Bad vibes from this place, came here looking for Medicaid dentist to fix a filling, spent 2 hours and only got xrays done. Then approached by a staff member, very pushy about trying to get me agree to $7,000 worth of work not covered by Medicaid. Declined, and left. Get the feeling they care about money first. If you have Medicaid, I would avoid, and if you have good insurance, I would seek out a better practice. Be careful of places with lots of good reviews with the reviewers having only left 1 or 2 reviews.

I woke up with severe pain In my gum on a Saturday morning. My regular dental office closes on Saturday so I was desperate to be seen anywhere. I had searched for local dentists and found Laser Family Dental. I called and they told me that I could be seen right away. They took me as soon as they could which is greatly appreciated. It turned out that i needed a root canal. The price was very fairy and the Doctor also performed a root canal, core, crown lengthening, and Crown all on the dame day within a couple short hours. The treatment came out beautifully. I also had a great recovery. I greatly recommend this dental office.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to, very clean, professional, and courteous. I broke a tooth and the doctor had me come in on an urgent visit and stayed with me until she was able to fix it. When she was done, we stood up and the only people in the office were the doctor myself and the assistant. It’s was almost 9pm when we had finished. This is a very dedicated staff, doctors, and office. Thank you again!

I had came into this office for an ortho consultation. My first impression was that it was very well organized snd very clean. They helped me complete my paperwork and got me in within minutes after completing paperwork. Dr.Bachuri came in and explained different treatment options for my ortho. They helped me out to get an affordable price snd got started with my ortho the same exact day. I recommend that everyone seeks dental work at this amazing office.

As a first time patient the staff was very friendly. Had a emergency situation on a tooth that was cracked and thought it wouldn’t have been able to be saved on margin left to it. My first time at Laser Family Dental went great! The office is beautiful inside and out. I have not been to a dentist in some time and I was a bit nervous. This place is the worst. First of all ! The people that work there are unprofessional and don’t know anything and don’t know how to treat their customers with respect. Second of all ! All they want is money, for every single thing they will come and ask forMoney because apparently your insurance won’t cover it. They will take advantage of the Arabic Chaldean of those who don’t speak English well and don’t understand and have them sign papers for treatment that requires money from them. Third, I’ve never heard of an office that won’t email my X-rays without paying 30 dollars, that is just asking forMoney for ! No office does that. All they care is about money. Worse office ever! Do not go there ! They don’t know what they are doing.

Extremely open, professional office with TV’s, a fish tank and a view from your chair-Much appreciated for those with dental anxiety. Hair salon-type vibe, very anti claustrophobic. Everyone that works there is gorgeous and happy to help. Not to mention my teeth haven’t felt this good in 10 years.

I had a broken tooth in front & the Dr & his wonderful staff were very kind & understanding with me. I had high blood pressure and they successfully calmed me down and gave me gas instead of a shot. I came to the practice for a cleaning and an x ray some time ago. I was very pleased and impressed by the quality this practice offers, and the equipment. When I first started coming here I wasnt a huge fan because I never really liked going to the dentist or any doctors office, but after a couple of weeks it was fun because the doctor is really nice, and he understands everything so it makes it a lot easier on me and a bunch of people having little stress. All of the exercises that I thought were pointless and dumb really worked and helped me see a big change in my teeth. Last but not least it is the people at the front desk that make everything enjoyable. Worst dentist in troy!! Staff is slow and unprofessional. Missed work two days in a row, an hr drive each time to get there, just to sit in the chair an hr both times and never received any work... And this is after appointment confirmation from staff!! Very disappointing!! They are liers and will overcharge u if u dont pay attention. Check with your ins!! 1 star for pretty women

I had an appointment with Dr. Bachuri, he is genius. The dental team is extremely knowledgeable about periodontal disease, dental implants, teeth whitening and so much more. Plus, the receptionists go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. i highly recommend him

Everyone is professional, friendly, and caring. I never had an issue with the dental work or even when my insurance changed. There are plenty of other dentist closer to my home but because of the service and the doctor genuinely caring for my heath, I drive Laser Family Dental.

This dentist is unprofessional and unethical. I asked him to tighten my partial. Instead, he insisted that he needs to fix my tooth which has been fixed six months ago. Despite my insistence that there was nothing wrong with my tooth, he wanted to fix my tooth. In addition, he told me that insurance will cover 60 percent. Then the assistant put some mix on my tooth which took one minute. The mix was all over my teeth. I asked her to remove the mix from my teeth. She could not remove it. I was charged $165. The partial was not fixed and mix was gone within a week.It is unfortunate that there are too many dentists in Michigan and not enough patients. So they try to make the most money of any patient they could hold of. In two years, I have to change six dentists because everyone suggested a treatment which I know I did not need and quoted an exorbitant price. What a sad profession!

This was my first appointment with Laser Family Dental and it was a completely pleasant, professional and excellent experience. I needed to find a new dentist who accepted my new insurance plan; I was a little apprehensive about changing dentist, but those feeling were quickly dispelled once I arrived and meet the staff. I cannot explain in words my great experience with Laser Family Dental. I am a CPA and during tax season I developed unbearable tooth pain. I contacted Dr Bachuri and he immediately asked me few questions and wrote a prescription for me and asked me to come to the office ASAP. It turns out that I had a sever tooth abscess and the tooth was loose. The doctor explained to me that he needed to extract the tooth and he need to prepare the gum for implants. The same day he did Bone Grafting and gave me more prescriptions. My pain went from 100% to zero. After 3 months he asked me to come back and finished the implant and had measurement for the crown. After another 3 months I went there and the doctor put the crown. The whole procedure was painless for me and the end result is having my tooth back. It was the magic of dental implants and the magic of Dr. Bachuri

Out of all the dental offices Ive been to Laser Family Dental is one of the very few I would go back to. All the employees are courtesy and friendly. They dont tell you that you need a procedure done that you dont need. The only thing I didnt like is when they speak in there Language which Is other that English.
