I just tried the wash and fold this weekend. I had a great experience. Terri was fantastic, she was very thorough which I like because Im picky about my laundry. Prices were very affordable. My clothes were neatly folded, clean, and smelled great. Ill be going back until I buy a new washing machine.

Today I had a problem with one of their top loading washing machines, which are very old, and you cant even read the words for the settings because they are all faded out. I accidentally got some water on the floor when transferring my clothes from the machine to the cart, to bring them to the dryers. I brought it to the owners attention and they rudely told my boyfriend and I to get out of the way, that it was OUR fault that their old out dated machine did not work properly. To begin with, the quaters did not even feed into the coin slot and the owner had to come over and slam it in to the machine for the cycle to begin. This is the third and last time I will ever go there. Not to mention all 3 times I was there we were the only customers in there, and they were very rude those other times as well. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for them to be rude to my boyfriend and I. I always wondered why there were never any other customers there but now I know why.

George is a fantastic hard fighting councilman and Theresa reminds me of my own Aunt Theresa theyre very friendly and the place is always clean they are easy to talk and joke with. Very nice people and place and Theresa makes one terrific cup of coffee love these people and this place

I’ve been living down the street from this laundromat for almost 6 years and never really noticed it. It’s definitely a gem and to top it off they accept coins! I hate those little cards, I always misplace them. Well it has off street parking and is NEVER crowded. Great place to wash and dry.

Locally owned and operated. With a Owner on location. Doubles as the office of South Ward Councilman Muschal. Well maintained equipment, clean, free off street parking. Light refreshments available for purchase, local community leaders often on location. Wash, fold, laundry service available. Lots of machines, restroom available. Located on a main route separating Hamilton and Trenton.

Clean and friendly place. You can have a cup of coffee and homemade cake while you waiting for your laundry to be done. We go there to do our comforters as our washer is too small to handle.

Theresa does my laundry better than I do! Have my own after 30 years, but still take some to her and her Mother and George😊 use same detergent and softner, but theirs comes out with less wrinkles and they fold better than I do. Very clean and orderly. Theresas Mothers baked goods r fabulous and Aunt Bette and Aunt Maggi use

Very clean place...Custoner service is eh!One of the employees was very rude to a custimer in front of me and i dont like that....ALSO! dont try to take the rolling carts outside unlike any other place where its normal to do that they have signs saying not to... which makes it harder if you have kids and or a lot of laundry just a ⚠ warning ⚠
