I came to this salon as spur of the moment due to schedule issues with where I normally go. Anyway, I called this salon they were able to take me in with no appointment. The Tech was kind however didn’t engage in conversation when I attempted to talk with her. When she was done I was satisfied and grateful for it being so last minute. When I asked how much she said $32.54 so I handed her a $50 bill which left her a nice tip. However, as I was sitting in my car getting ready to leave the tech came out and said she forgot to add on the $10 for a “special” base polish she put on which brought the total to $42.54. I was confused as to why she stood there wanting more money when she still would’ve had a decent tip. Regardless, of this all I gave her an extra $5 as I know times are hard. When I went in to confirm this the owner said how the special polish wasn’t charged and she needed more money despite knowing I gave her $50. When I called and spoke with the owner about how I didn’t short her tech she said, “she expected a better tip.” Well that threw me off and despite taking me with no appointment I will not be going back here as they are over priced and expect a high tip which is ridiculous especially since their price brochure and no where in the salon shows extra for a base coat that the lady didn’t even put on all my nails yet got charged $10 more.

I left a good review years ago but taking it back. They must be doing too well to overbook customers. 3 of us went in for a long overdue pedicure and our appointments were worthless. Husbands left work early to watch kids, some of us left work early ourselves. She didn’t offer to make amends in anyway. Plus it’s so freakin hot in there. You just lost 3 longtime customers. So very disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous... my daughter wanted to try a new salon, brought her here, I had to sit in the car while I waited over an hour and 45 minutes for a simple gel fill and polish. Won’t be back again as the nails don’t look great they’re over priced and less that par quality
