Maranda, Funeral director at Keller‘s Old Town, was totally wonderful in guiding me when my mother passed away. She was very professional, compassionate, and willing to help me in any and every way. Due to various circumstances, my mother‘s burial date was changed a couple of times, and she never pushed me nor complained. She was so nice and I would recommend her anytime.

From start to finish, this team is the most well organized I have ever worked with. They professionally and compassionately handled all of our concerns. Forever grateful. Marcie especially touched our hearts and alleviated a small part of the sadness by ensuring our service was perfect.

Keller Old Town is amazing!! They took my grandfather into their care after his passing and the entire experience was just over all comforting!! We knew he would be well taken care of and they walked us through the entire process!! They were available to us any time to answer all of our questions and concerns!! I strongly suggest using their services if you need them!! They made it truly seem as if we were leaving him in the care of family and that WE were their number one priority at all times!! I was absolutely impressed and will definitely use them again in the future!!

Everyone was so caring and particularly, Maranda Walker. She was so caring and attentive and really made a very very difficult thing much less stressful. My family and friends were very grateful for Pastor Nathan as well

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcie and her staff. My brother passed away very unexpectedly on December 7. Marcie treated our family with such care, professionalism, and kindness. Even though I was not the direct contact for my family, I reached out to Marcie on some details on the photos/slide show. She could not have been more patient and kind with me, as I worried that we had “captured” my brother’s life adequately, through pictures that many of us collected. I added, deleted, and asked for changes so many times. Marcie graciously accepted my requests and did what I asked right away. . Her attention to detail and responsiveness was amazing. Thank you, Marcie, from the bottom of my heart, for taking such great care of my brother and of our family.

My mother passed last Sunday and we entrusted her care to Kellers Old Town Funeral Home. We asked for the funeral to be held within 72 hours and from the first contact, Marcie was compassionate and reassuring. She made this very difficult process bearable and removed the burden of worries for the details so we could concentrate on our grieving process. Marcie and her staff followed us to the grave site and took care of the people there. When she saw that my sister and I did not want to leave until the grave was filled, she reassured us that she would stay with my mom in the 98 degree sun until the job was finished. We took comfort in her gracious offer and left.Kellers Old Town Funeral Home is fairly new and very nice. The setup is very convenient with plenty of parking space. But, it’s the caring staff including Marcie, Taylor and Jonathan who make the experience outstanding. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of a Funeral home that would lighten their burden during a most difficult time.

My most dearest friend needed to make arrangements for her 91 year old father-in-law, who had lived with her family for the last five years. It was an extremely difficult and stressful time to say the least. Marcie walked her through each step thoughtfully, keeping the family’s budget in mind, and still providing very lovely services. Marcie is extremely professional and made coping with a very sad time just a little easier. Thank you Keller’s Old Town Funeral Home and a huge thank you to Marcie.

My mom passed away late at night, but this great funeral home staff and its director handled our case with utmost care and support since the first call. I am not sure about others, but we were woefully unprepared and never made any funeral arrangements. Jonathan, the funeral director, personally walked us through the process, and he has exhibited amazing professionalism and kindness. He has also personally hand-delivered the urn to our house a day ahead of schedule, just a week after since the passing and enclosed it in a boxed package for a flight. They also list all of their reasonable fees upfront, and I highly recommend others who lose their love ones to inquire about their service.

Recently, our family experienced the sudden death of my brother-in-law who passed away suddenly, while traveling for business. My sister, brother-in-law & niece have lived in Keller for 9 years but the rest of our family is from out of state. Immediately learning of his passing, we all traveled to Keller with heavy hearts to be together as a family and started planning his services. Not being from this area I was concerned about finding a funeral home that would walk my sister and our family through decisions. My sister and I drove through the area and chose to reach out to Kellers Old Town Funeral Home, we simply liked the name, we felt it was comforting and welcoming. From my first phone call to inquire to speak with someone, I felt an overwhelming sense of kindness and caring. The next morning we met with Marcie, who we now call our guardian angel. She was amazing, comforting, full of kindness and compassion and knowledge. Through planning Marcie took time to get to get to know my sister and her daughter & my brother-in-law to make sure the services were reflected of his life, his love for people & his family. She made sure all members of our family were taken care of and thought about when planning my brother-in-laws viewing and celebration. Marcie was impeccable with details and answered all of our questions, (we had lot of questions) with such loving answers. She kept in close contact with us to make sure we had all the appropriate information and details taken care of. Because my brother-in-law passed away while out of town, Marcie and her staff coordinated bringing him back to Texas. We were comforted to find out they were able to utlilze a Dignity sister funeral home in Arizona to help with the process of bringing him home to Texas..each detail of this travel was carefully explained and coordinated from their end and we were given the perfect amount of information to ease the situation.The funeral home is beautiful and welcoming..the facilities are calming and having the chapel attached gave family members and friends a chance to sit and remember in a quite place. We had several options for the viewing that Marcie carefully and thoughtfully guided us through. The celebration of life service the following morning in the chapel was perfect. Once again each detail perfectly taken care of..from the minister to taking care of the flowers when we left the funeral home.I highly recommend Kellers Old Town, Marcie and her staff are so wonderful to work with and comforting at a time where everything seems so overwhelming but decisions have to be made in a timely manner. Marcie walked us though each and every decision along the way. As we left the funeral home for the last time after the services, we walked away with full hearts knowing Marcie guided us through such a difficult time for our family but allowed my brother-in-law to be celebrated and remembered in the way he should be...it was an experience that was tragic but so beautiful because of Marcies guidance and kindness.
