I had a pedicure at an expensive location in winter garden, FL and they were not as good as this place. This dude was gentle when i told him my ticklish spots and took his time to ensure my wife and i’s experience was fantastic. Best place to get one my feet feel brand new.

I went in expecting more I suppose. The guy wasn’t friendly in the least. Was rough with my hands, none of my nails were the same length, jagged at an angel even… made fun of the way my hands were shaped and constantly was shaking his head in shame at me. Asked for a matte color and he did the opposite. When I asked for things to be fixed only the matte coloring got fixed and was completely rude about everything else. Will never be going here again.

Really poor experience here. Playing loud obnoxious videos. Unclean environment. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They convinced me to try dip powder instead of gel polish. I listened. The colors were completely wrong and they were very argumentative. I was left with cuts all along my cuticles. I took the dip powder off as soon as I got home. I WILL NOT be returning.

So Im very disappointed. Everytime Im in town, I come to fanssy nail and have never had a problem. Until Monday. I go in to get my nails done and they are a little behind. No problem. But when he starts my nails, you can tell hes rushing. I ask for medium length. Not too short and not too long. I get super short. Whatever I can deal with that. But now its Wednesday and the nail polish is chipping off the acrylic nail! Ive never had this happen before and Im kinda bummed out that I paid $60 with tip just for my polish to be coming off in 2 days. Unfortunately wont be going back. :(

Wrong colors put on nails...twice. expensive and very poor quality at applying the polish. Very rough causing an injury. What else do you need to know? Not going back. Worth driving somewhere else.

The lady who did my nails and toes insisted that I wear my mask when there were 2 people in the business that never wore one the whole 2 hours I was there. I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure ($50) and she scrubbed my feet with one of the dry scrubbers and did very little else that qualifies as “Deluxe”. On top of this, I drove over 100 miles round trip, paid $100 for services and the polish cracked off of one nail the next morning while I was putting on my clothes.

Fanssy Nails is my go-to place when I’m in Torrington. Very nice employees and environment. This last time I did choose to do a regular manicure (no shellac) so it takes much longer for the nails to dry. I messed up one nail by accident and the employee willingly re-did it for me which I so appreciated! One thing I’ve noticed the last two times I’ve been there is the polish isn’t quite painted down to the cuticles. That could be something that just bothers me, though. Otherwise, they do a great job. :)

We got to our appointment, were told to choose a color, and then we waited for 10 minutes - standing up while they finished their conversation in the back - until we were told to take our seats. when their next appointment showed up, he hurried to finish my toes and move me out of the way to dry. no prices were posted, and we felt our hurried pedicures with no scrubs or massage whatsoever, were overpriced. they may be the only place in town, but we won’t be coming back.Changing my review because the new management is so great. Thank you, thank you!

Theyre changing in the best way for customers. They have fanssy delux pedicure with hot stones spa. It was very good
