They squeezed me in the very next morning Thank you Jesus!!! My X-ray guy was amazing!! He spoke very knowledgeable but on my level too. He kept me comfortable the whole time. My Dentist….SO AWESOME. Didn’t catch his name. Darn it bc he acted but didn’t act like he was at work lol. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Troy Ohio to anyone.

Horrible experience, if theres a zero stars i would have chosen that. They are obviously incapable of taking care of their clients and don’t know basic means of sending insurance claims. Two months now dealing with an issue that this office has caused me.

Everyone here was amazing! I called because I had a horrible tooth ache and set my appointment for the next morning, well I couldnt handle the pain so I called back & they got me in right away. I love how they take so many x-rays and that 3D machine is amazing. Reasonable prices and excellent service.Thank you to all the staff

Kate was my hygienist and she was great! She was very gentle, patient and understanding. Dr. Aaron took time to understand and speak with me about invisiline and how to achieve my goals for (my version) of a perfect smile. I had not been to a dentist who took the time to talk with me about those things, so I definitely felt acknowledged and understood. Autumn and Amy were also super helpful! The four of them made a great team and made it fun! It was a definitely a pleasant experience, Im actually looking forward to going back for my check up.

I was having horrible tooth pain. I couldnt get into my regular dentist and my tooth needed to come OUT NOW. I called and had appointment 1hr later. Even after being 20 minutes late I was still accepted. Got there at 920 and was out of there by 11 with my tooth pulled. Its $240 if the tooth is hard to get out or $160 if easy. I payed $160 and Im heading home now. Pulling the tooth took about 3 minutes with 1/10 discomfort.

This place is horrible. Went there to get a tooth removed and they removed the wrong tooth. I called them and told them they removed the wrong tooth and they refused to make it right by actually removing the correct tooth that should have been removed. Now Im left with the same issue I went there for..tooth pain.They wanted to charge me another $170.00 to remove the correct broken tooth.My advice is( Do Not go to these dentists) its just a big money pit for those who dont have Insurance. Its very shameful with how they do business.

I think this place is a rip off. I went there for an emergency tooth extraction. Left with another appt to get 3 teeth pulled and a partial plate. Major bucks.When another friend went there a week prior and pretty much had the same experience left being told her bill would be 10,000 worth of work.Come on!!! 2 stories within 1 week?Im not buying it... I have TN which makes going to the dentist one of my most dreaded things. The entire team in Troy were really friendly, relaxed, and reassuring. Dr was great. Feel much more comfortable returning on a regular basis.

They tell you your first visit is free and told me the Dr will be able to help me and I am in so much pain i cant eat or even sleep. I get there and get x-ray done and am told the tooth is very bad and asked if i wanted it pulled. I said yes plz and the next thing i know they are asking me for 280 dollars to pull it. I asked if they could at least numb it before I left and I had someone actually tell me im in to much pain and it wont help????????? Like wow really 😱. They gave me a paper with a few dentist numbers and told me they for sure are accepting new patients with caresource but when i got home and called not one dentist would see me because of insurance nobody wants to take caresource but we are people that need proper medical attention just like someone with private insurance. I even called the 1800 number that is suppose to b able to find a dentist who takes my insurance but couldnt find any dentist all the way to Columbus so how can i get my tooth out

Everyone is Polite, My Dentist Aaron Manos, Was very professional,I had new dentures made I needed to have them adjusted, Aaron, took his time and fitted me so they would not hurt when I wore them, I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and professional if I had concerns or questions they answered everything and explained everything to me as well as giving pamphlets really it was one of the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist I had a tooth extraction and it didn’t take all but maybe a minute or two after being numb for them to get my broken tooth out I would definitely send family and friends to this place!!! 👍😁

They had same day avail which is great if it’s urgent. I just wanted to utilize my insurance since I hadn’t all year.The hygienist (Katie?) was personable and gentle.The dentist didn’t spend more than a minute with me though. I didn’t have anything bothering me but he found two teeth that were pretty sensitive when he scraped them. He said they may not get any worse so he said he was okay with leaving them.They get 3 stars because they come across as commercial and not personal. Trying to sell the zoom whitening though I feel my teeth are pretty white and the sonic spin brush. And they are good at it, I bought the spin brush 5 yrs ago to prevent further gum receding from brushing hard. Plus I love white teeth

Clean, friendly & open atmosphere per building and all the staff. They answer all your questions and are dedicated to giving you their best services for a healthy mouth and teeth. I highly reccomend Aspen Dental. They take Insurances, self pay,-arrangements, Medicare, but no Medicaid.

I took their ads that they dont judge seriously and was pleasantly surprised that they actually dont judge!the whole staff was pleasant, answered all my questions and concerns.i was noticeably nervous because its been years since seeing a dentist and they put me at ease straight away.

When I called to schedule my appointment for a Cleaning, I called the call center. They got me in with in a week, which was great! However, this was my first appointment and when I went in, they started getting x-rays. That was fine because they told me it would be covered on my insurance. Then they put me in a room to see the dentist, also fine. I asked about my cleaning and they stated they dont usually do a cleaning on first visits. After seeing the dentist, he then recommended I have a special type of cleaning for my gums, which is not covered by my insurance and will cost me 100$ out of pocket. When setting up the appointment for my cleaning, I then asked if I could just have a regular cleaning that my insurance would cover and they stated no! This is the first dentist office I have ever been to that the dentist recommends the type of cleaning you should get! The staff and dentist were all very nice!

I thought it was a very professional well-organized office very clean I love the technicians I loved my dentist even though they dont not accept my insurance I will still continue to go there because the quality of care was excellent

I had an appointment for both of my children and myself at the same time. My children are younger and the staff did an amazing job with them. Made them feel comfortable and my children had so much fun they look forward to going back. Also when I had questions about any service or price they were super friendly and were completely willing to explain anything I had questions on to help me understand better. Being a single mom, it is also hard to find places to work with me financially and they are willing to work with me by setting up payment plans for the services I need. I will always go with Aspen Dental. It is hard to find a great team like this! Thank you guys!

Everywhere else including the place my dentist referred me to was at least a month wait. Amy could hear the pain I was in and got me in the next week. Processing was quick fast and in a hurry. They treat you like an actual person. Not just another number. When I sat in the chair and Julie introduced herself I knew it was going to be a good time because of the well organizing of the tools. Everything was laid on out in the order it was needed. Great laughs and conversations there at Aspen Dental. They have my service from here on out.

The front office staff has no idea what they are doing, extremely rude, and argumentative.Have no idea how the dentist is as I never made it that far, I can’t imagine them being much better if that’s who they allow to work the front desk. Would not recommend coming here for anything.

I will preface this with, it was my first visit, and I am having work done in the next couple of days, and next couple of weeks, so we will see how that goes. But, upon first impression, I was more than pleased with the friendliness of the staff. From my x-ray technician, to the dental assistant, to the dentist himself, and to the office manager. Everyone was not only professional, but very friendly and accommodating. Hopefully the next few visits will go as well as my first one.

Great service top notch Dentists. I just wish they take my insurance, I cannot find a office to do implants so I can smile again. I have not smiled or even shown a full laugh in almost 8 plus years. I cannot get financing through them or anything like that. I really like this office if I could get implants, this place makes me feel not as anxious as any other place Ive been. Just wish and pray I can smile again its so embarrassing as well and also with my occupation I have to greet customers and I cant even smile with my children and another on the way. With not being able to smile it has taken a lot out of me and my life. I just wish they would take Medicare, Molina healthcare. Because they are one of the best dental offices Ive been to. And they want to help and make you feel good. Anyways its a great place and great staff.

I will say that Amy the office manager is AMAZING and goes above and beyond to help the patients. I also feel Dr. Tony and a young lady that is referred to as Little, really do there best to comfort the patient as much as possible. I did experience a huge problem with one person in the office, Julie, who knows her job extremely well, however just did not show patient compassion or empathy at a time I was EXTREMELY scared. I am grateful that Amy was able to care for my needs after that. If it would not of been for that I would of given them 5 starrs.

Well the x-ray person was in such a hurry to get stuff done that they came across very rude. I mean rude .(“shut up and don’t move “) I almost just got up and left at that point . Turns out she was not just x-ray tech but a dental assistant as well . Their demeanor did not approve. Over all rather if was an assistant or the dentist you felt like you was just another person and they didn’t have time for you . But none of that compared to the office manager. I haven’t felt so bewildered in a long long time . I got up and excused my self have way through her lecture about how I was below standards because I didn’t have insurance . Wow what a horrible day. It have been over a week since I was there but still gets me emotional just writing and thinking about it.

The staff was very friendly and currently they were following the recommended CDC guidelines for keeping people safe from Covid-19 by limiting the people in the waiting room and enforcing people to wear mask. The dentist and dental staff wore the proper PPE during cleaning and other dental procedures. My extraction did not go smoothly and ill need to come back for a follow up service. My overall experience with Aspen Dental has been good and hopefully my other operations are complication free.

They were fantastic!!!! Got DENTURES the best Ive ever had...… The fit was almost perfect... 1 little adjustment on my lower right side and they were fine. The uppers was like wearing a glove it feels natural. They did things that other dentists have never done before. I appreciate their extra effort to make my teeth great. I can smile once again.

The dentist was very very nice and so was the hygenist that made a 3d rendering of my teeth, but the office manager that did my x-rays had no sympathy for my pain or anxiety, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and kind of treated me like a child. They told me I needed a root canal on one tooth but that everything else was fine. They dont do root canals on molars, so I had to go somewhere else and do it all over again. The new place says I need antibiotics and a large filling in the tooth next to my root canal. How did they miss that?

My son had his wisdom teeth out on Monday the 20th. And the surgeon was amazing with him. It was quick and easy. The office staff was very pleasant too

HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. I just received a call from collections that said I had a past due payment from Aspen Dental. I was not once contacted by Aspen dental Troy concerning the matter. I never received a notice in the mail nor was I called via phone. I am contacted frequently about scheduling my next appointment though. I called the office and was told they do not deal with billing and they must of had the wrong address. They don’t deal with billing but they sure would have accepted my money. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

They made me feel very comfortable. The surgeon told me exactly how everything would go and the surgery went very fast. They explained things very well on what to do after the surgery. Very pleased with my service and Im not very sore!

I went to Aspen Dental a few years ago. One of my molars was slightly chipped. I asked if they could fill it and they refused. They told me that they could only do an EXPENSIVE crown as it would cause me issues. Of course, I couldnt afford that. I left feeling I had no other choice. I filled it myself with a temporary filling. Since then Ive had no problems with my tooth. I now see an excellent dentist who had no problem filling the tooth could not figure out why Aspen wouldnt. Aspen is more about cash than patients. At least in my case.

I have a true phobia of dentist. Wow. This group was very professional and caring. The receptionist was very nice and answered all the questions I had. the dental assistant was very gentle and explained everything so was going to do before she did it. AND made sure I was completely comfortable. The dental hygienist was also light handed and explained what she was going to do. The dentist.... wow. Dr. Head took all of my concerns and worries and seemed to care more about me than my tooth. very personalized. I have never been looking forward to my next dentist appointment as I am now. Great job. Great staff. WOW!!!

I had a complete mouth restoration. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental chair in my life. They explained everything to me and made me a part of every decision. Never once did I feel taken advantage of. The financing they offer is fair and I would recommend Dr. Head and Amy to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I have been a patient of theirs for almost three years now and they always make my office visit a nice one concerning the circumstances. They are always nice and happy to see me. They know that I get anxiety anytime that I have dental work done and they always do anything they can to help me relax. Just at this Troy location, Medicare insurance. The x-ray tech and the tech that measured me, excellant, nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctor......horrid!!! Very painfully on exam, loaded up the bill. Now mind you, I went in for a cleaning (my mouth didnt hurt going in). He got upset and condensating. Well I walked out, no cleaning and with an estimate as I was told well over $10,000. Never again.

I just recently went to Aspen dental in Troy and I was quite nervous about going but I had a broken tooth that was causing a lot of pain and I didnt want to go to the other dentists Id been to in the past. Aspen dental was so much different from all my other experiences, they went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Not once did they reprimand me on not going to the dentist more often or taking better care of my teeth, instead they took the time to ask about what I wanted to do and what my goals were for fixing the problems. Even when I had to have teeth pulled and was scared because of past treatment they took the time to comfort me and help me through my anxiety. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so well from any other dentist and they made me feel like they actually cared when no one else had. This a dentist I will definitely go back to see and to very highly recommend to everyone I know! Their staff are some of the most compassionate, understanding, and caring people I have ever met! This was my first visit and it went very well. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I liked the dentist very much. She was very informative. I will be returning this coming week for a cleaning.

I never leave reviews but the experiences weve had here are worth leaving one. The wait times and experiences my husband and I had the few times we went were that aspen dental was all about the money and not about the patients. Thankfully we were able to get into Brighter days dental the same day after a bad experience at Aspen and we were not the first patients that have transferred to them. I do not recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience!! Everyone on the staff was wonderful to work with and very professional about their jobs. The dental work itself was top notch, as pain free as possible and done very quickly and efficiently.

My appointment was for 9:30. I arrived at 9:20. I was not called back until 10:15. My appointment was supposed to last 45 minutes. Its currently 11:10 and Im still here and havent seen the dentist. The dentist seemed knowledgeable but the visit was way behind schedule

I have never had dental issues. So when my wisdom teeth started to come in horizontally, I was not only in a tremendous amount of pain but pretty nervous about how bad it had yet to get. I dont have insurance, and yet that qualified me for a complete set of dental x rays, a full exam and a full plan for treatment, all for $0. Their staff.. I mean, WHAT!? In the crisis that us employers face trying to find and keep help; well thats because Aspen Dental has all of the good ones! I had no other option than to bring my 2 year old tornado with me. He is very attached to me so I was immediately concerned with how it was going to go. I was running on no sleep and I hadnt eaten in 4 days due to the pain in my mouth. One of the girls took all of my x rays while another one sat and colored and watched nursery rhyme videos with my son. I never heard a peep out of him the entire time and that really helped ease my anxiety of having to be there in the first place. I couldnt believe how wonderful they all were!Thank You, Aspen Dental! Keep up all that Awesomeness!!!

I have been going there for three years and will not return after yesterday. The dentist had the worst attitude. After my appointment was almost an hour behind I walked out due to his poor treatment. Now I am in need of a new dentist to fix what they ignored.

Very unprofessional and shady. I scheduled my son an appt there and everyone was super nice. Well when my son got there and after he got his forms filled out he went back up to the counter. One of the workers there was on the phone to her husband looked back at him and rolled her eyes at him and continued to talk on the phone. There was also another guy in there that was also given bad service. He finally said Im done and walked out. He never even had his appt. Then there was another guy that the workers were arguing with about paying his bill and how much he owed. They told him he wasnt leaving until it was paid in full... in front of everyone. Not only customer service at Aspen is horrible... but they are shady. My son has 2 different dental Insurances and a health insurance card. They proceeded to tell him that he would have to pay $1200 for anesthesia because none of his insurance covered it. So I called just my dental insurance that he has and they cover it 70%!! Thats not even including his dental or the health insurance. I called to cancel his appt and talked with the office about everything. I was not overly nice about everything, but Amy gave it right back to me! She even got loud with me. She told me she is the one that called our insurance and they told her they did not. I told her that she obviously didnt do her job. I also told her that we will never be back there again.

They were very thorough and very polite throughout my visit. My problem was described in detail and in a way l can understand (not a bunch of the dental jargon).

I was done within a hour considering I havnt had a check up in 2 years, the staff was very polite and well trained, I look forward going there to get any work done knowi g it will be do e right the first time.

New female dentist redid my filling that came out. She did much better than the gentleman before and now its perfectly smooth i cant tell its there.

My husband went here and the woman who called him back was extremely rude and rough with him. I tried to ask if I was allowed back and she basically shouted at me that they only allow patients back. My husband was relaying his time in the room to me and it honestly sounds like the worst treatment you could get. They rammed tools down his throat to the point that he gagged, disregarded his anxiety of dentists with well, Im not the dentist, so youre fine. They whispered about how bad his hygiene was and he said it was the most judgmental and rudest place he had ever been. The front staff was fine, but the person who did his x-rays and the dentist were extremely unprofessional. Will not be recommending or coming back.

Good place to go -especially if its been awhile. They let you choose what treatment you want to do and work with you on payment. But just as a warning - make sure you know exactly what you are paying for. They told my husband how much it would be for a couple fillings and a tooth pulled. He paid it and then they brought out a bag and told him to make sure he held on to his receipt so he could send it in for a rebate. It turns out they sold him a $130 toothbrush $40 toothpaste and $30 fluoride treatment. When he called back to see if it could be returned since he didnt even know he was purchasing it, they told him he would have to try sending it to the manufacturer for a refund. So dental wise they are great, but in customer service, not so much.
