The only problem I have with Orkin is that the individual doing the service left the backyard gate standing wide open when he left. My dog could have gotten out & been lost.

Called to set up service and everything went well except they promised a target set up date for today, June 14th and an hour prior to the time slot given, 2-4PM,they rescheduled to the 16th w/o a time slot for the day.So I planed my day around a commitment they couldn’t keep.I’ll update after my delayed service starts and let everyone know how that went.************UPDATE**************Orkin Team member was super nice and well commutative about the treatment. I scheduled an inspection twice that was already paid and still is paid but they never showed up. I tried to make a complaint to the branch manager and wouldnt call me back.

The last 2visits we did not get the service inside I am not sure they did outside I was not hereBefore they would send a date and time frame and text me when they were on there way I need that info because I do work alot

6 STARS LOL. The whole reason I called orkin was because of a spider problem inside the home. After the orkin man sprayed our home including 3 feet outside of the home, this guy showed up DEAD!! I havent seen ANY critters of any kind since he sprayed! Our Orkin man also called to check on the house a few days after spraying. This was the best thing I ever did for my sanity! There was a line around the outside of my house of all kinds of bugs. My husband called it the graveyard 😂. I will be an Orkin customer for the rest of my life it means Ill never see a spider again!!!! P.S. great customer service! I told the woman answering the phone what was going on inside the home and that Ive got a toddler and instead of a week later as scheduled, she called me back saying they were coming out the very next day!

Orkin is the best provide I have used so far. Any pest problem they will get rid of. Always on time and fair price, If not the cheapest. I am very pleased with the quality of work. They also call you ahead of time several days before then the day of. Not many companies will call before heading to the appointment schedule.

Our Technician Henry, always comes and takes care of business, today he caught a rattle snake and disposed of it. Also sprayed a perimeter around my home for future snakes and other pests. He also gave me a plan to look for signs in case other snakes come back and for him to come out when I call him. Good thing that Orkin has equipped Henry with all the proper tools he needs to execute the job well and in a safe manner.
