Dr. Brady was friendly and knowledgeable. The first-time visit paperwork went quickly and smoothly but with a few oddly mandatory questions (Pregnant? Sleep with multiple pillows?)The hygienist was professional and very friendly. Would recommend.

This has to be the most friendly and compassionate team of dental assistants and dentist ever! I contacted the office for an emergency appointment (Saturday) while experiencing the most excruciating pain that Ive ever experienced. I was fit in within 2 hours and graciously greeted upon arrival being taken to the back immediately. Not only did this team provide optimal care, it was very apparent that they truly care for their patients as they not only showed empathy but comforted me and showed true patience for me as their patient. I had the most excruciating tooth pain of my life, and I called on a Sunday- and they were able to fit me in for a dental emergency that same day! Dr. was awesome, and calmed my nerves, as well as his assistants. Also did a great job with handling my insurance, and breaking down the costs. My procedure was less than 20 minutes- and painless! I will definitely be returning, thank you Dental First!!!

Absolutely would not recommend. Second problem in a time frame of 4 weeks. First I had car problems and needed to reschedule. I was going to be charged 35.00 for something out of my control. Today I was seen for my dentures I dont know how many times I was told to wear them even though they fall out of my mouth and I cannot eat with them. He would NOT realign them. He told me to just use glue even though the dentist from the same office that was originally making them told me not to. Visit was a waste of time as he did nothing. Instead of making them fit tighter he ground them down.Also they pay patients 25.00 credit for good reviews and apparently threaten bad and truthful.

As a human with dental trauma, it was a relief to find this place. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time (so long that I don’t want to say) and I had the worst toothache of my life- so bad I wasn’t even sure where it was coming from! There’s questions on the information form for people like me- who are scared to come due to past trauma. They care- they really do.. they were so gentle with me and they didn’t look down on me for not having been to the dentist in so long but praised me for finally coming and encouraged me to continue coming for regular cleanings and checkups. (Which I absolutely will l, I’m going again next week) they made sure I was comfortable and said if I feel any pain to let them know immediately so they can get me back to comfortable. (I never felt pain) Highly recommend! 🥰

Highly recommend Dental first. Ive been with the same denist in Warren for 6 yrs now and tempted to switch over my crown situation, Ive had a temporary crown for 4 weeks going on 5 weeks this Tuesday. Ive had to get it recemented 3xs at my regular denist. Today which is a Saturday my office is usually open until 2pm I started calling and leaving messages around 1240 left work at 140 from Pontiac said ima find another place. Dental 1st was the second that pop up they got my right in within a hour front desk ppl, asstiant, xray lady, denist ALL AMAZING!!! And only 10 minutes from my house even better since its usually a 20 minute drive. Im really considering staying with them.

Always an easy experience. Ive never had an issue with getting scheduled, even during the covid chaos. They are always very quick, very honest, and very easy to work with. Going to the dentist isnt exactly a blast for anyone, but these folks take all the work out of it. The staff are always very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions us novices have regarding proper dental care.

Dr. Brady was able to refer me to an endodontist to get a root canal done. Will be returning to use this office as my regular dentist. Super quick service, was called to the back right at my appointment time. I think it took me longer to fill out my initial paper work than it took for the staff to see me!

Great staff best dental experience I’ve ever had

I had to have a root canal at this dentist surgery, and it was quite an advanced infection so there were complications. The staff were very kind and professional the entire time, making it less stressful than it could have been, and when it turned out that I needed a second root canal on the same tooth because a canal had been missed, they did this at no extra charge. I felt that the dentists truly cared about me as a patient, rather than some dentists who you feel just want your money. I would recommend this place!
