Best manicure Ive ever had! Highly recommend. So happy with my nails! Everyone was friendly. The attention to detail, color selection and cleanliness was amazing. The owner is very talented! I easily notice mistakes, skipped steps or when the nail tech is rushing...certainly not the case at this spa! Everything was done to absolute perfection. I truly felt pampered and will return soon.

The owner Tom and his team of technicians are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!I’ve tried other Nail salons in town and by far this is the best one I’ve found. The time and dedication each technician takes to give you what you want is amazing. They also have a grace period to return if you’re unsatisfied with how your nails look. Took my bridal party here many from over an hour away, everyone was so blown away with how much care and time spent on making everything perfect. Everyone wants me to bring them back! Staff is fantastic!

I went there for a dipping powder manicure, and my experience was horrible all 10 of my nails/skin was left raw and some nails bleeding...! I will add detailed pictures...! Tom was the one who filed all of my nails after one of his staff started doing a horrible job he came in trying to fix it and made it worse...! When I told them that it wasn’t fair for me to pay for being in pain the owner and wife said that my nails were fine and that it’s not fair to them, extremely rude! I had a witness there with me and the lack of understanding towards the customer is actually unbelievable, then the owner said go to the doctor and send us the medical bill!!! Omg!!! I said I am trying to be reasonable and offered to pay half, but they kept insisting...! I said to them I would take it all off but my fingers burn so bad...! Still no sympathy from the owners of this facility Tom and his wife...! This should most certainly be illegal but to them the customer is garbage...! And yes let’s pray my hands/fingers don’t get infected!!!! Rude and unacceptable!!!

When I got in they attended me immediately as I had a 10Am appointment, they took my temperature, asked me to wash my hands before beginning, everyone had their masks, and everything was very clean. Couldnt ask for better during this time. As soon as I moved to the drying station the place where Id originally been sitting was already being sprayed clean. I had Tom the owner, he was so great and talented. Every worker in the spa seemed to be very personable. Every nail salon Ive ever gone to has messed up my thumbs, making one longer than the other, but Tom did not let that happen as he is extremely precise. He made my hands look beautiful. I am extremely impressed by the quality of their work and I have been to at least 3 surrounding nail salons since I am from the area. I think this will definitely be the spot I go to from now on. Loved tips and toes. Both Tom and lily were very friendly. My nails came out better than I have ever had them done before. The shape is perfect and they have many colors to chose from.

I went here to get an fill and they ripped all my nails I already had on off and gave me a gel full set. I did not want a full get set I wanted an acrylic fill with gel polish. My first nail chipped after less than a week I tried to get an appointment and noone got back to me within the 10 day satisfaction deadline they advertise so I didnt get it fixed. Days later the rest of the nails started to chip and then fell off. Ive been getting my nails done for 4 years straight and only once had this many nails fell off and got damaged this quickly. I dont think I will ever go back here.Now they are trying to say I never went to their salon. They told me to bring picture proof that I was there. I dont have pictures but I have my debit card transaction on my account to prove it was that salon. They are saying I did not respond to the appt request but I did. I had a 2:00 appt and didnt get a seat until after 2:30. They say nobody is ever disappointed but I was. I wish I still had the messages of me confirming my appt. I will gladly show my transaction receipt though. Absolutely not happy.

The salon was spotlessly clean and they are taking extra precautions due to Covid-19. I felt totally safe being in the salon. I have never felt so pampered. I had the Jelly Pedicure and a manicure. There were many little extras throughout. The hot towels and hot rocks were just wonderful. Their main concern was my satisfaction. They took their time and I never felt like they were rushing to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will go there again.

First time there for my boyfriend who was in need of a pedicure. The place had a spa feel and very clean. The chair you sit in massage you while getting the pedicure. The cost was not expensive and the added bonus was he got a shoulder massage before we left. We will be definitely coming back every month.

I would highly recommend going here. Ive lived in Torrington for 2 years now and I was told to go here and I wouldnt be disappointed. Well my friend was right. All the technicians there are friendly and professional. Tom did a wonderful job on my nails! I always get complimented on my nails and tell people to go here. Which usually follows with a story of where they went and how unhappy they were with their experience. They also are very very reasonably priced!!I use to just get the gel polish but Ive just recently started getting the gel done by Tom because of my line of work. My point in this is they will fix any chips or problems with your nails within 14 days after youve gotten them no charge. Most places dont guarentee that. Pedicures, manicures, waxing and anything else I would highly recommend Tips and Toes Spa. Appointments or walk ins both are taken care of with the upmost of quality!

Had my full set and 1 fill done somewhere else and was not happy with either service. Went to Tips and Toes and had Tom do a fill on my nails that completely transformed them. I love coming to tips & toes spa. Tom takes his time to make sure every nail is perfect and all the same shape. Most salons don’t take as much time as he does to make sure every single nail is perfect. He even stayed open later for me to make sure my nails were perfect and never rushed. You can tell he cares about his customers and the rest of the staff is very nice as well. I’ve never had any problems or complaints. They also will fix your nails within 10 days if something happens which is amazing and most places don’t offer. The salon is always very clean. He also has so many different nail polishes to choose from which I love.

They were great! Extremely hospitable, courteous and welcoming. They stayed late so I could get all the services I wanted and they even have a 10 day warranty! Thats unheard of... At least in my 20 plus years of experience. My only critique, is that they dont have a list of their services/prices available. But thats an easy fix.

Had my nails totally ruined by another local salon. My nails were paper thin. Tips and toes took their time and made sure my nails were protected. They take care of their customers and are not trying to get you in and out as fast as possible, like most salons. I usually leave stressed out and bleeding from multiple nails when I leave another salon, but not this place. Their work is also beautiful and they are clean. Thank you for taking care of me!!

I had a great first time visit.the place was spotless and you could immediately see that cleanliness was a habit all around. Rozia waited on me hand and foot, literally, a wonderful foot and leg treatment was soothing and messages were relaxing. Her patience with me was appreciated and I could tell Tom ran a tight ship because of a easy verbal miscommunication, he was quickly ready to fix, but there was nothing to fix. Tips & Toes has become the only place Ill get my nails done. Everyone there takes their time to make sure your nails came out perfectly the way you wanted them. They will even repair self-inflicted chips and remove gel and gel dip manicures free, if you got it done there! The people and services they provide are fantastic!

I believe Cole Browns post is fictitious as Tips and Toes does not have men do pedicures. I highly recommend this salon and all of the technicians. I have been a loyal customer for many years. They are perfectionists who strive to please their customers.

Today was my first visit to Tips and Toes. The shop is clean, has decent parking and easy to find. Sayra (hope I spelled that correctly) gave me a manicure and a deluxe pedicure and she was great. Not only technically with my nail and polish but her leg massage was so relaxing. Felt like reflexology on my feet. Even had my shoulders massaged while waiting for my nails to dry as part of the service. I would recommend this place and Sayra to my friends.

I went here with a friend for pedis. Children were running around, yelling and screaming. The man who did my pedi dug so far into my toe that it was bleeding and now is infected. I had paint all around my nails on my skin. The neck massage bordered on very painful. I will not got back here again.
