactly how I want my nails and gets them perfect each time. I always get compliments on my nails whenever i get them done. I dont understand the bad reviews on here but Ive witnesses customers being so rude to the nail techs so dont believe everything you read on here.

My Gal pal and I decided to get pedicures last minute. Amy and Victoria were amazing! They were clean and personable and all around wonderful. Can’t wait to come back

I have been coming to see and nails for five years. I used to live close now I live 15 miles away. I still come back. Hannah and Dan are kind and very professional. I have never had a bad nail tech yet. Great manicures and pedicures.

I have had many pedicures and I have to say this one was sub par. Was disappointed for the money charged. :-(

Love going here and friendly environment, Kevin does a great job. Always happy with my nails, they are also honest if the polish wont look good if they are running low. I have been to many places that will just do it and my nails look so bumpy and uneven after.

I got my nails done for the first time here today. My daughter always comes here and recommend I try it. My daughters nails always look so beautiful. Lan did my nails and she did a great job! I love how she really took her time to make them look so natural. I will be coming back!

I wouldnt have minded the over charged prices if they did an actual good job. They hardly clean the dead skin when they did my pedi and did little to no work on the toes cuticles. My manicure I asked for dip powder twice and both times they didnt do the edges right so it came off in like 8 days, when i used to get it done in Texas it used to last me at least two weeks for the dip. Never coming back again because I already gave them two chances.

I thought it was great at first. Took my grandma for a pedi, mani and I got a shellac coffin nail full set with gel powder. We both got shellac on toes and hands and the total was $170.I went 3 weeks later alone and my full set and toes which are still both shellac and same shape size everything except it was only me this time and I got the chrome glitter on my nail. She told me my pedi was $50. My total was $127 this time.So that doesn’t add up now does it? That would mean last time i came my grandmothers total for a shellac pedi and shellac mani was $43.They couldn’t give me an explanation and proceeded to upcharge me.

The Rudest customer service had an appointment got there the nail tech tells me she has to leave and the owner did not care one bit to accommodate me with anyone says I have to wait 45 minutes for a nail tech didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know that Kelly had to leave but it’s ok for me to wait another 45 minutes been a customer for the past 5 years JUST PLAIN RUDE WILL NEVER GO BACK

Dip nails chipped after 4 days and all of my nails completed lifted off after 8 days.

The worst service bad customer service and horrible job

I got my nails done, a normal manicure. After 8 hours, theyre already chipped, and I can notice my old nail polish underneath the maincure. The staff stared at you rudely and talked, was very uncomfortable. I don’t reccomend this place at all.

This is the best salon I’ve ever been to! The manager Kevin is so respectful to his clients and walk ins even when it’s busy. He never feels rushed and he takes his time. That goes for everyone else, too. They all genuinely care about your service! I mean it when I say everyone is very good as nail techs.

They will not get you into paying for more services than needed. Been going to CN nails over the years for pedicures, returned today because I just started getting my nails done again. Kevin did an excellent job on my French dip!! I’ll definitely be going back!!

I absolutely love this place! I refuse to ever go to any other place. They have the best service ever and they always take care of me even when I am late. They accommodate my schedule so much no matter how many times I change my appointment. I love every single person that works ESPECIALLY Kevin, Stephanie, and Lin. For all you people saying that it’s bad. you’re over exaggerating. it’s an amazing place, all staff are friendly, and they hold your feet, legs so at least treat them with a little more respect. if they didn’t get to you for a while they were busy. everyone there works very hard, and do you expect them to be “very clean”? it’s a nail salon. some of you are very annoying, “I gave them many suggestions” ok. “they told me to get my nails done at another place” because you broke your nail, filthy. it’s an amazing place. thank you.

I am cosmetologist so I kind of know what to expect and know when the work is not done right. So my favorite is Stephanie she is super busy and she has her own clients and do awesome job. She is a quite girl but genuine and sweet. She and her husband Kevin both are great. One thing you need to know is they only accept cash for tips! So pay your Bill and have your cash ready a side. The prices a bit high but if you are happy with the work you dont mind paying a bit extra. I do reccomend them!!

I went in to get my nails done for my cousin’s wedding-I requested a coffin-nail fade, and I had a picture available for reference. I spent $50+ on nails that aren’t worth $20. The coffin shape-inaccurate and slanted; made my fingers look misshaped. The fade-completely botched and made to look like a tip, that went 3/4 all the way up my nail. When I asked if it could be amended, the associate stated that it was hard to do the fade and proceeded to use a napkin to blot some glitter off, making the nails unevenly surfaced. It was a waste of time and money, as I had to go get them fixed elsewhere. I will not be going back again.

I got a full set done. Two of my nails are crooked. Not all the shapes match. The tech did not listen to me when I said there was a line through the polish on my nail. She did not fix the problem correctly. I paid a lot of money I expect the best service.

This place sucks!! I used to go here all the time. The pedicures I used to get were good and the staff was friendly. I stopped going here because I felt like the quality went downhill. I couldnt get into my regular place before my vacation so I went to CN today as a last resort and was shocked at how bad it has gotten. I called early in the afternoon to make an appointment for 6 pm for my daughter and myself. I arrived at 5:50. They sat me in a chair at 6:15 with no water in the tub and walked away. At 6:30, I stopped one of the girls walking by and asked when someone would be starting my pedicure. She said she didnt know and walked away and yelled something in another language to whom, I can only guess. Another girl walked by a few minutes later and started the water and I asked again what was going on, she said someone would be with me soon. I asked about my daughter who was just getting her fingernails polished and the girl never responded. At 6:45, a guy walked over and apologized and sat down to do my pedicure as another woman came over and started my daughters nails. He was very nice during the rest of the pedicure( the only reason I gave 2 stars, not 1). When he was done, I noticed the nails were cut uneven. He forgot to put the hot towels on and remembered at the last minute so he put them on for about a minute. He then had me pay while my nails were drying under the dryer like he was in a rush. My daughter just had polish put on her fingers and there was clear polish all over her cuticles and a smudge on both of her thumbs that she accidentally did under the dryer. When I politely pointed it out and asked her if she could fix it, the girl gave me a dirty look and said something kind of under her breath and then put more clear polish over it to fix the smudge. At that point, I was done. I chose not to say anything else because I honestly dont think they would care. I will never go to CN Nails again. That place is a constant revolving door for the staff to see as many people they can while providing crappy customer service and poor quality, speedy pedicures. Awful.

Also he never let me pay more than what I need as far as service as example I used to ask for gel nails cuz acrylic won’t stay on for my nails ( in other places ), I remember he said once I’ll do it for u and promise u will come back again and it would be there :) he was so right .. The WORST place to get your nails done. You pay a lot of money and you get a bad service. The workers there are soo vain & arrogant. You can object or ask them to do what you want, they start argue with you just like their work are so perfect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody.

Clean, quick, get job

Not the cleanest place. Last time I went the nail tech was extremely lazy. That was my last time going there. The times Ive been there before with different nail techs the experience was ok. Not a fan in general. Willing to spend more for a cleaner environment and better quality work.

I called today 5/29/16 at 130pm and asked if they did nail designs. I was told yes that the woman who does designs was in. I made an appointment for 230pm. I got to the nail salon at 215pm. I told them I had an appointment at 230pm to get a nail design. The two men and women who approach me were very rude and cold. This place gets a zero from me. I waisted my time. Why lie?

I went only because my mom recommend that I go so when I get there I get fitted and ask them do they do designs because I been trying to find a place that does and they said no....but my mom and cousin both got designs so now Im like...mad but Im not going waste my time so I get a full set and noticed that one fingernail was crooked and so when I pointed it out they grabbed my hand and told me....no thats your finger....wow so at this point Im just pissed my family spoke so highly of this place but its not worth it trust me

If i can give this place a 1 star i would. I booked a nail appointment about a month before i came in. so, i came in and i said i have an appointment at 1. Not going to say any names but, then the lady was like oh, the person already left who was doing your nails. Then i was like a what? i booked a month advance on purpose. Then, another lady come out and says it very rudely again. Meanwhile, the lady who was supposed to do my nails i texted her a week before on snapchat and told her i have an appointment with you on this certain date and she left me un opened. Some of the staff are very rude, and i can tell that they talk about me in their own language which is very rude. They sometimes even laugh about me and, sometimes i can understand what they say about me. I do not recommend coming here at all. biggest mistake i did was that i never looked at their reviews before i came here. if your looking for a place to go that’s sanitary and very good. Also staff are very friendly go to Lv nails. They put these plastic things in the foot tub so it’s clean. i was talking to my lady so much too. she is super nice and they all are. so nice inside as well. If your looking for a good person ask for Amy. Tell her Laila said on a review to come to this place!

Specifically asked them to be careful with my nails and the man proceeded to respond we will be here until midnight if they do not do it the way they do it. After several requests to be careful, one of my nails broke! The man told me to go elsewhere to do my nails! Absolutely worst customer service with no consideration for the needs of the customer.

My mom and I only go here for our mani/pedis. We have been to many others, but this is our favorite. They are usually busy, so even though they take walk ins, we make appointments.

I don’t like place, I was there for pedicure. She didn’t put lotion and massage on my feet. It was done within 15 min. Soaking, clipping and painting. I don’t recommend this place.
